2,said 已经是过去的事了而且句子中有 the next term.它的出现表明所说的话是过去的事了~所以就应该用过去将来时选would do
3.这题很明显有2个空,你的答案里面也都有2个单词.那么people ____
应该是个空而不是said.那么为什么不选C呢?你可以看到句子中表示时间的词是 next week.如果和2题一样是过去将来时的句子的话,那么next week 应该为 the next week ,（因为是人们当时述说的“下个星期”）,就像the next term .而这里是next week就说明是现在的口吻,不是过去将来时的口吻.所以应选A
两题的区别,1.第2题有1个空,这个个句子的时态由已给出的Said确定了,而第3题有2个空,那么你应该选时态相一致的,排除B
