PH7肯定不对了.因为中和后的产物烷基苯磺酸钠,是一种强碱弱酸的盐,肯定是偏碱性的.中和后的1%水溶液PH值应该在9左右才是正常.
元明粉和盐的作用基本上没有多少区别,一般用元明粉是为了产品外观稍稍好一点,透明度好一点.先后顺序没有什么不同,只要把其他原料都溶化、搅拌充分了,接着就加入这些继续搅拌就行了.至于比例,这个要根据你的配方自行试验的,没有一成不变的数字,反正你持续加,直到加入后突然变稀、分层,就是最后极限,然后退回来减少一点用量就对了.另外我说的都是在室温下的情况,如果冬季,要减少用量,因为低温会导致电解质析出分层的.你自己试验的时候可以选定几个用量,然后编好号,放进冰箱大约10度左右的温度一晚上,如果不分层,就是成功的.
磺酸和AES的比例同样没有一定之规,根据你的配方、成本自己调节试验,以你感觉稠度合适、成本也能够接受为原则.

根据我做合成的经验,像这种反应,显然丙二酸二乙酯的当量应该稍微大于两当量,2.4当量左右回比较合适,从而确保2-乙基己醛反应完全.如果反应本身能够更定量进行,2.2当量就够了,因为过量的原料越少越经济,同时分离提纯更方便.
这完全是一个显而易见的经验结论.跟你说的分子极性、机理什么的根本没关系.你的结果显示2.5当量产率最高,但是因为这是一个经典反应,转化率本身应该基本定量,也许合成手艺更好的可能2.3或者2.4当量就可以得到高产率了.没啥好解释的.
