As the very popular saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!” Many people have different views on what they consider to be beautiful which is why many people that I would view as unattractive are very beautiful in someone else’s eyes. The world today defines beauty based on outward appearances alone. You are not beautiful if you are not physically attractive. According to the world’s standards, beauty means being thin and tall. A clear complexion, shiny hair, straight teeth, radiant skin, and correct proportions are all elements of beauty. Unfortunately, numerous people cannot be all of these things and they are forced to believe that they are not beautiful in the eyes of others. Another saying that is very popular is, “Beauty is only skin deep.” I do not believe that this statement is true for the reason that with all the cosmetic surgery, technology and make-up that we have in the world today beauty is bought and not natural. Beauty can also be determined by a person’s personality and not necessarily by their looks because the way a person presents him or herself can make all the difference in the world. The most unattractive person can also display beautiful characteristics and it will conceal their appearance. Is beauty only conveyed in one particular color? No, African Americans are produced in many different shades, vanilla, caramel, mocha, coffee and chocolate. Black is in fact beautiful and there is no other race that can measure up to the beauty that is displayed by African Americans. In my opinion, people should not focus solely on the outside appearance because that can damage ones self-esteem. Parents should raise their children to appreciate the thoughts and actions of a person opposed to the looks of a person. Our priorities in American today are not at all in order but maybe one-day society will learn that beauty is not everything.

Everyday is a new day,but we have to follow the time to do everything in our school.
First,there is thirty minutes to read in the morning.Each class reads loudly,I like the lesson because I can read many books and remember them.
Then we have four lessons,fourty-five minutes for each.We are off school at eleven-thirty.

The poor are very wonderful people.One evening we went out and we picked up four people from the street.And one of them was in a most terrible condition,and I told the sisters:You take care of the other three.I take care of this one who looked worse.So I did for her all that my love can do.I put her in bed,and there was such a beautiful smile on her face.She took hold of my hand as she said just the words "thank you" and she died.I could not help but examine my conscience[良心]before her and I asked what would I say if I was in her place.And my answer was very simple.I would have tried to draw a little attention to myself.I would have said I am hungry,that I am dying,I am cold,I am in pain,or something,but she gave me much more-she gave me her grateful love.And she died with a smile on her face.As did that man whom we picked up from the drain[阴沟、下水道],half eaten with worms,and we brought him to the home."I have lived like an animal in the street,but I am going to die like an angel,loved and cared for." And it was so wonderful to see the greatness of that man who could speak like that,who could die like that without blaming anybody,without cursing anybody,without comparing anything.Like an angel-this is the greatness of our people.And that is why we believe what Jesus had said:I was hungry,I was naked,I was homeless,I was unwanted,unloved,uncared for,and you did it to me.

It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest. went to summer camp on vacation. Lan and Fred
Lan and Fred were boys. They were both twelve years old, and they were in the same class in their school. Last Friday afternoon they had a fight in class, and their teacher was very angry. He said to both of them, “Stay here after the lessons this afternoon, and write your names a thousand times.” After the last lesson, all the other boys went home, but Lan and Fred stayed in the classroom with their teacher and begin writing their names.
Then Fred began crying.
The teacher looked at him and said,” Why are you crying, Fred?”

I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting for me. Although outside is no matter how beautiful, Beijing is still my home. In fact, there is many fresh things. Like red bayberries. In the afternoon, I took a bus to Beijing. I was very unlucky that my mp3 was stolen. I was very sad. I didn’t know why thieves went to steal other’s things. Why don’t they hunt for a job? I don’t why! When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two computer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!

I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

I have lost two computers, but I had another one. I bought it about five years ago. It can be called curio. Though it was old. But it can still work. Although it works slowly, I was pleased. I can go on internet again. Chatting with my friends is a good relaxing. In the internet, one of my old friends invited me to tomorrow’s party. He told me that some friends would go, too. Zhang Ying is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 of Tianjiao Primary School. She’s a model student. She’s clever and she’s helpful, too. She often helps teachers and young students at school. She is good at Chinese, maths, English, arts and crafts, music and so on. She has a lot of hobbies. She likes painting and drawing. And she likes listening to music, having picnics with her parents. My Favorite Sports【我最喜爱的运动】
Sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient. So I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. Table tennis is my favorite game. I play it almost every day.
Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. Besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money. Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football. It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days. Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.

