It is known to all that the Beijing Municipal Government has already set the theme for the future games: New Beijing, Great Olympics. For me, the 2008 Olympics will be a great green Olympics illuminated with two more special colors, yellow and red.
First, yellow is a meaningful color. The Yellow River is China's Mother River and the descendants of the Yellow Emperor. This color has a special origin and great significance for the Chinese people. Beijing is the capital of New China and previously the capital for nine dynasties in Chinese history. So, yellow will naturally add splendor to the 2008 Games.
Secondly, the 2008 Olympics will be a red pageant.Red is another traditionally cherished color for the whole country. We adore red. On big occasions, we like to decorate our homes in red. It is the color of double happiness, representing joyous moments, auspiciousness, enthusiasm and prosperity. Red is one of the most suitable colors to describe the future of Beijing . Beijing , together with the whole country, is becoming more and more prosperous in the process of modernization. Should the 2008 Olympics be held in Beijing, the whole city will be a sea of red : the red torch,red flags, red flowers, and the radiant faces of millions of joyful people.

乍听到“课例打磨”、“课例研究”这样的字眼,大家也许跟我有相同的感受：不就是通常意义上的教研活动吗?以前我们的教研活动主要限于校内校际教师之间的听课、评课,主题研讨.由于缺少高层次的专业引领和教师自身深刻的过程反思,教师之间的横向互助常常囿于同等水平的反复.因此学校的教研状况和学科教学水平并没有得到明显的改善.我们教师如果只满足于现有授课水平,只是一名“经验型教师”而不想成为“反思型”甚至“研究型”教师,那么我们的教育事业,我们的教师素质,我们的学生能力又谈何发展?
正当我们陷入困惑和思索之时,远程研修为我们指明了学习和实践的方向,那就是以“课例研究”为模式,进行学科教学的不断改进.通过远程研修学习了课例研究的方法及各位省专家的案例后,我们心中深深的震撼,顿时豁然开朗.当老师们以“课例”为载体,表达课程实施中困惑与成功,教学中的疑难问题及解决问题的策略和方法等等时,借此引发更多的教师相互学习、分享经验,反思、探讨与教育教学实践有关的问题,提升教师的专业判断和教学的实践智慧,那该是一个多美妙的过程啊.我想这也是课例打磨真正所要追求的境界.
打磨计划和研究主题确立后,我把新标准英语第十一册第九模块第一单元作为研究课题,进行了基于个人经验和以往模式的第一次备课.首先我进行了教材分析、学情分析,确立了本课的教学目标和教学重难点,并完成了详细的教学流程和设计意图.这次设计是根据我区小学英语“自主互助学习型”课堂模式和我在远程研修中学到“任务型教学法”和“真实情境”等先进理论的基础上进行的.教学流程分为“激趣热身,初设任务；听读课文,整体感知；拓展延伸,实际运用；练习反馈,自我检测；情感升华,总结深化；布置作业,课后延伸”六部分.接下来群组成员共同进行教材分析和集体备课,并对我的第一次教学设计进行了修改.看到各位老师不吝赐教、真诚地提出许多修改意见,真的很感动,也激励着我更热情地投身于这次课例打磨中去.通过反思同伴们的修改意见,我看到了集体智慧的强大,也认识到了自己不足的地方.我对自己的教学目标和教学环节进行了修改,使得教学目标的制定和教学环节的设计上更加细化,让各种学习任务更加真实明了,更具有可操作性,学生的活动才会更有目的性.这也是提高课堂教学效率的基本保证.
然后我综合各位老师的意见和自己的反思,进行了基于同伴互助的教学设计,形成了教学设计的第二稿,并进行了第一次授课.在课后评议会上,老师们积极发言,从“教师设计的活动是否紧扣教学目标和教学内容”、“是否能够尽快进入课文,引导学生整体感知”、“ 是否创设适当的语境帮助学生感知和理解语言”、“ 是否很好完成任务型教学”等不同的维度进行了恰当切实中肯的评议.但第一次授课没能达到预想的目标.通过分析老师们的分工观课报告,我认识到了自己的不足,及时进行了第一次授课反思.并将课型各流程做了相应的修改,导入环节用老师的照片创设更真实的情境,增加了学生展示的环节,加强小老师导学的培训,让学生各方面的能力都能得到发展.在各位群组老师的帮助下,最终形成了第三次备课：基于实践反思的教学设计.
