确定目标后，打开知乎狂搜资料，B站狂看运营的视频，看了很多大佬的运营书籍，还因为知乎小伙伴们提到上新媒体课程的实战项目能让简历变得更好看而对比了市面上的所有课程，修炼了3月的时间才顺利入职运营的职位。 （我本人超级喜欢收集资料，这次也把资料整理成数个文件夹。如果你有兴趣来看看，欢迎来【荔枝的运营笔记】看看，我会定时更新~） 关于运营我有些心得，所以我想以我的转行者视角简单的和大家聊聊我眼中的运营。 其实关于运营的一些细分很多答案都已经介绍了，分的很细。 而我认为做运营的基本上很难有清晰的职能划分。像产品运营、社区运营、内容运营都可以追溯到新媒体运营。 简单介绍下新媒体的定义， 新媒体运营就是通过新媒体手段帮助用户购买产品后，更好的实现当初购买目标，从而让用户推荐更多的用户购买或者自己复购更多的产品。 用人话来说，新媒体运营总是会围绕着 促活、拉新、留存、变现 这几个关键词要素，所以围绕着这个中心思想去思考、操作都能算是新媒体运营。 新媒体运营一开始确实和公众号运营画上等号，随着流量入口被知乎、头条、抖音等其他巨头占据，公众号营销和获取用户的成本越来越高，而打开率却在降低。 所以企业提出了新的要求，希望新媒体还能获取潜在用户，并对转化负责。于是，新媒体运营的职能不断发生着变化，像现在很火的抖音、快手这些也属于新媒体，运营这些也算是新媒体运营了~ 讲完了我眼中的新媒体运营，当然要了解运营的每日工作啦。 新媒体运营岗位主要对于获取客户数量负责。在这个过程中，我需要负责内容创作、策划活动，还需要负责渠道维护、商务合作等。甚至为了热度，凌晨加班改字、赶热点也是常有现象。 所以大家还是得做好随时stand by追热点的觉悟啊~ 1）确定当月选题 每月有4篇推文，所以你需要在月初就定好推文的大概主题。 但是，主题一定不是绝对的，选题分为 热点选题和常规选题。 常规选题 就比如说和自身行业有关的干货文章、解答用户疑问、上期提问后留言中UGC的内容。另一种就是 热点选题 。可预期的热点，比如重大事件/节日，比如中秋节是家家团圆，我就要推文中也体现团圆的氛围，常规营销节点比如双十一和七夕。 还有一种就是不可预测的热点了，像现在的“三十而立”的热点就从顾佳的爱马仕包到现在的许放炮陈养鱼，没法预测，所以确定大概的写作范围是最明智的选择。加上促销或产品上新的内容，当月选题表基本上就定好了。 2）内容创作 运营嘛，有内容才能去运营，所以你需要写一些微博、微信的推送，主要以微信为主。在我的运营生涯中，有60%的时间来写内容。一旦确认好了当月的推文计划，我就琢磨怎么来结合当下热点、写比较贴近生活的流行词汇、浏览各大微博和新闻网站，渴望得到一些灵感。 像之前的 “一起去爬山”、“微信拍了拍你”、“不是吧sir”、“后浪” 我都会用在推文里面，虽然过去标题党的时代已经过去，我还是认为蹭热点还是必须要蹭的，是因为大家感兴趣才会关注嘛~ 写稿如果写不顺真的超级痛苦，一遍一遍的打回特别消磨耐心。 有些情况真的特别让我难受，就比如你熬夜写，花了一天多的时间打磨，但是用户不买账。还有你为了赶稿花2个小时写完立马就发送的文字阅读量奇高，得到了大家的共鸣。 有时想想，大众的喜好程度也是一个迷。 写多了，其实也有套路，所以我在第三部分会讲一些提升的建议。但是你自己在从事运营的过程中一定会总结出自己的办法，否则一直靠搜索获得灵感会让你边懒，所以要勤快起来呀~ 3）数据分析 推文发出去之后，故事才刚刚开始。从发出去的那一刻，你就要时时监测从内容的推荐量，点赞量，阅读量，读完率，点击再看等等，关注这篇推文的受关注程度。