最近正好组内做了一个文档相似度的分享。决定回答一发。首先，如果不局限于NN的方法，可以用BOW+tf-idf+LSI/LDA的体系搞定，也就是俗称的01或one hot representation。其次，如果楼主指定了必须用流行的NN，俗称word-embedding的方法，当然首推word2vec（虽然不算是DNN）。然后得到了word2vec的词向量后，可以通过简单加权/tag加权/tf-idf加权等方式得到文档向量。这算是一种方法。当然，加权之前一般应该先干掉stop word，词聚类处理一下。还有，doc2vec中的paragraph vector也属于直接得到doc向量的方法。特点就是修改了word2vec中的cbow和skip-gram模型。依据论文《Distributed Representations of Sentences and Documents》(ICML 2014)。还有一种根据句法树加权的方式，是ICML2011提出的，见论文《Parsing Natural Scenes and Natural Language with Recursive Neural Networks》，后续也有多个改编的版本。当然，得到词向量的方式不局限于word2vec，RNNLM和glove也能得到传说中高质量的词向量。

传统结构化剪枝往往分为三步走， 训练-剪枝-finetune 。 剪枝方面默认的常识是： 本文揭示了几个违背过往剪枝常识的观察： 注意，作者上述的观察都是基于结构化剪枝的。对于非结构化剪枝，只有在小数据集合上，从头开始训练可以达到和剪枝-finetune相同的精度，在大数据集合上则会失败。 为什么之前的论文实验中，从头开始训练的实验效果都没有使用剪枝之后的参数的效果好？因为想当然的思想，使得之前的在“ 从头开始训练的”实验中没有仔细选择超参数、数据扩充策略，并且也没有给从头开始训练足够的计算时间和轮次（因为作者提到从头开始训练需要更多的轮次才能得到和利用剪枝参数进行finetune类似的精度） 当然，如果已经具备了一个训练好的大模型，那么剪枝和finetune可以加快获得高效网络的时间。 常见的减小网络参数量的方法有低秩化、量化、剪枝。剪枝因为其高效卓越的表现得到了广泛的关注。 剪枝可以分为非结构化剪枝和结构化剪枝。非结构化剪枝作用在单个权重上；导致卷积核的权重参数稀疏化。结构化剪枝作用在channel层以及layer层。 这篇文章受到了一些研究剪枝特征的论文的启发。 文本则是论文2的更进一步发现， 不需要特定的初始化参数，直接从头开始训练就可以得到类似精度乃至更加优秀的高效模型。节点的连接，也就是剪枝之后的网络结构才是给高效模型带来提升的重要因素。 数据 ：CIFAR-10, CIFAR-100 , 和ImageNet datasets。 ** 实验模型 ：VGG、ResNet、DenseNet是剪枝论文常用的三个网络，具有较好的代表性。 ** 对比其他论文的方法 ：对比了两个自动剪枝方法、4个预定义结构的剪枝方法 训练的开销 ：对于从头开始训练的剪枝模型，怎么分配训练轮次合适？之前的方法都是和大模型采用相同的轮次，用Scratch-E表示；如果按照训练过程中的浮点数计算，那么一个被剪枝50%的模型，应该训练的轮次为原始模型的2倍，这种训练方式用Scratch-B表示。 在直觉上，小的模型只需要更少轮次就可以实现收敛，但是在本文的实验中，发现部分情况下，Scratch-B的训练方式是有必要的，可以提升精度. 实验的分析章节就是对简述中提到的结论的验证，这边就不展开赘述了。 对于《 Learning efficient convolutional networks through network slimming》这篇文章，采用全局剪枝的方式，根据不同的剪枝比率可以得到不同的剪枝模型。对不同的剪枝模型从头开始训练可以得到图中的蓝色曲线；采用相同的剪枝比率，但是逐层等比例剪枝（比如剪枝比率为0.2，在上面的论文中，是网络所有层参数排序之后，减掉排序末尾的20%；而后面这种等比例剪枝，则是每层减掉20%），从头开始训练可以得到图中红色曲线。可见即使不采用剪枝之后的权重，剪枝保留的结构也是很有用的。 作者针对《 Learning efficient convolutional networks through network slimming》这篇文章进行了5次随机从头训练，发现如果指定比率剪枝，那么5次剪枝之后，每层的保留层数总是神奇的相似，这说明这个方法确实可以得到一个比较高效稳定的结构。 