这个很正常,引物本身的结构和模板的结合牢固程度,就会影响扩增的效率,导致扩增出来的片段亮度不同.

如果引物是从模板的两端开始,也就是扩出的产物和模板一样,那么总的拷贝数为A*(1+Y)^N(其中A为初始拷贝数,Y为扩增效率,N为扩增循环数)

1,将19度的角累加19次,会得到一个361度的角(可能超过360度的角对初中生来说有点难以理解),也就是,会转一周(360度)后再多出一度,就是所要求的1度角了!
2,因为17与360是互素的,所以一定存在某个整数n,使17重复n次(度数为17*n,这里n=127)后刚好是360的整数倍(这里是6倍)多一度或少一度(此处是少一度,这个问题的正确性是不容置疑的,但是证明要涉及数论知识,有兴趣可以去看看这方面的书)
所以17度的模板可以画出一度的角!

方格网法土方计算
由方格网来计算土方量是根据实地测定的地面点坐标(X,Y,Z)和设计高程,通过生成方格网来计算每一个方格内的填挖方量,最后累计得到指定范围内填方和挖方的土方量,并绘出填挖方分界线.
系统首先将方格的四个角上的高程相加(如果角上没有高程点,通过周围高程点内插得出其高程),取平均值与设计高程相减.然后通过指定的方格边长得到每个方格的面积,再用长方体的体积计算公式得到填挖方量.方格网法简便直观,易于操作,因此这一方法在实际工作中应用非常广泛.

1、设计面是平面时的操作步骤:

如果设计的面是斜面(基准点),需要确定坡度、基准点和向下方向上一点的坐标,以及基准点的设计高程.

点取设计面基准点:确定设计面的基准点;
指定斜坡设计面向下的方向:点取斜坡设计面向下的方向;
