顾名思义,听就是为了对付英语考试中的听力,为此,mp3可以说是克服听力困难的必备神器!楼主可以买一个mp3,不需要内存太大,2G就足够了.然后下载一些考试系列、中考系列、初中系列的听力（难度应较低）,还有就是教材上的短对话和课文,这些都要听.也许楼主会觉得内容太多,听不过来,没关系,听听力分为两种：一种是精听,一种是泛听.前者就是要把听力材料听得很透彻,也就是每一个单词都要听得清清楚楚,有时还要对一个材料进行多次重复的听,可能要听上好几遍；泛听就是将mp3揣在身上,走到哪听到哪,也就是把听力当流行歌曲进行休闲式的听,这时不必要听得太仔细,只要能听到就行,旨在培养自己的听力的感觉,即“耳感”.在这两种听力方法中,精听是更重要的,它是提高英语听力水平的重要过程和手段.还有就是如果楼主愿意的话可以尝试着晚上睡觉前听听英语,就是躺在床上听听力.这个方法也属于泛听,除了可以培养耳感,还可以促进睡眠,有时心情不好或是有心事睡不着时可以试着听听力,保证你听不了多久就会睡着.
2.读
首先当然是要把教材上的课文和对话读熟,.不要小看教材上的那些无聊的课文和对话,那些对培养语感很重要.为此,楼主还可以请求家长的协助,每天监督自己读课文和对话.在读的时候不需要带有太多的感情,只需要注意发音的标准和语调的升降即可.在读的方面,只要把教材上的读熟就好,没必要读其他的文章.还有就是早上读英语很重要,那时脑袋空荡荡的,适合读英语.为了提高听力,读这一方面同样不可小视.希望这些意见对楼主有用.

关键词:高中英语英语听力能力听力课笔者认为,听力是听和理解能力的总和,是一种积极的思维过程;教师应循序渐进地设计每堂听力课的程序,在有效地训练学生听力的同时,传授一定的语言知识,转学生被动听的过程为主动索取的过程;在听力课堂教学中,应把听、说、读、写四种技能有机结合起来.本文拟从高中英语课堂听力教学的三个操作过程进行初步探讨.要提高听力,应从以下方面入手.1.应从多听教学听力录音带入手.教学听力录音带是专家们为英语教学精心准备和筛选出来的规范的学习材料,我们要充分地加以利用.学生在练习时应有意识地聆听录音材料中的语音现象,注意同化、弱读、连续、失去爆破等现象,还要注意句子的重音、语调、语气等.也可以选听适合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料、故事等.另外精心挑选听力材料.根据学生的学习和学生现有的英语水平,合理挑选适当的听力材料不仅至关重要,也是准备阶段必做的工作之一,挑选材料时,应注意以下几点:选择从易到难逐步深入的系列材料.也就是说,从短句到长句,从句子到短文,从短文到现场对话,逐步深入;选择针对性、操作性较强的材料.通过此类材料,既能使学生习得实用的交际语言,又能培养学生在真实语境中的应变能力.2.仔细准备电教媒体.除了合理挑选听力教学材料外,应充分利用实物和图片、幻灯、投影、录音、录像、电视等媒体进行听力教学,做到形象直观、生动活泼,有助于学生理解听力材料.3.巧妙设计训练方式.一般来说,听力教学过精听为主,泛听为辅,精泛结合精听最好是选用教学录音和有故事情节的短文或科普短文在第一遍听新材料的时候,一定要聚精会神,让自己的思维跟上每一个音节,而且必须要全部听懂,句句听懂.如同学习语文一样,有一本教科书是精读课本,篇篇要仔细分析,看懂每个词语、句子.英语的精听也必须高度集中思想,力图听懂每个词语、句子,捕捉信息.训练的方法是先把录音文章听一遍,通晓大意,然后再重放,一句一句地听,遇到听不懂的词语、句子,就利用录音机、复读机的倒放功能,倒了再听,一遍不行两遍,甚至三遍,直至听懂为止.然后再下一句,等到每个句子都听懂了,再把全文从头至尾放一遍,的确全听懂了,精听也达到了预期的效果.