1. None of the requirements contained herein as to types, limits and approval of insurance coverage to be maintained by Tempus are intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations assumed by Tempus under this Agreement.
3. Full statutory coverage for Workers’ Compensation for all its employees as required by local law and coverage for Employers Liability Insurance.