暑假我在网上读了《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这本书,“人应该怎样活着?”看完了这本书,我对这个问题有了最完美的解答.
这本书主要讲的是：保尔从小在苦水中长大,早年丧父,母亲替人洗衣、做饭,哥哥是一名普通的工人.保尔12岁时,母亲把他送到车站食堂当杂役,他在食堂里干了两年,受尽了欺辱.然而,他后面的路更坎坷.不久,保尔双目失明,全身瘫痪,但是,他在这种情况下还在坚持写书,对自己毫不顾惜.他和常人相比,多写一个字都要付出翻倍的代价.功夫不负有心人,他终于成功地写完了《钢铁是怎样练成的》这本书.
我读着,读着,保尔那坚毅的脸庞,仿佛就在我的眼前,他,一个普通的战士,竟有钢铁般的意志.这是什么力量推动着他鼓舞着他前进呢?那不就是伟大的共产主义事业.这也就是他顽强地与病魔作斗争的动力.
2,读《命运》有感
前阵子在书城买了本书,叫《滴水藏海》,里边有300个经典的哲理故事.现在我来品味一篇小故事,叫《命运》.
《命运》讲的是连个孩子的命运,一个被高僧占卜为“状元”,另一个为“乞丐”.二十年后,当初的“状元”成了乞丐,而“乞丐”却成了“状元”.
上帝说：“我赋予每个人的天分之占他命运的三分之一,其余的在于他如何去把握.”
看了这段话,我很受触动.把握,把握命运,多简单的字眼,可是又有多少人真正把握住了自己的命运呢?不必埋怨自己的天分,更不必埋怨自己的命运,因为命运掌握在自己的手中,你随时都可以改变它的!只要你愿意
3,水浒传》读书笔记（一）--醉打蒋门神
武松杀死了西门庆,就被发送了孟州充军,又在十字坡结识了张青和孙二娘.但是这些都不够精彩,唯独这集里的武松醉打蒋门神最为精彩.
本集中,武松为了个人的友谊而去帮助施恩夺回快活林和在路上每家酒官都吃上三碗酒,这两点,就知道他有着放任一己的感情.
而他在打蒋门神之前的挑逗更是精彩,先是到酒官里找茬,然后把蒋门神惹急,在狠狠的打他,这能证明武松是个粗中有细的人.
他在挑逗时还可分成几个细节,三次换酒,之后说让蒋门神的小妾陪他喝酒,酒饱不让,就和他们打了起来（这里包括蒋门神）.
他在禽了蒋门神之后,又怕他告官,在说要求蒋门神的第三件事时,却怕他告官和以后再把快活林夺回来,所以让他离开孟州,不得在此居住.由此也可以开出武松多么的细心.
《水浒传》读书笔记(二)--沂岭杀四虎
李逵见宋江父子团聚后,也想念自己的老母,便去沂水县的百丈村接自己的母亲.
去时,途上遇见李鬼扮成的假李逵威胁,李鬼战败求饶,说他尚有九十岁老母,杀他就是把他和他的老母一块杀了.李逵可怜他,便饶了他,而且还给了他一锭银子,让他走了.
我觉得是作者很反感像李鬼这样的人,所以就让李鬼和李逵再次遇上,而且让李逵把他杀死.一是作者可以出一下气,二是让那些读者也赞同他,并看完后有一种豪迈气质,似乎自己就是李逵.李逵杀李鬼是很精彩.
但是后来的李逵背着老母过沂岭时杀虎的场景最为精彩.先是去打水,然后发现老母不见了,又发现两只小虎和两条人腿,愤怒之下杀死小虎,公、母虎分别来寻仇都被杀.
只可惜杀了虎,还被人请到家里做客,后又被擒.这让人看完之后,都想替李逵打抱不平,可见作者的用心良苦.
《水浒传》读书笔记（三）--抱怨狮子楼
武松在阳谷县坐了都头,又上京办事.回来时,才知道哥哥武大郎死了,武松心疑便察得实情,去告官,谁知县馆已受贿,无奈下在狮子楼为武大郎报了仇.
其中,让人看得最热血沸腾的就是最后报仇时杀死西门庆的那一段,武大郎虽死,潘金莲和西门庆也得到了她该得到的恶果,而武松为民除害还被发配孟州.我觉得这有可能是作者在讽刺当时的朝廷昏庸无道.西门庆在这里被作者描写的简直是“臭不可闻”,几乎上谁看完都痛骂他一两句,这能体现作者是多么的会描写人物啊!
《水浒传》读书笔记（四）--卖刀汴京城
杨志盘缠用尽,只得将宝刀卖去,赚些钱投奔他乡谋生.谁知卖刀时,当地泼皮牛二百般凌辱,杨志忍无可忍便杀死牛二,再去报馆.最后被判充军大名府.
最有趣的莫过于杨志卖刀时的情景.先是问谁买刀,牛二来后,让他试刀,牛二百般阻挠和凌辱,最后被杀.这告诉了我们当时的一些地痞流氓是什么样的.而牛二被杀不仅为书中的老百姓们出气,而且另读者看完也出了口气,这也许就是作者抓住了读者的心理来写的吧.
《水浒传》读书笔记（五）--题诗浔阳楼
宋江到了江洲后,结识了神行太保等人.一天在浔阳楼喝酒,乘着一时酒兴便在墙上题了一首反诗,还留下姓名.最后被黄文炳看到打入死牢.

