我越学这些基础都搞不清楚了.
还有,当祈使句中的否定句中或者是反问句后面是用否定还是肯定.

我平常自己的理解是
There is not 是副词,修饰前面的动词,在这里它是用来否定be动词is , there is 表示‘存在’的那种‘有’,后面接上not 就表示不存在,既没有.
玻璃杯里有没有水,只能用这种‘存在的有’的否定式‘There is not ’= ‘ there isn't ’

no 作形容词时相当于 not a / an或 not any,后面可以跟单数名词或复数名词及不可数名词,如：I have no idea.= I don't have an idea.我不知道.There are no trees on the hill.= There are not any trees on the hill.那座山上没有树.He has no money with him.= He doesn't have any money with him.他身上没带钱.

money 和 interest都是名词,它们不可数,但是同样可以用any, no来量化他们.
我个人觉得,there is not money是可以的.就像你说there is not an apple一样.因为口语的习惯不是这样,听起来别扭,但我觉得没有错误.
they have not interest in sports就不对了.have是动词,后面就是得跟形容词和名词了.所以not不行.
