   四、立足长远,认真总结   在本学年的教学工作中,我取得了一定的成绩。从本年度的中考成绩来看,我所教班无论从平均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。但"金无足赤,人无完人",在日常工作中难免存在不足。例如:对学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等,而这些问题,只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。   针对以上所说不足,在此提出改进措施:   1、加强与学生的沟通。教师经验不足,教学技巧性不强,难免会有学生知识掌握不够扎实,多主动和学生进行沟通,了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要,这样有利于针对性地对学生进行教育。无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况,只有沟通、了解,才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外,有些学生基础较好,加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。   初三是最为重要的关键阶段,对于自身在英语教学方面的工作,你有怎样的反思和总结呢?下面是由我为大家整理的“初三英语教学反思”,仅供参考,欢迎大家阅读。   初三英语教学反思【一】   本学期的教育教学工作已接近尾声。一学期下来感受和体会颇多,现将有关情况作个简单介绍,与各位同仁交流研讨。   本学期我担任初中(1)、(2)班的英语教育教学工作,这两个班有九十七名学生,他们基本都来自农民家庭,大部分学生的英语学习基础较薄弱,这给教育教学工作带来了一定的难度,特别是(2)班,学生的基础不紧凑,最好的在(2)班,最差的也在(2)班。而且差学生的数量比较多,出现了断层现象。让人无法下手进行有效的教学。   针对这样的现状,我采取了我认为比较有效的措施,根据学生的基础,我把学生分成A、B、C三个小组,每天安排不同层次的任务,布置不同层次的作业,让每个学生都获得不同的进步。绝大多数农村学生上初中前英语只认识26个英文字母,本书庞大的词汇量让学生感到无所适从。对于音标的掌握更是十分艰难。所以在课堂上经常出现这样的情况,我要花一节课左右的时间来教学生学音标,读单词,往往效果还不理想。而等到下节课来进行操练的时候,学生仍然会在生词处卡壳。在课堂上我努力帮助那些基础较差的学生,让他们回答一些简单的问题,做一些简单的对话,有的同学就比以前显得有信心了,到后来这些同学都能主动举手回答问题了。这是让人感到欣喜的一个成果。只要他们自己加把劲,我想对他们来说会提高的快的多。与此同时,我还不忘提高好学生,把原来的好学生想办法再提高。让学的较轻松的同学试着回答较难的问题,尽管有时候设计的题目有些难度,但经过引导,他们还是能做的出来,这一点也是可喜的。另外,我还要求学生背诵当天学过的内容,每一个单词,每一个对话,每一篇短文,来培养他们学习英语的语感,我认为这对于语言学习者来说是至关重要的。   本册书共10个单元,教材内容太多,时间不够。那么按规定的每周5课时算,共计90课时供第一学期使用,除去国家法定假日和平时的阶段考评和试卷、配套练习的评讲,满打满算也完成不了教学任务。鉴于这一种情况,也为了学生更牢固地打好基础,我只能加班加点地“开小灶”,利用早读课、晚自习时间,补充习题,强化训练。我精疲力竭,但往往还是事倍功半。   新教材要求我们要面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终生发展奠定基础。我的理解是“全体学生”是量。“全面发展”是质。质和量要一起抓,一个不能少。所以在教学过程中,我的关键是让学生“学会学习”。由学生对教师的依赖逐渐变成独立学习。同时比以往的教学我们还更应关注学生学习的情感,为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围。在教学过程中以宽松的态度对待学生学习过程中的错误,和学生进行平等的交流。不用训斥性、讥讽性语言,尤其对学习有困难的学生不使用侮辱性的语言,多用鼓励性话语,多给他们语言实践的机会,少用命令式的语言,多用建议性语言。   