It is generally accepted that learning from experience is a dispensable skill wherever you are.The truth is deep and profound.Learning ,like a mechine,provide with energy,get us promoted and freshed.
There are many reasons supporting this argument.First of all,we may have no idea when starting to set to do something new,but someone maybe make it perfect after a great deal of failure.A scientist,for instance,may do hundreds of experiment before he obtain a series of data he need.What’s more,learning from experience allows us to gain different point of view ,which we are not able to learn from textbook.Besides,experience makes it possible for organizations or companies to manage better than before,giving them a correct direction to avoid making unnecessary mistakes.
Judging from the argument offered,we might sfely draw the conlcusion that experience is a teacher hidden behind us,if we pay more attention,you will benefit a lot.To conclude,learning from experience is very important for human being to develop our country.

On the Important of a Name
Everybody has a name.What’s more,a lot of attention is being drawn to it and people’s ideas are various.
On the one hand,some people hold the view that the name is very important.First of all,the name will be the first impact which you give to your new friend.As we know the first impact is very important in some case like hunting a job.Secondly,a wonderful name can give you some good characters.For example,a man who called ”Li Gang” usually really powerful.The last but not least,the name contain the expectations which parents give to the kids.
On the other hand,a great many people insist that name is indifferent.They mainly point out that weather a person can be successful depends on how hard he or she work but has nothing to do with his or her name.
In my opinion,there should be something relate to the name.But what we can mostly trust is ourself.We should remember our name,and fight hard!

翻译那4个是完全一样的
作文我按模板写的 没什么问题就是把题目university ranking 当专有名词大写了（悲剧啊）

More and more people are crazy about getting certificates nowadays.In some people's eyes,you will be regarded as an elite if you have a lot of certificates.Why the phenomenon is so common now?
What affect this phenomenon most are the various demands of many companies.For example,the globalization movement leads English plays a more and more significant role in the stage of world.As a result,English level certificates become a measurement of a person that if he or she has the ability of using English.But some people who are crazy about getting certificates may not for jobs.Some students merely want to show they are accomplished on many aspects, and it's also an important reason that certificates do good to their credit.
In my point of view,certificates can prove your ability to some extent,however,it's not absolute that you are capable just because you obtained certificates.All of us should believe that ability is more meaningful than certificate for good.
