1.don't是助动词,必不可少的.其实I don't have a shirt.是美式英语,在英式英语中应该说I haven't got
a shirt .说白了,英国人美国人这么规定啊～在美式英语中,此句中的don't是助动词,have是实义动词.而在英式英语中,haven't是助动词,got是实义动词,这就又涉及另一种时态了－－现在完成时,但是你可以把两句话等同理解.可以看出,否定句中必须有助动词,所以I haven't a shirt .不对.
2.这个你问得太好了（我初二才问老师～）.这个涉及到一个倒装句的问题.Here you are .学过吧?再比较一个句子：Here is the money .你仔细看看,you 和it都是代词,而money是名词,对不?也就是说,当主语是代词的时候,主语在谓语动词前面,也叫作部分倒装（就是你说的情况）.而主语是名词的时候,谓语动词在主语前面,也叫作完全倒装.这个你以后要学的.
