Sigh,it much depends on the rules of the library that you're going.Basically,there is only one sentence you have to speak to librarian,which is 'i'd like to borrow this book'.The librarian may ask for your licence,student id card or something else which can prove you can borrow book from the library.And he/she would tell you how long you could keep the book.Hmm...and I think that's it,it'a a quite a easy process,I dont think you have to talk much to be honest.