更进一步的实验发现， 在VGG网络上，net-slimming剪枝策略优于每层等比例剪枝，而在ResNet,DenseNet上，net-slimming剪枝策略可能不如每层等比例剪枝。 作者分析了这些网络剪枝之后的结构，发现这种结构趋向于每层等比例剪枝，这可能就是这个策略剪枝之后的效果约等于每层等比例剪枝的原因。而VGG网络每层的冗余并不是均衡的，因此剪枝策略有效。 根据net slimming算法在VGG网络上的成功结果，是否可以挖掘到一个设计网络结构的基本原则？ 对于VGG网络，剪枝之后的相邻层有相似的channel数量，将相似channel数量的层分为一个stage，网络分为三个stage。将同一个stage中的平均层数作为新模型的该stage中的层数，这样得到的新网络称为 “Guided Pruning” 。 在VGG16上剪枝的模型迁移到VGG19上，这样得到的新网络称为 迁移“Guided Pruning方法 。 下图展示了剪枝算法、“Guided Pruning”、迁移“Guided Pruning方法以及每层均匀剪枝策略在不同剪枝比率（x轴是参数量，餐数量少的剪枝比率高）时的准确率。可以看到前三者的准确率大差不差。 因此不需要从头开始训练一个大的网络，可以采用迁移学习的方式从小网络直接得到一个性能还不错的更深层网络

音频编辑在音乐后期合成、多媒体音效制作、视频声音处理等方面发挥着巨大的作用，它是修饰声音素材的最主要途径，能够直接对声音质量起到显著的影响。每一个需要与音频操作打交道的的用户都渴望找到一种简单、实用的音频编辑解决方案，但以往使用的同类软件要不就是过于复杂、难于上手（比如Sound Forge），要不就是用途单一、功能太弱。最让人头痛的还是他们大都是英文软件，里面充斥着大量专业术语单词，这就让本来就摸不着头脑的初学者更加迷惑了。到底有没有一个折衷的方案-一个操作简单、功能实用的中文音频编辑软件？答案是肯定的，今天我要为大家介绍的主角就正是这么一位"多才多艺"的家伙，它就是GoldWave-你的最佳音频选择。 GoldWave这个音频编辑软件是由Chris Craig先生于1997年开始开发的，在历经了数次版本升级之后如今我们使用的是2000年推出的4.16版，无论从功能还是界面上比以前的版本都有了巨大的提高，现在真正可以说是一个成熟、出色的音频编辑软件了。令人感到兴奋的是，国内的紫砂壶汉化网站（www.purpleclay.com）为这个版本作了汉化，你可以在那里下载它进行试用，我们下面的讲解也将以这个汉化版作为范列。现在你大可将E文的烦恼抛之脑后，投入我们伟大母语的使用环境中吧，快跟着我一起进入GoldWave的音频编辑世界！ 一。快速入门 GoldWave是标准的绿色软件，不需要安装且体积小巧（压缩后只有0.7M），将压缩包的几个文件释放到硬盘下的任意目录里，直接点击GoldWave.exe就开始运行了。 既然是音频编辑软件，我们就先得用音频文件来"开刀"！选择文件菜单的打开命令，指定一个将要进行编辑的文件，然后按回车。在毫无等待的时间相应内，GoldWave马上显示出这个文件的波形状态和软件运行主界面（如图1），让我们吃惊它的运行反应速度。整个主界面从上到下被分为3个大部分，最上面是菜单命令和快捷工具栏，中间是波形显示，下面是文件属性。我们的主要操作集中在占屏幕比例最大的波形显示区域内，如果是立体声文件则分为上下两个声道，可以分别或统一对它们进行操作。 1． 选择音频事件 要对文件进行各种音频处理之前，必须先从中选择一段出来（选择的部分称为一段音频事件）。GoldWave的选择方法很简单，充分利用了鼠标的左右键配合进行，在某一位置上左击鼠标就确定了选择部分的起始点，在另一位置上右击鼠标就确定了选择部分的终止点，这样选择的音频事件就将以高亮度显示（如图2），现在我们的所有操作都只会对这个高亮度区域进行，其它的阴影部分不会受到影响。 图2：选择的部分以高亮度显示 当然如果选择位置有误或者更换选择区域可以使用编辑菜单下的选择查看命令（或使用快捷键Ctrl+W），然后再重新进行音频事件的选择。 2． 剪切、复制、粘贴、删除 音频编辑与Windows其它应用软件一样，其操作中也大量使用剪切、复制、粘贴、删除等基础操作命令，因此牢固掌握这些命令能够更有助于我们的快速入门。GoldWave的这些常用操作命令实现起来十分容易，除了使用编辑菜单下的命令选项外，快捷键也和其他Windows应用软件差不多。 要进行一段音频事件的剪切，首先要对剪切的部分进行选择，然后按Ctrl+X就行了，稍事等待之后这段高亮度的选择部分就消失了，只剩下其他未被选择的阴影部分。