is the way to achieve a sufficient performance gain,which
is expected with sequential detection.therefore,we propose
the mh-sscd,which estimates not only the soi presence but
also the cyclic phase by taking the vector observation (?***5; ,Θ***5;).
it is noted that the soi presence and the cyclic phase is jointly
estimated in each sequential detection step.it is noted also that
the final goal of mh-sscd is still deciding the soi presence,
and the estimation of cyclic phase just assists it.
