意思是品牌名称：桃乐丝。桃乐丝酒庄于1870年创建，但桃乐丝家族早在17世纪就开始在佩内德斯地区古老的加泰罗尼亚镇酿造葡萄酒。时至今日，桃乐丝已然成为西班牙最大的葡萄酒生产商，“桃乐丝”几乎成为了西班牙酒的代名词，物有所值的品质可以说是西班牙酒的荣誉标签。17世纪时，在巴塞罗那南部的宾纳戴斯地区的桃乐丝家族就已经是Primum Familiae Vini组织成员之一。该组织由11个历史悠久，声名显赫的葡萄酒园家族组成，成员包括罗斯柴尔德、贝加西西利亚等。桃乐丝酒庄采用子承父业式的发展模 式，发展前途不但没有受到局限，反而能稳步前进。桃乐丝的第五代继承人兼董事长，本身也是酿酒师的米格尔·桃乐丝 （Miguel Torres）是葡萄酒界的大明星。他于1959年再巴塞罗那修读完化学后，又前往法国勃艮第专修葡萄种植与酿酒。1962年，他说服了父亲让他在葡萄园 做实验，种植一些进口的葡萄品种，如赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、黑皮诺（Pinot Noir）与长相思（Sauvignon Blanc）。他又尝试用法国酿造方法培育本地品种，以小型木桶代替大型橡木桶陈酿，并提早装瓶，这些尝试孕育了白葡萄酒，之后是红葡萄酒。多年来，米格尔·桃乐丝实施了许多改革，他相信在正确的气候区种植正确的葡萄品种是非常重要的，譬如在位置高，气候凉爽处种植的 葡萄，果酸得以保持平衡，果味也比较优雅，品种的风味也能自然呈现。酒庄历史：　　1970年，米格尔·桃乐丝酿造的马斯拉潘那（Mas La Plana，简称“黑牌”）表现出惊人的水准。　　1979年，法国最权威的美食杂志《高勒·米罗美食指南》（Gault Millau）举办了一个“葡萄酒奥林匹克”比赛，1970年的黑牌打败了1970年的拉图（Chateau Latour）与1963年的美讯（Chateau La Mission Haut Brion）。这一消息震惊了当时的葡萄酒坛，也因此让西班牙的多利酒厂打出了自己的名号，一举荣登葡萄酒顶级宝殿。　　1995年在桃乐丝酒庄成立125周年纪念日之际，西班牙王子菲利普亲访桃乐丝酒庄位于加利福尼亚州的酒厂。国王胡安·卡洛斯一世也参观了桃乐丝位于帕克斯（Pacs）的酒厂。　　2002年，英国的葡萄酒权威杂志《醒酒器》将米格尔·桃乐丝选为“Man of the Year”,即每年对葡萄酒贡献最大的人士。米格尔·桃乐丝不但将本国的葡萄酒产业发扬光大，还发掘了智利葡萄酒产业的巨大潜力。他于1979年在智利建 立了第一个由外国人投资的葡萄酒酿造基地。　　2006年，《葡萄酒热心家》（Wine Enthusiast）杂志将桃乐丝酒厂封为“欧洲最优秀酒厂”。西班牙国王卡洛斯曾亲临酒厂，祝贺其125 周年的生日。