用选择查看命令并重新设定指针的位置到将要粘贴的地方，用Ctrl+V就能将刚才剪掉的部分还原出来，真是太方便了，和普通软件使用方法完全相同！ 同理，用Ctrl+C进行复制、用Del进行删除。如果在删除或其他操作中出现了失误，用Ctrl+Z就能够进行恢复，所以在操作中尽可以放心大胆的使用，任何错误都可以挽回嘛！ 3． 时间标尺和显示缩放 在波形显示区域的下方有一个指示音频文件时间长度的标尺（如图3），它以秒为单位，清晰的显示出任何位置的时间情况，这就对我们了解掌握音频处理时间、音频编辑长短有很大的帮助，因此一定要在实际操作中养成参照标尺的习惯，你会发现它将给你带来很大的方便。 图3：方便的时间标尺显示 其实打开一个音频文件之后，立即会在标尺下方显示出音频文件的格式以及它的时间长短，这就给我们提供了准确的时间量化参数，根据这个时间长短来计划进行各种音频处理，往往会减少很多不必要的操作过程。 有的音频文件太长，一个屏幕不能显示完毕，一种方法是用横向的滚动条进行拖放显示，另一种方法是改变显示的比例。在GoldWave中，我们改变显示比例的方法很简单，用查看菜单下的放大、缩小命令就可以完成，更方便的是用快捷键Shift+↑放大和用Shift+↓缩小。 如果想更详细的观测波形振幅的变化，那么就可以加大纵向的显示比例，方法同横向一样，用查看菜单下的垂直放大、垂直缩小或使用Ctrl+↑、Ctrl+↓就行了，这时会看到出现纵向滚动条，拖动它就可以进行细致的观测了。 4． 声道选择 对于立体声音频文件来说，在GoldWave中的显示是以平行的水平形式分别进行的。有时在编辑中只想对其中一个声道进行处理，另一个声道要保持原样不变化，这该如何进行选择呢？使用编辑菜单的声道命令，直接选择将要进行作用的声道就行了（上方表示左声道，下方表示右声道）。这时你会发现你的所有操作只会对这个选择的声道起作用，而另一个声道会以深色的表示并不受到任何影响（如图4）。 5． 插入空白区域 在指定的位置插入一定时间的空白区域也是音频编辑中常用的一项处理方法，只需要选择编辑菜单下的插入静音命令，在弹出的对话窗中输入插入的时间，然后按下OK键，这时就可以在指针停留的地方看到这段空白的区域了，非常方便。 二． 音频特效制作 在GoldWave的效果菜单中提供了10多种常用音频特效的命令，从压缩到延迟再到回声等，每一种特效都是日常音频应用领域使用最为广泛的效果，掌握它们的使用能够更方便我们在多媒体制作、音效合成方面进行操作，得到令人满意的效果。 需要说明的是，这个汉化版本中效果菜单的某些命令的中文翻译不太恰当，所以我们这里另以更准确的用词就行解释。 1． 回声效果 回声，顾名思义是指声音发出后经过一定的时间再返回被我们听到，就象在旷野上面对高山呼喊一样，在很多影视剪辑、配音中广泛采用。 GoldWave的回声效果制作方法十分简单，选择效果菜单下的回声命令，在弹出的对话框中输入延迟时间、音量大小和打开混响选框就行了（如图5）。延迟时间值越大，声音持续时间越长，回声反复的次数越多，效果就越明显。而音量控制的是指返回声音的音量大小，这个值不宜过大，否则回声效果就显得不真实了。打开混响效果之后，能够使声音听上去更润泽、更具空间感，所以建议一般都将它选中。 2． 压缩效果 在唱歌的录音中，往往录制出来的效果不那么令人满意，究其原因很大程度上是由于唱歌时气息、力度的掌握不当造成的。有的语句发音过强、用力过大，几乎造成过载失真了；有的语句却"轻言细语"，造成信号微弱。如果对这些录音后的音频数据使用压缩效果器就会在很大程度上减少这种情况的发生。 压缩效果利用"高的压下来，低的提上去"的原理，对声音的力度起到均衡的作用。在GoldWave中，我们可以在效果菜单的扩大/压缩中找到这个命令，选择后弹出如图6所示对话框。 图6：扩展/压缩效果设置 在它的三项参数中最重要的是阀值的确定，它的取值就是压缩开始的临界点，高于这个值的部分就被以比值（%）的比率进行压缩。而平滑度表示声音的润泽程度，其取值越大声音过渡得越自然，但听上去感觉也越模糊；其取值越小声音越生硬，但越清晰，所以在压缩过程中应选择一个合适的平滑度，以获得最好的效果。 3． 镶边效果 使用镶边效果能在原来音色的基础上给声音再加上一道独特的"边缘"，使其听上去更有趣、更具变化性。选择GoldWave效果菜单下的边缘（Flange）命令就能看到如图7所示的设置界面。 图7：镶边效果设置 镶边的作用效果主要依靠深度和频率两项参数决定，试着改变它们各自的不同取值就可以得很多意想不到的奇特效果。如果想要加强作用后的效果比例，则将混合音量增大就可以了。 4。 