Mr Wang will be having a meeting with his client on 24th of April,he want to book a meeting room which is near by the lake and the room do not have to be really big.There is only one room that meet these requirments at the moment and it's the number one conference room,however it is booked by the colleagues from the department of reservation.I would like to ask wether it is possible for exchange of the room.Thank you.