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 在我读二年级的时候,有一次“叮铃铃、叮铃铃……”下课铃响了.同学们争先恐后地跑出教室,我坐在座位上看书.忽然,我觉得手上痒痒的,好像有什么小东西在爬.我一看,原来是只小蚂蚁,不知怎么的,
不知怎么的,我的好奇心被这只普通的小蚂蚁勾了起来.我仔细地观察着这只小蚂蚁：身体分3节,胸部有3对足,头上还有触角.我把它放到了桌子上,让它在桌子上爬.这时,它向桌子边沿的一根铅笔爬去,不小心滑了,这只小蚂蚁摔了下去.不好,它一定会死的,我急忙顺着桌子望去,小蚂蚁竟然平安无事地降落在地上.这是怎么回事?它真的没死吗?我揉了揉双眼,当确定自己没看错时,我更加不解了,为什么蚂蚁从那么高的桌子上摔下来不会死呢?

心底盛开一朵花
匆匆上了公交车,我才发现没带公交卡.
司机倒是不错,可能是看我不像经常逃票的人,才没有把我撵下去,但让我在皮包里继续找零钱.
在车上,我觉得自己像个小偷,把身上里里外外翻了个遍,除了几张百元整钞,再也没有找到一个硬币.那种尴尬和狼狈是我从来没有过的.面对车厢里几十人诧异的目光,我恨不能马上掏张百元大钞扔进投币箱来证明自己的粗心大意和清白.慌乱时,一个粗哑的声音从背后传来：“先生,我这里有一块钱,你拿去.”我回头一看,说话的是位七十岁左右的老太太,满脸黑色的皱纹,一套灰色的布衫,头上裹了条很旧的白毛巾,脚套一双褪了色的绣花鞋——一个典型的外地老太太.言语间,她已经替我把一块钱投了进去.我慌忙解释说：“那怎么可以,我怎么还您的钱呢?”
老大太笑了：“一块钱,还什么?又不是一万元.”这时,我发现车里的人都冲我和老太大笑了,这种让我捉摸不透的笑容使我越发不安起来.他们越是这样,我越不好意思,迫不及待地说：“大娘,要不这样吧,我和您一道下车,您等我几分钟,我去买包香烟,换开零钱后给您.”老太太又笑了：“我下站就到了,下午回山东济宁老家.我儿子一家都在这里打工,我是专门来看孙子的.三年前,我第一次到城里坐车时,不知道要投币,身上也没有零钱,就像你现在的样子,是一位好心的姑娘帮我投了一块钱.今天我正好有机会还了一份情.下次,如果你在车上遇见像你一样的粗心人,替他投一块钱,就算你还我了,我把这一块钱暂时保存在你那里.”
听了老太太的话,满车厢的人都笑了,笑得那么灿烂、那么自然.

