虽然no也表达不的意思,但用在句子中一般不直接用no,表示
完整的句子需要谓语部分如is
虽然中文直接说不好,但英文翻译要加上is
直接翻译就是我的英语【是】不好的
否则就缺少成分,这也是英语与汉语的不同

楼上的就根本没回答楼主的问题,你得区分他们的概念!
no 除了名词性外就是形容词,自然可以修饰名词.形容词修饰名词是非常正确的 no student,no one,no person……
not是副词,自然是副词可以修饰形容词的
good 是形容词自然符合语法 not good,not enough,not right
能区分词性是最重要的
