个人感觉你后半句貌似不太对.
which从句应该修饰的是spread.

你一个月的基本薪酬是5000元,每月还有450块的补助,就相当于工作餐年检等等之类的补贴了.
意思就是你一月拿5450块呗,这个是你一整个月可以得到的薪水,其实你自己也肯定知道他不可能除了工资之外还给你5000多的补贴,你之前的薪水你肯定是有数的,一般新工作的工资都是base在你上一个工作的薪水上的.除非你是别人苦苦挖来的你才可能double,tripple啥的.
compensation是指薪酬福利,salary仅仅指薪水,不包括别的福利比如饭补车补什么的.
另外外企一般说薪水都是说税前的,并且严格纳税,那估计你一个月到手的也就是2/3这样,具体的数字还要看你们公积金的比例,还有社保的比例,保险的类型.正常的话是五险一金都齐全的,一般公积金比例也就15%上下浮动.