　　《繁星·春水》这部让我们怀念和感动的书,是伟大的作家冰心老人写的.在她这些闪动着灵光和真情的小诗中,数量最多的就是歌颂自然、母爱、和童心了.自然是美好的,母爱是伟大的,而童心是,是纯洁的,是她将这些赞颂集于笔尖从而酝酿成了文字.
　　诗中颂道：“那深蓝的大海”,“闪烁着的繁星”,“飞溅的浪花”,“晚来的潮水”,“嫩绿的芽儿”,“淡白的花儿”……流星、大海、山影、晚霞,无不包含着温柔的情思,散发着生命的气息、诱人的芳香.景是如此之美,华光四散,而人也是美丽的.在诗人的笔下,“母亲就是大写的人”,“母亲是人类最崇高、最无私的爱.是生的慰安,是美的典范.”
　　读“母亲呵,天上的雨来了,鸟儿躲在它的巢里;心中的雨来了,我只能躲到您的怀里”,领悟到：母亲是我们心中的依靠,是风雨的臂膀.母爱如水,静之的温柔浸泡你.
　　在《春水》中有一段诗：自然的微笑里,融化了人类的埋怨.我读懂了自然用它的微笑化解了人类的怨怒.还有它博大的胸怀容纳我们,让我们洗尽铅化,重获新生.这是对自然多么崇高的礼赞!人类的枯燥与冷漠和大自然的新鲜与热情,如此鲜明的对比!在广博、崇高的大自然面前,人类该是多么渺小啊!去爱自然吧!与自然融为一体.那该是何等美妙的境界啊!
　　书中这样写着：“别了,春水.感谢你一春潺潺的细流,你带去我许多思绪.向你挥手了.缓缓地流到人间去吧,我要坐在泉边,静听回响.”这让我浮想联翩：春天的山涧里,清凉潺潺的溪流.涓涓的流向田野、树庄,流向人间.它带来的信息向山泉天穹无尽的流响,其中既有春水的温柔和清冷,也有诗人冷暖不定的心情意绪——诗人天意.流水有情,一幅交相融合的春溪图跃然纸上.
　　书中的诗歌情至深,语至美.以含蓄、温婉、典雅、美丽著称.还有淡淡的忧愁.每一首诗都如天空中的星星,荷叶上的露珠,晶莹剔透,有着特具的美术感.
　　在岁月的轮回中,时间的枯叶永远无法将我的童年与母爱埋没.我在生命道途中采拮童年的朝花,拾起一片片童真的梦想与慈爱的教诲.朋友,我又拾起了多少甜蜜呵!

我在寒假里看了几本书,最吸引我的是《苦儿流浪记》.这本书主要写了雷米小时候被小偷偷走了放在巴黎的路边,巴伯兰妈妈收养了她.但是巴伯兰爸爸把雷米卖给了耍马戏的维泰利斯,从此,雷米和维泰利斯过这颠沛流离的生活.不久,维泰利斯被饿冻死了.好心的花农收养了可怜的雷米,雷米住了一段时间,花农遇上了麻烦,雷米又去流浪.后来雷米经过千心万苦找到了自己的母亲.
小雷米虽流浪漂泊、历经磨难,但他乐观的生活态度和矢志不渝的真诚爱心,伴他闯过了一道道难关,他就像温暖灿烂的阳光在融化着冰川大山.我被雷米那不怕苦难的精神所打动,也被雷米那勤奋好学,富有孝心的精神所感动,和苦儿比,我实在是太幸福了.我以后要学雷米那不怕苦不怕累的精神,还要报答帮助过我的人要有一片孝心,并且勤奋好学.

今天妈妈买回一瓶橙子汁,我从中发现了一个科学道理.
那天妈妈在与客人谈话,叫我把橙子水拿去喝.那时我正在看电视,突然我的同学打电话告诉我昨天的作业,我误把棉签当作钢笔,橙子水当作墨水,就把棉签往橙子水里一沾写下了昨天的作业,我挂了电话,再来看我写下的作业,天啊!竟然连一道水迹也没有!怎么办呢?我把纸拿在手里左摆右弄,最后把纸往灯下一照,字又现出来了,真奇怪!
我又照刚才的方法做了一遍,然后再往灯下一照,字也现出来了.怎么会这样呢?我找到《十万个为什么》,便打开目录查找,不多会儿,“呀,找到了.”
原来橙子水本身是水做的,写在纸上马上就被纸吸收了,自然灯下一照,强光就把印迹显现了出来.
我想,只要用心,生活中处处有科学,事事学科学

人们常说：“一本优秀的传记不仅能让我们认识世界,还会让我们更深刻地了解人生.”《名人传》即：“贝多芬传”“米开朗基罗传”“托尔斯泰传”三篇传记.他们的主人公分别为音乐家、雕塑家和小说家,不过,虽然他们的职业和所处的年代各不相同,但他们所追求的理想却是相同的——为了真理和正义所做出的努力.
面对痛苦、面对孤独,贝多芬选择了坚持自己的信念,作为一个听不到任何声音的音乐家,他给人一种傲慢的错觉,对于政治上的专制统治,无情的战乱,他却选择了反抗,为了和平,贝多芬曾说：“只要是为了获得更美的事物,任何规律都可以破除.”这句话准确地表达了他当时反对专制的心理,而米开朗基罗又何尝不是呢?为创造表现真善美的不朽杰作而献出了毕生的精力.因为他相信只要自己的灵魂能够坚忍果敢,不因悲苦而一味沉沦,那么就一定会冲破精神上的束缚,本想他的人生理想中.而托尔斯泰则用他的笔杆描写除了当时社会的阴暗,对神的信仰是他坚持不懈地用笔尖向人间播撒爱的种子.
而我面对现在的和平,美好的社会,更应该用刻苦的学习,丰厚的知识,武装自己,走向美好的未来.

