We always start off with stretching because it's important to warm up.Then we do some jumping jacks and other exercises before jogging around the track.After that the real fun begins.We divide up into teams and compete at different sports.Basketball and dodge ball are my favorite games.There's no pressure to win.We just have fun while strengthening our bodies.That's why I like PE class so much.; 1年前

At school,i need to learn many kinds of subjects.Such as Chinese、English math and so on .Every subject can improve our knowledge and make us wiser.My favorite subject is P.E .Maybe you will say P.E.is the most useless subject for increasing knowledge.I won't agree with you.During a P.E class,i can relax my nerves and body;i can do my favorite sport---basketball;i can learn the sports skills from my teacher;i can also learn some interesting and useful things.After the P.E class ,i feel relaxing and enthuastic,so i can do better on my other subjects.
