放暑假了，为了度过一个快乐而有意义的暑假，我制定了以下计划：一、主要学习安排有计划的认真完成《暑假作业》，每天写六页，一个月内写完；写作文20篇，其中，记人、记事、景物描写10篇，读后感10篇，争取在网上发表5～8篇。认真练习毛笔字，每周练习三节课。认真复习三、四年级学过的英语单词，预习五年级英语，争取把五年级单词背下来。二、业余学习安排每天弹琴1.5小时，把古筝七级的《战台风》和《秦桑曲》弹熟练，准备考级，争取考级成功，认真参加古筝暑期培训班，争取新学一首曲子。复习学过的葫芦丝曲子，自学《彝家欢度火把节》《蓝色的香巴拉》和《赛马》葫芦丝曲，学巴乌2～3首曲子。争取去老师家学习3～5次，录制曲子3～5首。三、其它利用多媒体学习：酷6教育网的贾老师教作文、中小学课程酷6英语。我要把参加社区活动的照片和日记及时上传、更新博客内容，争取访问量提升到1200人以上。加强体育锻炼，如：打羽毛球、打篮球、滑滑板等，每天活动0.5～1小时，要注意安全。帮妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，如：擦桌子、洗碗……我要严格要求自己，按照制定的计划学习，这样，我就能度过一个多姿多彩的暑假。

　　我要坚持写日记、作文。以前，我写的日记“干干的”，主要就是缺少观察；以后，我打算每天看三十分钟的课外书，在寒假期间把一些所见所闻记录下来，并把有一些有意义的人或事写成文章。看一些优秀的作文，学习别人的写作长处。在网上查找写的好的文章，向人家学习学习。另外，我还要一个小册子，起名为“日记小材料”，平时发生一点小事都要留心观察，把一些精彩的东西记录下来，那可是写文章的好材料哟！到时候要写东西，那就不愁“没事可写”了！
　　走亲访友，做到文明礼貌，尊敬长辈，向亲戚朋友介绍自己的学习情况，向同龄人交流学习心得。
　　这就是我的寒假计划，我不但要加强学习，也要多帮爸妈做事，大家觉得我这个寒假计划怎么样？

一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。时光飞逝，转眼间我们有迈进了一个新阶段。
在上个学期中，可谓“大错不返，小错不断”，偶尔的一些失误，让我又明白了一些不足，也在多次修改后，也有了新的进步。或许我们正在为上学期的错误而懊悔，正在为时间的飞逝而感叹，正在为自己的粗心而苦……
但是，我认为新学期，新气象，新起点！在一次考试，我一看答题卷，全都是懂的，不禁有点沾沾自喜，一边笑呵呵地捂住嘴笑，一边飞快地以迅雷不及眼耳的速度答题。答完题，又写完作问，觉得差不多了，信心满满地合上眼，睡着了。
成绩下来后，却发觉试卷上有许多的圈圈叉叉，错漏百出，错别字一大把。以79.5分吊在瓶口。从此以后再也不会对熟悉的题掉以轻心。
昨天已成为过去，明天也是不可触及的希翼，今天的光阴寸是我们应该关注的！
在新的阶段，我们应当要有心的进步，学习中，通过我们的不逝摸索，未来的蓝图早已在我们心中勾勒出一点点轮廓。古人云“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”！我新学期的计划只有6字：努力，刻苦，勤奋！在课堂中，我们怎样才能将课堂有限的时间变为无限的知识呢？答案是肯定的，唯有专心听讲，才能取得最好的成绩。课前的预习和课后的复习也是必不可少。当天的知识要当天消化，不可以把问题留到明天。
昨日已经过去了，如果你是凡是都想着“怕什么？有明天呢！”那么你就大错特错。
让我们把我好今天，不浪费任何一分一秒，卖相充满希望的明天！
明日复明日，明日何其多。我生待明日，万事成蹉跎。

I will have a seven-day holiday next week.In these days,I have many things to do.First,I must finish the exercises left by teachers,Chinese,math and English.It may take me two days to finish.I plan finish them in the first and second day.And then,I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad.I miss them very much.So do they.I will stay there for three days.The last two days,I want to have a good rest or play with my friends.It’s my own time,so that I want to spend it with my friends.This is my plan for the holiday.What about yours?