读书笔记——《朝花夕拾》（鲁迅）
《朝花夕拾》是鲁迅在受到政府的压迫、“学者”们的排挤,又历经战乱后写下的回忆.作者在这样纷扰中寻出一点空闲来,委实不易,目前是这么离奇,心里是这么芜杂.一个人到了只剩下回忆的时候,生涯大概总算是无聊了,但有时竟会连回忆也没有.
对往事的回忆,只是现实生活的一点安慰,而每一个美好的回忆又都有一个悲惨的结局：百草园和绣像摹本卖掉了,长妈妈也匆匆告别了人世,本应是激发人们的爱心的《二十四孝图》背后,却隐藏了谋人性命,教人看的丑恶祸心.去留学,并且碰到了一位令自己敬仰的师长,却因为感受到医治人的精神比医治身体病症更重要而离别了,在学校办事兼教书,实在勤快的可以的老友范爱农,终究摆脱不了贫困潦倒落水而逝的命运.
在对这一连串苦乐参半的事件的记叙中,作者还追究了自己的一些思想根源,例如仇猫,小小的,带给作者遐想的隐鼠的失踪,只是个象征的意念：当我失掉了所爱的,心中有着空虚时,我要充填以报仇的恶念!这才是作者仇猫的动机：它在夺人所爱.从鲁迅先生一生的经历看：嫉恶如仇,不过是对缺乏爱、失落爱、痛惜爱的一个自然反应罢了.
对这个细节下作者又给自己开了个伤心的玩笑：他的仇猫是毫无道理的,虽然猫吃老鼠,但他的隐鼠却不是猫吃的,而是被长妈妈踏死的,那么是否要恨长妈妈呢?在下一节回忆中,长妈妈也确实有些让人生厌,睡觉时占领了全床,满脑子的穷规矩和愚昧的信念,就是这样一位长妈妈,却把作者日思夜想的,别人都不能重视的渴望化成了现实,不懂识文断字的长妈妈把她自己都叫不出名的《山海经》买来,送给了“我”.正因为长妈妈这颗未被旧道德泯灭的爱心,使作者记起她,追念她.
在朝花夕拾的回忆中,作者多次写到封建教育的失败和狭隘.
小时候,长妈妈的故事里说：“倘若有陌生的声音叫你的名字,你千万不可答应他,以免那是害人性命的美女蛇,提防陌生人,并假想他就是坏人的逻辑.
在朝花夕拾之间,我随作者一起,回到“我”的童年时代,重新回味那些人和事.走过留学的日本的求学索过程,一起追忆失去的老友.沿着这条线索,我看到二十纪初,以“我”为中心的一个个生活场景,人物心理历程,读着每一个寓意深远,回味无穷的结束句,我的心也随着作者一起潮起潮落

Facing Stress
Good morning! Ladies and gentlemen. I’m ***. I come from ** Middle School. Today, it’s honored for me to have this opportunity to share some thoughts with all of you at this moment.
As the pace of life continues to increase, we are fast losing the art of relaxation. Once you are in the habit of rushing through life, being on the go from morning till night, it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.
The amount of stress a person can withstand depends very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress, in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact we make choice between “flight or fight” and in more primitive days the choices made the difference between life or death. The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress from our lives it would be unwise to do so even if we could, we need to find ways to deal with it.

随着生活节奏持续加快,我们也正迅速地丧失着休闲的艺术.生活中,你一旦养成了行色匆匆,从早到晚都在奔波中的习惯,就很难慢下来.但是对于身心健康来说,休闲是很必要的. 压力是日常生活中很自然的一部分,无法避免.事实上,压力并不像人们常常想象的那样是件坏事.一定的压力能给人以动力,能赋予人生活的意义.只有压力失控时,才会导致人们表现不佳,身体不好.
一个人能承受的压力很大程度上取决于个人.有些人不害怕压力,很明显,那样的性格是管理职责的重要因素.而其他人一碰到不同寻常的困难就灰心丧气.当我们面对任何形式的压力时,我们会做出化学和物理的反应.事实上,我们就是在“逃避”与“战斗”之间做出选择.而在早期,这样的选择就是生与死的差别.我们现在碰到的危机不可能会像那样极端.但是不管压力多么小,它涉及到的是同样的反应.只有持续地面对压力而且长时间地对压力作出反应时,个人的健康才会受到威胁.一些严重的疾病,像高血压,心脏病等就与压力有关.既然我们无法摆脱生活中的压力,（即使我们能够那样做,摆脱压力也是不明智的）,我们就必须找到方法来缓解压力.

