而且 having checked 是一个从句 修饰tickets 省略that

A ：check 这个动作不是tickets 发出的 不能这样表达
B：being done 中文可译为：现在正在被…… 不符合时态和语意 不正确
D：to be done 经常表示：将来要做的动作 而且表达被动 显然也不符合时态语意 不对