在英语教学实践的道路中,我不断探索,学习和研究,虽然很苦、很累,但同时我看到了学生们在一天天的进步,英语表达一天比一天好,我深深地感到了一种自豪和幸福,我愿意永远做一名英语教学孜孜不倦的实践者,永远体味着教学的快乐。   初三英语教学反思【二】   期中成绩已经揭晓,拿着成绩单,看着学生们参次不齐的成绩,我思考了很长时间,也想了很多。学生成绩考得不理想,原因很多。有的因为英语基础不好,有的因为考试前没有认真复习,等等。但我认为老师也应该静下心,来认真反思一下以前的教学方法是否适应大部分学生,或者教学态度是否端正、积极。针对我所教的班级情况,总结上学期的失利原因如下:    一、在实际教学中没能充分重视词汇教学,词汇教学方法偏于机械、简单,形成了一种只重视词汇简单拼读记忆,轻视词汇情境应用的词汇教学方法。导致一些学生会写单词,但不注重单词的形式词汇的灵活运用能力较差。   二、由于毕业班新授课时间紧、任务重,疲于赶课,对一些题型训练少   1、对英语听力未能给予足够重视,听力材料少、听力磁带不能及时更新。部分学生缺乏听力题中应有的答题技巧。   2、在实际教学中,教师所设计的训练活动很少有阅读内容,阅读能力的培养在很大程度上依赖于考试前的突击训练,学生的阅读量、阅读难度、阅读速度远远不适应考试对阅读能力的要求。   3、写作训练少,忽视学生的翻译能力,致使很多学生的写作是中式英语,平时语法规则背得头头是道,写出来言不成句,错漏百出。表达句子的能力较差。   根据质量分析中存在的问题,为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步,在中考中取得优异的成绩,本人认为在今后教学和复习中,应坚持做到以下几点:    一、依托词汇教学,强化双基训练,突出语言运用   英语教学的最终目标是培养学生综合运用语言的能力,实现这一目标的基础是扎实的双基训练,双基训练的效果主要有词汇教学的效果来体现。因此,应精心设计词汇教学的方法,要通过词汇教学,完成双基训练的目标。    二、强化阅读训练,努力培养语感   教师要有意识地增加学生阅读能力的训练与培养,要多选用内容健康、时代感、思想性、知识性、趣味性较强的短文,通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力,还要注意文化背景知识的学习,拓宽学生的知识面,开阔学生的视野。另一方面,应从思想上转变教学观念,把发展学生的阅读能力作为阅读教学中的重中之重。充分发挥语篇教学的作用,改变那种只重视知识讲解和训练,忽视阅读能力培养的做法。    三、加大书面表达训练力度,提高写作技能   近年来中考英语中的书面表达题对初中学生提出了越来越高的写作要求,因此,在复习中要加大写作训练的力度。写作训练应由易到难、循序渐进。坚持有词到句、有句到段、有段到篇的训练程序,通过训练仿写、背诵课文、看图说话、记日记等不同形式来训练学生的写作。同时要加强答题方法与技巧的指导。    四、优化课堂教学,积极创设情景,加强口语交流   1、教师要精心设计每一堂课,备教材、备教法、备学生,教学中力求做到精讲多练,充分保证课堂的最佳效果。   2、课堂中贯彻交际性原则。   3、尽量在课堂教学中使用英语,控制使用母语。    五、注重实效,加强业务研究,设法排除教学干扰因素   1、处理好时间紧任务重的矛盾:将听力、阅读、写作能力的强化训练分散在复习阶段,采取有效的方法指导学生课余时间完成,可作为常规作业,定期布置、指导、检查。   2、处理好新的教学要求与旧的教学行为之间的矛盾:树立起崇高的敬业精神,建立扎实的英语教育技能,更新教学观念,不断迎接新的挑战,自觉锻炼成手。   3、处理好新旧知识的衔接问题:初三英语教学的关键是提高学生的语言应用能力和综合能力,教师首先应对初中三年的全部内容做到心中有数,且对三年所教的内容进行必要的归纳、分析和整理。在教学过程中,用以点带面的方式,点线面结合,使学生对所学知识初步系统化,掌握其核心部分。做到目的明确,主次分明,能从一个知识点联系到某条线且掌握所学知识的全部,使学生的语言功能沿着少而经常、少而精练、滚雪球和螺旋上升的轨道前进。    六、关注不同层次学生,做好催边促优工作   1、狠抓尖子生,树立榜样作用   尖子生是班上学习的主力军,在班上起着不可估量的带头作用。为此,我计划还要下大力气抓尖子生,多看“额外”的书,避免上课“吃不饱”的现象,同时,在班上大力表扬他们,既促进积极性,又为学生树立了学习的楷模。   2、重视中游学生,促进全面丰收