这些数据后台都有，只要简单的做一些推算就能直接看出来。 现在推文越来越难做是因为微信推送机制做出了改变，很多推文出现了已推送就掉粉的现象，所以之前也出现了很多比如“再不星标我们就要倒闭了”这种卖惨推文。 所以在2020年，数据分析中推文出现了掉粉的现象非常正常，但是有价值的精品内容10万＋也是存在的。 我用数据分析就是想找到用户喜欢的哪一类的文章，比如干货类？故事类？问答类？这些，还有分析标题对于文章的影响 ，这些都能从数据分析看出来。 所以作新媒体运营，必须学会检测数据，并从分析结果中得出结论，并在下一篇内容中优化内容，这样你的内容才会越来越受欢迎。 4）策划活动 做新媒体的，怎么能不策划活动呢？以我每日的工作公众号运营为例，比如我们要举办一个派对活动，我的工作就是先设定好本次活动的浏览目标和实际的订单转化，确认好活动全部物料和内容。 写完整个的活动策划和推文之后，我们还需要和渠道的同事合作，让一些大号（比如上海比较厉害的周末做啥）和本地吃喝玩乐的号推我们的活动，这个不仅需要一定的预算，还要我和对方的人进行对接，排好预约时间，对沟通能力也有要求。 当然，没有预算怎么办？ 如何花最少的钱吸引最多的人是也我日常思索的话题，基本上我会用到裂变，利用裂变的力量，可快速实现一分二，二分四的传播效果， 我们会采取一些优惠的措施来促进裂变，比如分享福利、两人购买减十元等等。 这些工作内容需要包含的技能看上去不多，但是想要转行还是要门槛的。很多看问题的小伙伴都是想转行新媒体运营或是刚刚入职，对于运营工作一头雾水。所以，了解了什么是新媒体运营后，了解运营的相关技能、如何提高这些技能就是第二步啦。 系统学习这些技能来自我之前上过的新媒体课程，上了课我才真正了解了新媒体运营应该做什么。感谢我的线上学校——半撇私塾让我花了一个月的时间了解一个运营的大致框架，在这些基础知识的启发下，我得以根据运营的技能做出针对性的提升。 比如 核心理论的初步了解 ：6W的营销思维框架、用户画像、用户旅程、影响力6要素 内容部分的搭建 ：文案结构、干货型/故事型文章、写好标题、通用写作工作流 数据分析的工具： ——爬虫工具、UTM链接、数据获取工具 （我做的部分笔记） 总结下来，我认为运营的必备技能包括营销理论、文案能力、数据分析等等。接下来我会结合我以前和现在的工作经验来一一做解答，并提出我觉得对你有效果的提升办法。 了解营销理论（传播学/营销学） 了解营销理论，有助于你了解运营的每一个阶段该做的事情，写出更有洞察力的文案，策划更有诱惑力的活动。有理论做支持，你心里肯定是有底的，因为你知道用户是怎么想的，这样才能更要的引导用户。 如图所示， 用户购买旅程 呈现漏斗型，每一步都有流失，了解这个你就可以根据用户购买旅程制定运营方案，从每一个环节入手引导用户进行购买。 再比如 吸引力六个原则 ，如果你都不知道消费者容易被哪些元素影响，怎么写出吸引他们的文案呢？ 了解理论的最快方法，我的做法是看书、看知乎总结、看公众号总结，看看大佬是怎么做的，看看他们的思维体系，然后进行模仿。方法论要有，世界观也要有。 推荐书籍： 《从零开始做运营》、《运营之光：我的互联网运营方法论与自白》、《影响力》《乌合之众》 用户调研（了解目标受众） 卖产品，你得知道卖给谁吧。 通过用户调研，可以更精准的了解到用户遇到的问题，根据这些问题提供相应的解决方案，再根据反馈，更新迭代你的产品。 调研可以通过问卷、一对一访谈、或者找第三方公司来主持。 这部分需要入职后才能具体实战，做准备的话只要熟悉麦克表单/问卷星的调查问卷操作方法就可以了。 