As I'm getting older and older,I deeply realize it's so important to form a good habit for a person,especially a habit of taking exercise.
Recently I haven't been very well for some time.Every day I have to take some medicine and often pay a visit to the hospital.That's a tiring thing.I have to spend lots of money ,but also I and my family suffer a lot.I think the basic reason is that I'm not open-minded and I hate exercising.
I enjoy being a potato couch after coming back from work.It's so relaxing to be home after a whole day's work.
My health is getting worse and worse when I get older.The doctor said I need to take some exercise every day.But I don't feel like doing it.I followed the doctor's advice at first,but I gave up later.In fact ,I hope to be a healthy ,graceful and beautiful lady.But it's difficult for me to carry on exercise.I admire ladies in a good shape.They usually arouse my attention.I admire them because they are as energetic as summer.
In order to be healthy and young,forming a good habit of exercising is necessary for you and your family.

As we all know,the student union chairman plays a very important role in helping build a good learning environment and in organizing colourful extracurricular activities.
I have the ability to take on this role,because I am very active,easygoing and ready to help people.If I was the chairman of the student union,I will organized various activities,such as lectures,composition contests,singing contests,and so on.We will also pass on our classmates' needs to the school master and make valuable suggestions as to how to improve our learning environment.

While many who maintain this viewpoint that people can get more by reading books than they can according to television claim that the former brings more motivation than the latter.I am convinced that nothing can beat acquisition of knowledge by watching TV,which contains a plethora of information ,renews the messages more swiftly and provides both information and enjoyment.
Initially,one issue which makes me support this is that television programs contains amounts of messages which cannot be searched in books.For instance,many often watch TV at home,which is transmitted by digital siginal and including tens of channels at least,even several hundred.In addition,each channel broadcasts different programs.Take CCTV for an example,there are tens of channels belongs to CCTV,which are comprehensive channel,art channel,movie channel,agriculture channel,science and technology channel and so on.We can make choice for which we are interested in because of a plethora of knowledge.
Moreover,news is renewed swiftly by TV media.People change their life style day by day,that urges much new to take place to be given way to the old one.Television is just a tool that helps human being finish the job.Abundant news is erupted everyday.Once we turn on the TV,plenty of messages ,with many aspects,float through our view sight.Even,the same information also changes.For instance,yesterday,Philps,easy to accomplish,got his sixth gold medal,and today you got the news that he reached his ultimate goal in Beijing Olympic.In other word,the latest news is broadcasted by the producer all the time,meanwhile,we can acquire the latest one.In contrast,book's publishing is much slowly than TV media.The books,almost coincided with the latest news,are just weekly.In this aspect,books are inferior to television.
An equally essential factor which deserves people's attentions is that TV programs provide both information and enjoyment.Not only can we learn much knowledge,but reap lots of happiness.If we study delighted,we are willing to try our best.Comparatively speaking,reading a book for a long time leads to tiredness,that makes us go on with it unwillingly.
However,watching TV realize us more enjoyment and less fatigue.So we can learn more from television media.
In conclusion,despite books,a classical approach to knowledge,are still accepted by most people,television media as a new way to study is playing a more significant role today.In most aspects,it is superior to books.According to television,we can learn more than by reading books.
