1.两个的区别在于：forget to do是指你忘记了去做某事,就是这件事你还没有做,因为你忘记了；而forget doing是指你忘记自己已经做过了某事,这件事情你已经做了,但是你忘记了.例子如下：
（1）I forgot to lock the door before I came to school.去上学之前我忘记锁门了（门没有锁,因为我忘了）.
（2）I forgot having read the book.我忘了我有读过这本书（已经读过,但是我忘了）.
2.make着重指制造,你要使用一定的工具一定的知识、技术利用一定设备去制造,如工厂的生产制造；此外也有写出,制定出的意思；而 produce有一层自然生产的意思,比如农作物的自然生长,生产和繁育等.例子如下：
（1）My father is good at making tables.（制造桌子）
（2）The place produces half of the country's wheat.这个地区出产全国一半的小麦.
3.翻译的时候能结合上下文或许会好点,这里没有上下文的话我只能尽力,意思如下：

答案：C.由the light is still on 可知灯亮着,即关灯的动作没有发生,因此用forget to do sth.
而forget doing sth表示灯已经关上了,而自己忘记了这一事实.此处不符合题意.