这次磨课过程不是循环反复的,而是呈循环上升的趋势.是对他人经验分析、整合、吸收为自己经验的过程,是将外部教育理论与学科知识内化为自己的教育知识结构的过程,是教师把对教育、教学的深入思考自觉地转化为课堂上教育实践智慧的过程.从学生的能力发展来看,在每个环节中,学生都能积极参与,各种能力均得到不同程度的发展.比如在Free talk和最后的拓展让学生编对话环节,培养了学生口语交际的能力.在小组共同完成学课文任务的过程中,学生学会了自主学习和合作学习,英语阅读能力也得到提高.小老师导学则使优等生口语更棒,更自信.
通过这次“群组磨课”活动,我认识到课例打磨的目的是使教师在课堂教学实践中不断完善,提高自己的教育教学能力,提高课堂时效性,使学生最终受益.再好的课堂教学也会有遗憾,老师们只有不断发现自己课堂上的不足、问题,并反思、研究,再改进,这样才能使问题越来越少,课堂效果越来越好.具体来说,一是可以发现课堂教学中存在的问题,剖析存在问题的原因,提高解决问题与研究课堂的能力,二是可以就关键教学事件展开教学研讨,分析教学行为所体现的教育教学理念,提高人际关系与沟通表达的能力；三是可以就教学问题研究制订整改措施,改进教学策略、方法和组织形式,提高创新思维与完善实践的能力；四是通过观课、议课,既反思教学预设与实际教学的差距,又可以吸他人之长补自己之短,提高判断反思与不断学习的能力.
课例打磨作为教师专业化成长的一种研究形式,她的价值并不是让我们去探寻普遍规律的教育认识,而是在此过程中生成的教育智慧,让我们的教学更加优化.而且,她让我们慢慢养成一些研究型教师的专业素养：悉心观察、善于学习、勇于实践、勤于反思.“课例打磨”尽管现在做起来在时间和精力方面要付出地多一些,但长远来看,正是这样的打磨,才可以让我们在教师专业化发展的路上越走越远,越走越宽广.
明代思想家李贽说过：“动人以言者,其感不深；动人以行者,其应必速.”让我们不再做理论的聆听着,而成为教育的实践者,真正走进“远程研修”“课例打磨”,让我们的课堂教学在不断的打磨中散发迷人的光彩!

写作能力是衡量英语学习的标准之一,是英语教学中的重点也是难点；并且基础写作在高考中占有相当大的比重,很多同学在写作方面失分严重,以致影响最后的总分；因此要着重培养学生的写作能力.下面以一个具体的基础写作任务为例,简单分析高效完成基础写作任务的方法.例：最近班级就“低碳”生活方式进行了讨论.请你用英语写一篇短文,简单介绍讨论的情况,文章开头已给出,但不计入总字数.（写作内容）建议1.节约用电,尽量关灯,少看电视或者上网；2.垃圾分类,循环利用；3.少用纸巾,重新使用手绢,减少树木的砍伐；4.不行、骑自行车或者乘坐公交车出行.结论保护地球,从小事做起.提示：手绢 handkerchief写作要求：只能使用五个句子表达全部内容.We can do a lot in our daily life to achieve the goal of low-carbon life___________________________________________________.从上面的例子来看,要想按照要求并且高效的完成此次写作任务就要按一下几个步骤来做：一、审题认真看完写作内容和写作建议后,不难看出,此次写作任务是让学生用五句话把题目中要求的内容完整、正确、清楚的表达出来.其中,从表格中可以清楚的看出,文章的写作内容可以分成两部分,也就是说完成后的作文是由两段话组成,第一部分是低碳生活的建议,第二部分是结论.因为题目要求学生用五句话表达写作内容,表格中给出的建议就是四条,再加上结论刚好是五句话,但是每条建议并不是用一个简单的句子就可以正确清晰的表达出来,这就要求学生要用到一定的句型结构和语法知识来并句二、写作过程1.把表格中的汉字转换成对应的英文词汇、短语和句子.⑴．