发盘就是询价,现在外贸行业基本不用发盘、还盘来表述业务状况,基本上就是询盘、报价.还盘就是根据客户的询问,做针对性的回复.接受就是双方接受彼此开出的条款,比如价格、交期、付款方式等.
如果是考试用的,建议参考课本,以上只是便于理解.
教科书中的东西有些太死板,描述的词组都过于书面化.
