星期三，我们去了镇江南山游玩，那里挺拔俊秀的一棵棵树木，高耸入云，树冠在阳光下闪烁着碧玉般的光泽，整个南山都被树林包裹着，一片生机勃勃。今天我们就要去爬山了。 站在山脚，便能感觉到南山的雄威与高大。“哇！开始爬山啦！”随着男生们的一声声欢呼。我们踏上了这艰苦而又充满快乐的爬山之旅。开始时，我落在队伍的最后面，抬头一看，心想：着南山也并不高呀。于是便和同学聊起天来。慢慢地，我感觉有一点吃力了，我双手按在膝盖上，头上有豆大的汗珠渗透了出来，我又抬头看了看山，那里一个个班级连成了一条线，像河流一样向前方流去，我不禁埋怨道：“这山怎么这么高，爬那么就还不到山顶。”又走过一个台阶，我脚下一滑，差点摔倒，向右边一看，深有四五米的沟就在我们下方，我立马迅速离开了这儿，心想：要是从这儿摔下去，不死也残啊。又过了一会儿，我们终于爬上了山顶，在这里才知道，南山是有多巍峨啊。不知是谁喊了一句：“哇，竹林！这颗笋好大啊！”我循声望去，一棵棵碧绿的竹子透着韧性，下面一颗颗小笋立在竹子边，仿佛依偎在母亲怀中，碧绿的竹和棕褐的笋形成了鲜明的对比。我从来没看见过真么大的笋，忍不住走上前，伸手摸了摸，笋上面毛茸茸的，摸上去赶到笋上面像涂了一层肥皂，十分光滑。我现在才知道，之前爬山的辛苦全都是值得的。能看到一颗颗笋从地面钻出，能看到竹叶在微风中摇摆，这些爬山的累和苦都值得。看到这美景，刚刚爬山的累都一扫而空，剩下的只有惬意。 这次爬山后，我明白了，彩虹总在风雨后，只有暴风雨后才能看到阳光，坚持过后就是成功。

早就在图书上领略过黄果树瀑布的雄伟气势，爸爸妈妈终于带我去观赏它了。
黄果树瀑布风景区位于贵州省镇宁、关岭两县境内北盘江支流、打帮河上游的白水河和坝陵河上。景区以黄果树瀑布为中心，以瀑布、溶洞、地下湖为主体，素有“天下奇景”之称。来到黄果树大瀑布，眼前被雾气弄得若有若无，看什么都很吃力。突然，一阵寒风吹来，风中还裹挟着丝丝雨水，粘在我的脸庞上，我不禁打了个寒战。往上望去，瀑布的源头好似有一道门，通往无边际的大海，海水就从门来到大瀑布的源头，不停地流，与瀑布融为一体。我想：如果当时李白不是去庐山，而是来到黄果树，那么绝对有“飞流直下三千尺”的不是庐山，而是黄果树瀑布了！
瀑布从顶处落到地面约需5秒钟，黄果树瀑布落差74米，宽81米，河水从断崖顶端飞流而下，倾入岩下的犀牛潭中，势如翻江倒海。水石相激，发出震天巨响，腾起一片烟雾。瀑布对岸高崖上的观瀑亭上有对联曰：“白水如棉不用弓弹花自散，红霞似锦何须梭织天生成”，此乃黄果树瀑布的生动写照。但黄果树瀑布的形态因季节而有变化，冬天水小时，她妩媚秀丽，轻轻下泻；到了夏秋，水量大增，那撼天动地的磅礴气势，简直令人惊心动魄，有时瀑布激起的雪沫烟雾，高达数百米，漫天浮游，竟使其周围经常处于纷飞的细雨之中。只是今天，天公不作美，阴雨朦朦，如果是天气睛朗，还可以看到在阳光照射下，化作一道道彩虹，幻影绰绰，奇妙无穷。
我喜欢黄果树瀑布，更喜欢黄果树瀑布后的水帘洞，水帘洞的迷离变幻还是先不告诉你，让你亲自去享受它的美吧！