改变音高 由于音频文件属于模拟信号，要想改变它的音高是一件十分费劲的事情，而且改变后的效果不一定理想。GoldWave能够合理的改善这个问题，只需要使用它提供的音高变化命令就能够轻松实现。 选择效果菜单中的倾斜度（Pitch）进入改变音高设置对话框（如图8）。其中比例表示音高变化到现在的0.5－2.0倍，是一种倍数的设置方式。而半音就一目了然了，表示音高变化的半音数。我们知道12个半音就是一个八度，所以用＋12或－12来升高或降低一个八度。它下方的好声调（Fine Tune）是半音的微调方式，100个单位表示一个半音。 图8：音高变化设置 音频格式的固有属性告诉我们，一般变调后的音频文件其长度也要相应变化，但在GoldWave中我们可以实现梦寐以求的"变调不变长"功能，只须将对话框中的保留长度选框选中就行了，现在再播放时发现还是原来的文件长度。 5． 均衡器 均衡调节也是音频编辑中一项十分重要的处理方法，它能够合理改善音频文件的频率结构，达到我们理想的声音效果。选择效果菜单的过滤器（Filter）－变量EQ（参数均衡器）就能打开GoldWave的10段参数均衡器对话框（如图9）。 图9：10段参数均衡器调节 最简单快捷的调节方法就是直接拖动代表不同频段的数字标识到一个指定的大小位置，注意声音每一段的增益（Gain）不能过大，以免造成过载失真。 6． 音量效果 GoldWave的音量效果子菜单中包含了改变选择部分音量大小、淡出淡入效果、音量最大化、音量包络线等命令，满足我们各种音量变化的需求。 改变音量大小命令是直接以百分比的形式对音量进行提升或降低的，其取值不宜过大。如果你既不想出现过载，又想在最大范围内的提升音量，那么建议你使用音量最大化命令。它是GoldWave为我们提供的最方便、实用的命令之一，一般在歌曲刻录CD之前都要做一次音量最大化的处理。 淡出淡入效果的制作也十分容易，直接选择相应命令并输入一个起始（或结束）的音量百分比就行了，现在再听听效果，音量的变化显得十分自然。如果想对不同位置的音频事件进行不同的音量变化就必须使用音量包络线了，打开包络线对话框后直接用鼠标添加、调整音量点的位置（如图10），最后按下OK键。 7。 声相效果 声相效果是指控制左右声道的声音位置并进行变化，达到声相编辑的目的。GoldWave的声相效果中，交换声道位置和声相包络线最为有用。交换声道位置就是将左右声道的数据互换，只需要选择效果菜单下的立体-交换就能够完成。而声相包络线跟音量包络线非常类似，能够更灵活的控制不同地方的不同声相变化，非常方便。 当然除了上面介绍的几种效果之外，GoldWave还提供了返相、静音、颠倒、偏移等效果，它们的使用更加简单，分别使用一次就能知道其中的含义。 三. 其它实用功能 GoldWave除了提供丰富的音频效果制作命令外，还为我们准备了CD抓音轨、批量格式转换、多种媒体格式支持等非常实用的功能。 1． CD抓音轨 如果你要编辑的音频素材在一张CD中的话，现在不需要再使用其它的抓音轨软件在各种格式之间导来导去了，直接选择GoldWave工具菜单下的CD声音取出命令就能够一步完成（如图11）。 图11：CD抓音轨对话框 选择音轨之后按下保存按钮，再输入一个保存的文件名称和路径就行了，真的是为我们省事不少呀！ 2． 批量格式转换 NLP技术发展的四种范式： Prompt的起源可以追溯到GPT-2，T5，GPT-3等的一些研究，发现在输入样本前加入一个和任务相关的 前缀 ，就可以提示模型接下来要输出的内容。比如在GPT-3的预测阶段，只需要在输入样本前加上Translate English to French: 就可以提示模型接下来要进行翻译任务，即完全依靠模型在预训练阶段学到的知识来进行预测，不需要在下游任务上再依靠task-specific的 监督数据 对模型进行fine-tune就可直接使用，一方面减少了fine-tune模型的计算和存储代价，另一方面也给样本量极度缺乏的 少样本领域(zero/few-shot) 带来了福音。 这种依靠 提示信息(Prompt) 来激发模型的内在潜能，挖掘模型在大规模预训练阶段学到的知识的做法引领了NLP领域的第四范式。人们逐渐开始思考如何更加 高效地利用 预训练语言模型的大量参数，如何将各种下游任务都统一到一个 通用框架 下，使得模型能够根据不同的提示信息进行不同的任务，从而不需要再为每个下游任务训练单独的模型。 本文将对Prompt快速发展过程中一些重要论文的核心创新点进行简要介绍，而不会详细描述过多模型细节（欲知全貌建议直接读原论文）。 