My Collection
Many people have their own hobbies,such as swimming,playing the piano and so on.But I think mine is a little different.I'm fond of collecting stamps.Because I love the beautiful views,meaningful events and different culture on the stamps,they attract me to get to know more about them and never give up collecting.On the other hand,in order to collect stamps from all over the world,I made friends with many people,they always provide me with the latest news about famous stamps,sometimes even share their collection with me.Thus the collecting is not only a hobby,but also a bridge of our friendship.It really colourized my life,I'll adhere to it.

I have been collecting pens for six years.Now,I have 95 of them.This may seem like a difficult thing at first,but we can easily finish it if we last for long.
Most of us have probably worked with pens when we go to school.I have been starting to collect pens since I was 8 years old.I stored them in boxes under my bed.The first one I ever collected was given by my uncle.In my mind,uncle was a hero and he always helped a lot.This time,he asked me to study hard.A lot of them had meaning.A blue pen,for example,was used by writing the dairy when I traveled around China.Another one was used for a important exam and I won the prize.
When I was 13 years old,I found out that Education is an important part of our development.So I started doing lots of practices.I also ran out of many kinds of them.I was very proud before my end-of-year eaxms because I tried my best to work.
Collecting opeans a window for you to see the value of life even more meaningful,and makes it easier to lead a happy life.

I have many hobbies, which I most like is the collection. I have always had the habit of collection, at first, I had no choice. Then to have special habits slowly, it is to collect candy wrappers. To a Chinese,the task of learning English well is not easy.So I,like many other English learners,have met with difficulties in learning English during the past seven years.But I managed to overcome them and made much progress.
The spelling and meaning of words can be said to be the first difficulty I met as a beginner.But I found our my own way to deal with them.As to spelling,I never copied a new work again and again to remember it,but tried to find its relevance to the sound.In fact,as long as I can read the word out,I can write it out.As to the meaning,I rarely recite its Chinese translation but often put the word into the sentence to learn its meaning.Moreover,if you use a word quite often,its spelling and meaning will be no problem.After all,we are learning English in order to use it.
Grammar and idioms may be another difficulty.But I have also got over it.I have not read lots of grammar books.But I spent much time reading the articles written by native speakers or specialists in English.By doing so,I came to gain “a sense of English language”.I began to gain a feel for which sentences are “good English” and which are not.
Finally,I want to say that overcoming all these difficulties requires perseverance.In the past seven years I spent at least an hour on English each day.I believe this is an important reason why I am able to make progress in learning English.