泛听如同英语泛读一样,不求听懂每个句子,只要听懂大概意思即可.可选用一些口语教材或一些有趣的小故事,使自己多接触录音材料,以求熟悉英语发音,扩大知识面.泛听也就是求量的增加与积累,以达到“量变到质变”的效果.有些语言情景与单词短语经过反复地,也很自然就慢慢听懂了,英语听的能力也自然提高了.无论是精听或是泛听,最好开始都不要看文字材料.精听应先把录音内容从头至尾听一遍,再把听不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反复听.若有些地方实在听不懂,也应尽量听清各个音节,然后再翻开书看一看,有些影响理解的生词可查一下词典.接着再合上书从头至尾听,直到能够听懂全部内容为止.通过这样的听力训练,可促使自己提高辨音及听力理解能力.如果读过书面材料再去听录音,往往就是耳朵在辨音,而是大脑在思索、背诵,如果看着书面材料听,则往往是自己的默读,这样达不到提高听力的目的,遇到新材料的时候就又会听不懂.为了将各种准备工作行之有效地付之教学实践,笔者以为,可将听力课的教学分成以下二个步骤:1.开始听之前(1)预猜.在听录音材料前,教师有必要先将标题或提示写在黑板上,让学生根据标题分组讨论,猜测该材料所述的大概内容和事情发展的过程及结果,让学生在心理上处于一种听录音前的准备状态.如果学生通过对标题或提示的猜测能猜出作者要说的话,他就能更好地理解材料.这种猜测是学生根据自己学过的语言知识和思维逻辑对所听材料进行推测的能力,因此,培养这种能力是听力前不可或缺的一步.(2)对关键词的点拨与揭示.为了提高听的准确性,在进行听力训练之前,教师可先对那些估计会给学生听材料造成重大阻碍的关键词作必要的提示,但对那些不影响听力的生词不作讲解.(3)明确听的任务.教师可让学生浏览听力题干,明确听的任务,使学生“负重”,带着问题去听.如果不进行这样的限制式训练,学生在听的过程中要尽力去听懂每个词,这对绝大多数学生来说,是不大可能的;会挫伤学生的积极性和信心.所以,教师应让学生带着问题去听,带着预测的“答案”去验证自己的观点,在比较的过程中提高听的能力.当学生正确地完成这些提示性的问题后,他(她)会获得成功的愉悦,进而激发听的兴趣.2.开始听的时候(1)初听(泛听).让学生带着问题听完材料后,从记忆中捕捉文章的主要信息,以养成良好的习惯——在听一篇材料时,不平均分配注意力,而是听关键词,抓主要线索,辨别并获取“相关成分”,摒弃“无关成分”.否则,学生将主次不分,什么都想抓,什么都抓不住.这一过程属于听力的起始阶段,学生可边听边记,记录材料中的人名、地名、时间等信息,以便应付细节上设点的问题.总之,在这一过程,教师应提醒学生要抓住文章的主线及关键词.(2)理解检查.学生听完材料后,教师可用一些简单的问题设问,并对不同层次的学生提问,以得到及时的较准确的教学反馈.(3)复听(精听).初听时,不少学生很有可能会因为较难的材料或较快的语速对听力材料似懂非懂,不能及时地领悟学过的词汇也无法在初听时达到对文章内容较全面的掌握.因此,教师有必要让学生复听文章的细节,重点把握文章所提供的主要线索及事实,并根据文章的体裁、意义回答who/what/how/when/which/where等问题,力求在泛听的基础上,深化对所听材料的理解.(4)讨论回答.通过让学生两次对文章的感知以后,教师可让学生独立完成训练题,然后再分组讨论答案.讨论中,学生可以相互补充、相互帮助并达成共识.如遇争论不一的问题,教师可让学生再听有关材料的相关内容,直到完全听懂为止.在这一过程中,教师应注意让学生听说结合:为了说得出,必须听懂;只有听懂了,才能接着说,以说促听,以听带说.