save electricity,turn off lights if possible,spend less time watching TV or surfing the Internet分析这几个词组的关系,我们不难看出少看电视、少上网和尽量关灯的目的都是为了节约用电,也就是说,我们可以用一个表示目的或者因果关系的句子来把这几个短语组成一句话.To save electricity,we had better turn off lights if possible and spend less time watching TV or surfing the Internet.⑵．sort out the rubbish,recycle 分析这两个建议,我们知道把垃圾分类是希望能更好的回收和再利用,因此我们可以写成.We should sort out the rubbish so as to recycle some of them.⑶.use less tissues,use handkerchiefs,reduce to cut down trees分析这几个短语的关系,可以得知,纸巾是用树木制造而成的,纸巾和手绢是一种替代关系,而且树木是被砍伐的,所以我们可以用一些短语和一个目的状语来表达这条建议.We suggest using handkerchiefs instead of tissues in order to prevent more trees being cut down.⑷.sort out the rubbish,recycle简单分析这几个短语,我们可以知道是想让我们表达,当我们出行的时候尽量走路或者乘坐共用交通工具这个意思,所以我们可以写成一个由when引导的时间状语从句.When we go out,we can walk,ride bicycles,take buses or other public vehicles.⑸.protect the earth,start small分析这个结论,我们可以得出,保护地球要从小事做起,并且个人的力量在保护地球和低碳生活中起着非常重要的作用,所以我们可以把句子写成It makes a difference that everyone start small to protect the earth.2.连句成篇这个过程看似简单其实不好操作,很多学生仅仅是简单的把五个句子按照顺序写在一起,甚至不知道把四条建议和最后的终结分成了两个段落.在组篇的过程中,我们可以利用所学的语法知识和一些连词,过渡词等,以使文章更通顺.我们经常用到的表示列举的过渡词有firstly,secondly,what’s more,in addition,besides,finally and most importantly等,常用的总结性的短语有all in all,in a word等.我们可以利用这些短语把句子连在一起,组成一个优美的篇章.这篇文章是由四条建议和一句话结论组成,所以我们可以用上面多提到的过渡词把这五句话转化成篇章了.

乍听到“课例打磨”、“课例研究”这样的字眼,大家也许跟我有相同的感受：不就是通常意义上的教研活动吗?以前我们的教研活动主要限于校内校际教师之间的听课、评课,主题研讨.由于缺少高层次的专业引领和教师自身深刻的过程反思,教师之间的横向互助常常囿于同等水平的反复.因此学校的教研状况和学科教学水平并没有得到明显的改善.我们教师如果只满足于现有授课水平,只是一名“经验型教师”而不想成为“反思型”甚至“研究型”教师,那么我们的教育事业,我们的教师素质,我们的学生能力又谈何发展?
正当我们陷入困惑和思索之时,远程研修为我们指明了学习和实践的方向,那就是以“课例研究”为模式,进行学科教学的不断改进.通过远程研修学习了课例研究的方法及各位省专家的案例后,我们心中深深的震撼,顿时豁然开朗.当老师们以“课例”为载体,表达课程实施中困惑与成功,教学中的疑难问题及解决问题的策略和方法等等时,借此引发更多的教师相互学习、分享经验,反思、探讨与教育教学实践有关的问题,提升教师的专业判断和教学的实践智慧,那该是一个多美妙的过程啊.我想这也是课例打磨真正所要追求的境界.