论文：Exploiting Cloze Questions for Few Shot Text Classification and Natural Language Inference (2020) 该论文对Prompt模式的研究进行了规范，提出了 Pattern-Verbalizer 的概念： 比如对于5分类任务，给定输入样本 a ，对应的模板函数 P 和标签映射函数 v 可为： 注意这里多种Prompt模板函数以及答案映射函数都是 人工手动设计 的。 然后利用新构建出来的 P(x)，v(l) 对预训练模型进行fine-tune，其他更多细节不再展开，实验结果显示该方法在少样本任务上表现很好。 论文：It"s Not Just Size That Matters: Small Language Models Are Also Few-Shot Learners （ PET原班人马 ） GPT-3出来后显示了其在少样本学习上的惊人能力，但是其庞大的参数量也令人望而却步。而本文作者提出 “小模型在少样本学习上也可以有卓越表现” ，直接对标GPT-3这个庞然大物，从而奠定了 PET所提范式 在江湖的霸主地位，引起了各大武林人士的关注。 该文证明了PET所提范式的有效性，同时作者还分析发现设计不同的 Prompt 模板和标签映射函数 Verbalizer 对模型性能影响较大，从而引起后来人员涌入改进Prompt模板和标签映射Verbalizer构造的浪潮中。 论文：Making Pre-trained Language Models Better Few-shot Learners 取代PET中手动构建Prompt模板和标签映射函数的过程，自动化搜索模板和标签映射，同时参考GPT-3中的in-context learning，在输入样本中加入示例(demonstrations)作为上下文，帮助模型更好地理解要做什么。 实验表明，在少样本上，这种基于prompt的fine-tune效果能够明显好于标准的fine-tune，并且在样本中加入示例确实能够带来增益。 也许未必非要构建人能理解的 离散tokens式 的Prompt，构建模型能够接受的 连续向量式 的Prompt也未尝不可。 4.1 论文： Prefix-Tuning : Optimizing Continuous Prompts for Generation 该文针对 NLG(Natural Language Generation) 任务，提出了构建连续的prompts。在预训练模型的每一层加上一个Prefix前缀矩阵，固定预训练模型的参数，仅训练前缀矩阵的参数，在few-shot设定下，性能超过标准的fine-tune。 实验结果表明，在 全量 数据下，prompt-based fine-tune的效果能够 相当 standard fine-tune；在 少样本 下，能够 超过 standard fine-tune。 4.2 论文：GPT Understands, Too ( P-tuning ) 该文针对 NLU(Natural Language Understanding) 任务，也提出了构建连续的prompts。与 Prefix-tuning 不同的是，这里的prompts仅需要加在输入层，而不用加在网络的每一层，就可以work well。 利用 biLSTM 对prompts进行 Encode ，然后将编码后的 prompts embedding 和样本 x 输入预训练语言模型(PLM)，之后同时fine-tune prompt embeddings 和 pretrained model 。 考虑到优化连续的prompt向量有两个问题： 因此作者提出先采用 biLSTM 作为 Prompt Encoder 来编码prompt向量。 具体Prompt模板设计为： 实验结果表明，在 全量 数据下，prompt-based fine-tune的效果能够 相当 或超过standard fine-tune。 论文：The Power of Scale for Parameter-Efficient Prompt Tuning 该文提出为每个下游任务设计自己的prompt，拼接到输入样本上，然后完全freeze预训练模型的权重，仅训练prompts对应的权重参数。发现随着模型体积的增大， Prompt-tuning 的效果逐渐追上标准 fine-tune 的效果。 这里 Model Tuning 就是指标准的 fine-tune ，即在下游任务上对预训练模型的参数进行更新。 最后对各论文实验结果的普遍规律进行一个总结。各论文采用的fine-tune策略主要有以下三种：