父亲的爱
父亲的爱像一杯咖啡,第一口是苦的,但是越品越甜；父亲的爱像一块夹心糖,外表是硬的,心确是软的；父亲的爱像一本书,表面平淡无奇,书里却充满知识.
我的父亲是严厉的,但深爱着我.记得有一次,我叔叔给我买了一块滑板,当时我兴冲冲的和爸爸妈妈一起来到广场练习滑滑板,我先把一只脚放到滑板上,另一只脚在地上使劲地蹬,可是怎么也站不稳,心就越焦急,越焦急就越滑不好,我不想学了,就对爸爸妈妈说：“我们回家吧.”爸爸大声地说：“不行,还没有学会呢?怎么就能回家,做任何事情都不能半途而废.”我心想：何不让我妈妈扶着我来学呢?我正要实行我的计划时,爸爸好象看出我的心事,就对我说：“学什么都要靠自己,这样才能学得更好、更快,依赖性太强了学不好.要不这样,我俩比比,看谁先学会,行吗?”我敢怒不敢言,不高兴地说：“行,比就比.”心想：不信,你能学会,年龄一大把了.
看着爸爸笨拙的身躯,不停滑着那不听话的滑板,可笑极了,“咚”的一声,不好,爸爸摔跤了,这时,只见爸爸不慌不忙的从地上爬起来,蹲在地上看着滑板,好象在思索、又好象在研究,不一会儿,爸爸踩上了滑板,一只脚掌握着方向,左右摇摆着,另一只脚用力的滑着,慢慢的身躯变得那么轻巧、那么优美了.“我会滑了,你来看.”爸爸高兴地喊着.我惭愧地下了头,觉得爸爸都能学会,我还有什么不能学会的呢,在爸爸榜样的影响下,我终于也学会了.
还有一次,我在学校不小心扭伤了脚,爸爸看到我一拐一瘸的样子,心疼极了,忙扶着我坐下,关切地问我：“怎么了.”听完我的述说后,他赶忙从药箱里拿出红花油,帮我边搽着伤口,边用嘴吹着疼痛的地方说：“你忍着点,开始会有点痛,当血慢慢的散开后,就不痛了.”在爸爸的“治疗”下,渐渐的我觉得好多了,脚也不痛了……
啊!爸爸,我想告诉你,我也爱你.

八月,我坐拥着柔柔的夏风,沐着不息的蝉鸣,心染着季节的花开,依着清浅时光,守着心灵深处的一份静美,淡看着风云来去.因为懂得,无论闭目,还是凝眸,我都眼中有画,心中有景.因为懂得,一路上不管步履沉重,还是轻盈,我都感恩生活,感恩生命.

结束了无忧无虑的小学生涯,不知不觉踏进了初一的大门.从小学到中学,我们经历了多少次放假,开学.放假时,心早已飞出了校园,恨不得扔掉书包；而每次开学,又是那么令人期盼,：初一的老师怎样的呢?同学怎样的呢?.
走进初一（*）班,我发现,除了认识一名小学同学外,其他同学完全是陌生的.要接受这样的一个事实,我觉得有点难.还有那从小学时六排的座位到猛然增加到七八排的桌椅,那如一堆小山的书、本,光本子就有*本……这里的一切都是那么陌生啊!我失落地望着窗外,我想：是啊,初中生活就像这还未升起的太阳,那样神秘,陌生.
一会儿,我们的班主任来到了教室,“一本正经”面带微笑地说：“同学们,我叫徐群,是你们的班主任,也是你们语文老师,以后你们可以叫我徐老师.” 徐老师又说：“同学们,能认识你们真的很高兴,希望你们以后能好好学习,为自己的远大的目标而奋斗┈”
开学第一天我对这个新集体的印象非常好,对新老师.同学我还需要进一步的了解.当然,我自己也会做得更好.
初一,如同云中的月亮,神秘莫测,令人幻想；初一,好像初升的太阳,充满希望；初一,如同升起的太阳,一片光明,蕴藏硕果!