打磨计划和研究主题确立后,我把新标准英语第十一册第九模块第一单元作为研究课题,进行了基于个人经验和以往模式的第一次备课.首先我进行了教材分析、学情分析,确立了本课的教学目标和教学重难点,并完成了详细的教学流程和设计意图.这次设计是根据我区小学英语“自主互助学习型”课堂模式和我在远程研修中学到“任务型教学法”和“真实情境”等先进理论的基础上进行的.教学流程分为“激趣热身,初设任务；听读课文,整体感知；拓展延伸,实际运用；练习反馈,自我检测；情感升华,总结深化；布置作业,课后延伸”六部分.接下来群组成员共同进行教材分析和集体备课,并对我的第一次教学设计进行了修改.看到各位老师不吝赐教、真诚地提出许多修改意见,真的很感动,也激励着我更热情地投身于这次课例打磨中去.通过反思同伴们的修改意见,我看到了集体智慧的强大,也认识到了自己不足的地方.我对自己的教学目标和教学环节进行了修改,使得教学目标的制定和教学环节的设计上更加细化,让各种学习任务更加真实明了,更具有可操作性,学生的活动才会更有目的性.这也是提高课堂教学效率的基本保证.
然后我综合各位老师的意见和自己的反思,进行了基于同伴互助的教学设计,形成了教学设计的第二稿,并进行了第一次授课.在课后评议会上,老师们积极发言,从“教师设计的活动是否紧扣教学目标和教学内容”、“是否能够尽快进入课文,引导学生整体感知”、“ 是否创设适当的语境帮助学生感知和理解语言”、“ 是否很好完成任务型教学”等不同的维度进行了恰当切实中肯的评议.但第一次授课没能达到预想的目标.通过分析老师们的分工观课报告,我认识到了自己的不足,及时进行了第一次授课反思.并将课型各流程做了相应的修改,导入环节用老师的照片创设更真实的情境,增加了学生展示的环节,加强小老师导学的培训,让学生各方面的能力都能得到发展.在各位群组老师的帮助下,最终形成了第三次备课：基于实践反思的教学设计.
这次磨课过程不是循环反复的,而是呈循环上升的趋势.是对他人经验分析、整合、吸收为自己经验的过程,是将外部教育理论与学科知识内化为自己的教育知识结构的过程,是教师把对教育、教学的深入思考自觉地转化为课堂上教育实践智慧的过程.从学生的能力发展来看,在每个环节中,学生都能积极参与,各种能力均得到不同程度的发展.比如在Free talk和最后的拓展让学生编对话环节,培养了学生口语交际的能力.在小组共同完成学课文任务的过程中,学生学会了自主学习和合作学习,英语阅读能力也得到提高.小老师导学则使优等生口语更棒,更自信.
通过这次“群组磨课”活动,我认识到课例打磨的目的是使教师在课堂教学实践中不断完善,提高自己的教育教学能力,提高课堂时效性,使学生最终受益.再好的课堂教学也会有遗憾,老师们只有不断发现自己课堂上的不足、问题,并反思、研究,再改进,这样才能使问题越来越少,课堂效果越来越好.具体来说,一是可以发现课堂教学中存在的问题,剖析存在问题的原因,提高解决问题与研究课堂的能力,二是可以就关键教学事件展开教学研讨,分析教学行为所体现的教育教学理念,提高人际关系与沟通表达的能力；三是可以就教学问题研究制订整改措施,改进教学策略、方法和组织形式,提高创新思维与完善实践的能力；四是通过观课、议课,既反思教学预设与实际教学的差距,又可以吸他人之长补自己之短,提高判断反思与不断学习的能力.
课例打磨作为教师专业化成长的一种研究形式,她的价值并不是让我们去探寻普遍规律的教育认识,而是在此过程中生成的教育智慧,让我们的教学更加优化.而且,她让我们慢慢养成一些研究型教师的专业素养：悉心观察、善于学习、勇于实践、勤于反思.“课例打磨”尽管现在做起来在时间和精力方面要付出地多一些,但长远来看,正是这样的打磨,才可以让我们在教师专业化发展的路上越走越远,越走越宽广.
明代思想家李贽说过：“动人以言者,其感不深；动人以行者,其应必速.”让我们不再做理论的聆听着,而成为教育的实践者,真正走进“远程研修”“课例打磨”,让我们的课堂教学在不断的打磨中散发迷人的光彩!
