只有gerber文件不能导出物料表（BOM表），要有PCB文件或SCH文件才能导出物料表，因为gerber文件里面不含元件的电气属性，也就不含物料信息。

单位一般都是选英制，在生产PCB的过程中，都是以你选择的单位为单位，进行生产的。后面的格式是精确度（分辨率）的意思，4:2是4位整数2位小数，4:3是4位整数3位小数，4:4是4位整数4位小数，一般厂家都能达到最低档次的标准，就算你选4:3，如果厂家的光绘和腐蚀机器无法达到这个分辨率，那你选的在高也都没有意义！这个可以和厂家沟通后再确定。一般选第二个就行了。
