我虽然不是老师,但也拿过英语年级第一.反正小学时,只需要知道疑问句和否定句中some要改成any(不可数名词),或many(可数名词).肯定句中的any解释为任何.比如:Any colour will do.什么颜色都行.
no=not any.如I have no ideas.=I do not have any ideas.
你给的no,I do not 中,no用于否定回答,而not构成动词(如do)及情态动词(如can)的否定形式,表示为不,没有.

第一,备学生.要了解学生,分析学生接受教学内容的规律,了解学生的思想状况、情绪,要求在备课时考虑如何配合教学,结合讲解提问或其它作业,有针对性地对学生及时提出合理、严格的学习要求和给以鼓励、帮助和指导;要了解学生学习方法,使之更符合教学实际和学生需要;备课时要考虑每次教学有针对性的解决一两个问题,到期末就会解决不少的疑难(知识点).
第二,备教材.要学习和研究中学英语教学大纲,钻研教材,熟悉教材.初中教师至少要吃透初中全部课本与脉搏,高中教师应吃透初、高中的全部教材及教学参考用书;要了解各年级教材内容和编排体系.对教学任务和内容,心中要有一个底,这样才好安排一个学期的教学任务,才能自如运用教学内容.备课时,要钻研教材,做到彻底理解;分析教材,要找出教学要点、难点.凡是要求学生做到的,教师必须在备课中体现,在课堂上示范,有备无患,才能得心应手进行教学.在进行一般性准备之后,还应进行阶段性备课,即根据教学大纲的要求,将教材中教学内容统筹安排,以便前后呼应,心中有数,切忌碰到什么就教什么,零打碎敲,毫无系统.
第三、备方法.单元划分后,要按课准备,考虑每单元分几课时教完,要确定每节课的教学目的、要求,并落实在课堂教学中.课时划分,要考虑总的目标和要求,要考虑每个课时内容的划分恰当、科学.确定好课时后,就要按照教材的编排特点、学生的年龄特点和教学上的需要与方便,安排每一节课的教学内容,确定课型.教学中的重点和难点要适当分散到每一课时中.要注意在后面的课时里有复习、巩固的任务,安排上要留有余地.要注意课型之间的内在联系和搭配,要在最后一课时里,安排巩固的课时,以全面整理和复习本课词汇和语法等.
在备课时,首先是面向全体学生,人性化或人文化,既要考虑多数学生的“口味”,又要照顾到部分学生“吃不了”或“吃不饱”的情况.教学目的要具体、明确,不能偏高或偏低.确定教学目的,达成教学目标,首先要体现听说读写的能力,其次是语言材料(语音、语法和词汇),最后是语言意义的表达.
备课时要考虑到培养学生听、说、读、写的能力.因为它们是学语言的基本技能,所以要落实到掌握什么材料、表达哪些意义上,需要根据语言的内在联系和学生的学习实际,对传授的语言材料认真分析,合理组合,力求学生易于理解、易于接受.对较为复杂的语言材料(无疑是课文、语法或词汇),教师要研究合理的教学顺序,科学安排,务求条理分明,深入浅出.
在备课时要围绕重点来进行,一篇课文中,有些材料是本课中必须掌握的,就需重点讲解,有些是为后续课文或知识点打伏笔的,就不必过多讲解,做到详略得当.一般来说,在新授语言项目时,要把重点放在基本用法上,先一般后特殊;在教学课文时,要把重点放在整体理解上,先掌握文章大意,后进行详细分述,不要扯得过多或过分拘泥而发生偏题或偏意.
在安排练习时,不要老是学生活动,要确定方法,选择好练习步骤,根据语言材料性质,围绕重点,安排有系统的练习,要保证学生能练、练到和练对,且要尽量兼顾听、说、读、写和译多方面.
备课中考虑教法:适当使用讲授式,多利用启发式或问答式,适时转变角色,调动学生学习英语并参与课堂教学活动.
第四,备设备.备课的充分性还体现在教学辅助工具的准备,如利用小黑板、实物或挂图、投影/幻灯、录音机或多媒体电脑,以及上网搜索有关的图片、有声材料和背景知识介绍等.其他学科的老师还要准备实验材料.
我们知道,课时计划较简单,只写一堂课的内容(包括教学目的、课型、教学环节和时间分配等).但教案的编写就须详尽,应尽可能地把要在课上说的每一句话、做的动作及表情和学生的答问等都能在教案中得到反映.优秀教案应该是教学程序清楚,包含教学目的和要求、重点和难点、教学步骤和内容,科学、适量的作业布置,并能体现适中的深度、广度和密度,最后还应有教后记.而全期的教学计划应有课时安排、期中和期末考试讲评,以及学生学习现状和考试结果的分析与教法改进的措施等.
另外,英语老师尽量使用英语书写备课笔记,教案的书写要美观,字迹要工整、清楚,有条件的还可以用电脑备课.

不管是小学教师还是幼儿园教师都是英式发音的好.
虽然我本人是偏向美式,而且我自己现在也在教少儿英语,
但是还是英式的好一些.
因为校内的PEP教材全部都是纯英式发音,不管是音标还是用词.
所以如果是当幼儿园和小学的教师的话就是英式的好.
但是有一点,如果你是在外面的培训机构的话,那么不管是英式还是美式的都无所谓了.
针对补充问题:
我刚刚查了一下,冀教教材好像是从加拿大引进的吧?!如果是加拿大的话,最好还是美式的吧,毕竟在美洲地区.
不过说实在话,对于教小孩子来说,他们以后还是要回归正统PEP教材的,所以还是英式发音更能打好基础.

讲课要风趣,能对同学们友好,但该严格时必须得严格,就是在监督同学们学习上要很严格,其次就是上课做些活动,比如分组的口语对话啦,让同学们看图片说一段话啦……反正就是锻炼口语方面的,作业也别留的太多,好的同学可以少留些,让他们多做点课外的,对于不行的同学则要督促他们啦,还有得多组织学生默写……
