换新硬盘还得重装系统的

系统引导文件丢失，找个pe系统，从U盘启动进入，用里面的工具修复一下即可

NTLDR是Windows系统启动时必需的一个文件，而NTLDR is missing的意思就是ntldr文件丢失，这种情况就会导致无法进入系统。出现NTLDR is missing的原因当电脑硬盘主引导记录被破坏，或硬盘故障、ntldr文件被病毒恶意删除等等都会引起系统无法启动，从而造成”NTLDR is missing”。开机提示NTLDR is missing的解决办法1、首先下载好u盘启动盘制作工具，然后将工具制作成快启动u盘启动盘，制作好了之后开机按快捷键（根据电脑品牌去快启动官网首页底部查询快捷键）选择U盘启动，就能进入快启动pe界面中。2、进入快启动pe系统桌面后，打开桌面上的“更多工具”文件夹，找到“系统引导自动修复”图标并双击打开。3、点击“系统引导自动修复”图标之后，系统会自动开启修复，修复后会显示出repair successed的字样，这样便表示成功修复了。

1、有可能是因为硬盘信息被篡改了，所以就会导致系统找不到硬盘中的系统分区，所以就会找不到系统分区中的启动文件NTLDR了，解决方法是，进入BIOS的“Standard CMOS Setup”中，然后将硬盘的检测方式设置为“Auto（自动）”就可以了。 2、又或者是活动分区没有设置好，找一个带MS-DOS工具箱的光盘，然后运行Fdisk，接着选择2（Set active partition）来激活系统分区。 3、如果还不行的话，就有可能是硬盘中的主引导记录（MBR）被破坏了，所以就会导致系统找不到系统分区，解决方法是在可以MS-DOS工具箱下运行FDISK /MBR即可。

需要重装系统。在一台能正常联网使用的电脑上，以USB HDD方式安装一个PE系统（比如电脑店、老毛桃和杏雨梨云）到U盘或内存卡，然后下载一个ghost系统，解压出其中的大gho文件，放到U盘或内存卡。完成后插到你的电脑上，开机时不停按F2（有的是Delete）进BIOS，设置USB HDD为第一启动项，按F10保存退出。重启进PE，打开C盘备份还需要的文件。然后用桌面或开始菜单中的ghost安装工具安装系统。

系统盘没有进行系统格式化。 后来出现这个提示是正常的,因为你用的是硬盘启动系统。从U盘启动就不会有这个提示了。

换个U盘，重做pe，现在市场上很多都是扩容盘，明明做好了启动盘，怎么都引导失败