手里拿着成绩单，看着这分数心里真不是滋味。虽说考试前我生了场病，考这分数情有可原。但总的原因还是我没有认真学习，造成基础不牢固，无法用自己所学的知识去面对考试。想着平日里父母为我的学习操碎了心，心里总有一种愧疚感。暑假来临，正好可以利用这段时间来弥补我学习上的不足。我的暑假学习安排是这样的：一·每天坚持听一个小时的英语。由于某些因素，让我们在英语水平上与经济发达地区的孩子们有一定的差距，但我相信只要我肯努力，也能追上他们，并比他们做的更好。二·坚持背诵语文古诗词和英语单词。在高考中语文默写占得分值虽不是很大，但俗话说“一分也能压倒众多人。”就像在这次考试中，我就因没好好背古诗词，连屈原《离骚》中的千古名句“长太息以掩涕兮，哀民生之多艰。”都不会写，让我白白丢了许多分。并且在写作文时，可以引用许多古诗词。如在写面对困难时的态度，可以引用李白的“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”等等。背英语单词更为重要，阅读时连单词的意思都不知道，那你该如何答题；写作时连单词都不会拼写，那你该如何的高分……三·多做理综题。只会一味的死记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。四·整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。五·利用网络多和别人交流。网络是个很好的交流平台，我们可以在网上与他人互相交流学习经验，了解大学的招生信息等等。“所谓天才人物指的就是具有毅力的人，勤奋的人，入迷的人和忘我的人。”我会充分利用好这个暑假，以最好的状态去面对新学期的到来。这就是我的暑假学习计划，那么你的呢？

　　下午10:00放学到家
　　10:10开始写作业
　　写完之后做学习资料，直到11:00睡觉。

As the saying goes,”A year's plan starts with spring, an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening” . so I make up my mine to make a plan for this whole year. First of all, I have to try my best to learn maths well. It means I have to pass all the maths exam, which is difficult for me. however, in order to take a good place in the senior high school entrance examination, I have to make my plan and achieve it. And then I have to keep the level of my Chinese where it is now. I hope I get go to an excellent high school in September. 理由：因为此时间段人体体温较低,关节和肌肉最为僵硬,所以最宜做一些强度较小、而又需要有耐力的运动.另外,由于心率和身体被唤醒的程度此时也最低.中午只适宜休息.
下午3：00-6：00
适宜：网球、排球、举重和消耗脂肪的有氧运动.
理由：这是锻炼的最佳时机.因为此时体温上升,肌肉的力量和弹性开始达到顶点.下午3：00左右呼吸通道也最为松驰（此时肾上腺素分泌最为旺盛）,因而呼吸通畅,这意味着你能吸入更多的氧气,而氧气能增加肺活量,帮助心脏更效地工作.肾上腺素增加,表明你的体能在增加,对痛苦的承受能力也在提高,这样你便能挑战自我而没有太多的不适.
下午6：00-8：00
适宜；游泳、体操、疾跑、瑜伽、芭蕾、伸展运动或有氧运动.
理由：此时间段体温最高,因而肌肉最为柔韧.同时肾上腺素的分泌也达到了顶点,艰苦持久的运动因而变得轻而易举,这将有助于你更快地适应这些运动.

　　放寒假了，我觉得坐在电视机旁看那些五花八门的电视剧，早就没有了新鲜感。做完作业后何不利用这大好时光多读几本书开阔视野呢？于是，我给自己制定了一个读书计划。
　　为了使自己更有见识，更能沉下心来做每一件事，我决定读一些名着，因为那样不仅能提高我的理解能力和写作能力。更能够锻炼我的意志力。于是我选了几本较厚中国古典名着的文言文版。有《西游记》、《红楼梦》、《水浒传》、《三国演义》这四本中国古典名着。有人要说了，这些内容都拍成电视剧了你还看什么书啊！但是我却不是这样认为的，我觉得只有真正阅读原着，才会体会到名着的魅力所在。从而达到陶冶情操修身养性的目的。而电视剧里常常是有一些不符实的炒作成分，所以我建议大家一定要读原着。
　　我计划每天醉心阅读三小时，从早晨六点到九点。这样大概需要七八天能读完一本书。当读完一本后我就会问问自己这讲的是什么，想告诉我们什么道理，再写读书笔记。这样坚持下来我的写作水平定会提高的很快，而且也会净化我的心灵。
　　我一定会坚持不懈的努力，会时时刻刻给自己敲响警钟。