一对一访谈基本规范和操作如下图： 内容生产（不同类型的文章、海报、视频） 文案方面我想多说一点儿。 我太了解文案的重要性了，出色的文案能加深用户对品牌的好感，甚至直接引发购买。 你会记得keep的“自律给我自由”、甚至更早的万科踩惯了红地毯，会梦见石板路。好的文章不管在哪里，都能打动人心。文案是可以锻炼出来的，这是做运营必备的每日功课。 虽然咪蒙被封，其实我真的也推荐看她的文章，文章的节奏、洞察都很厉害，看看人家是怎样“煽动人心”的，我不赞同她的价值观，但是这种标题党+绝对化的语句造成的文案效果绝对的一等一的好。 整理全集戳链接[ http://www.mimengwenzhang.com/] 一开始不要对自己提太高的要求，能完整清楚表达事件已经够格去做运营了，你要做的是怎样更好的结合产品调动用户购买的情绪。一句话，多看别人作品，一直写下去。 公众号参考： 新世相、张佳玮 书籍推荐： 《一个广告人的自白》、《广告文案训练手册》 除了内容方面要写的好，活动策划也要写得好，就放在了一起了。活动策划三个目的，拉新、提升转化率、扩大品牌影响力。这方面也是推荐多看一些大号做得很不错的新媒体平台的活动（@新世相），甚至是一些专业广告公司的活动（从前的文案狗必须推荐数英网）。 数据分析（优化整体运营） 数据分析和你数学能力没有太大关系，和格局有关。他不要复杂的excel公式，但是所有的分析必须围绕着拉新、促活、留存、变现进行。 通过数据分析，能发现数据当前存在的问题，为更好的文案策划方面的优化做准备。这方面自己尝试做一个工作号或是报班参加实战项目，很快就能学会。 例如，一切新媒体营销过程够可以通过数据监测到，使用的工具就有很多， 最常见的有谷歌的Google Analytics和百度的百度统计，但是你得有你监测网站的权限才能进行监测。当然有些数据也可以通过网页外部进行检测，比如Watchlist。 终生学习（不断掌握新技能） 新媒体是不断更新迭代，随着营销渠道和环境的不断变化，身为运营人也要保持终生学习，时代淘汰你可不会提前和你打招呼哦~ 读工具书、上网课（三节课、插座学院、半撇私塾、暖石等等）、多看知乎前人经验是必修课，多做一些准备在转行运营面试的时候你会更有底气。 接下来就是验证能否真正跨入新媒体运营岗位的硬核时刻了，尽情的把准备好的内容展现出来吧。 介绍一个好用的工具，它常常被HR在面试中用来收集与面试者工作相关的具体信息和能力。 STAR法则，即为Situation Task Action Result的缩写，可以很好地帮助我们在简历准备过程中有效地组织，分类，并且输出重点信息。 Situation 任务或是事项的发生背景，包括谁、什么、在哪里、何时以及如何。 Task 目标要达到什么样目标，完成过程中你在其中所要承担的具体任务。 Action 你是用何种方式和方法去完成，针对这样的情况进行分析，决定的方式以及采取的步骤。 Result 描述结果怎样，最终取得了什么样的成就。 **面试前也要做好各种准备才可以哦~ 比如提前演练自我介绍，准备好面试官可能会提的问题和答案，面试时m讲出自己对于这份工作的热爱和自己有多适合这份工作。 总之，态度要读端正，准备要充分，气势要自信！ 还有一些注意事项来看一下呀~ 1、认清自己 ：不能因为运营很热门就匆忙选择，最好提前做一些职业测试。 2、善用工具 ：学会用一些运营工具能让你的效率大大提高，比如公众号排版的135编辑器、公众号头图的创客贴、调查问卷的麦克表单等等。 3、复盘思维： 复盘思维能让我们在行动过后查漏补缺，帮助下一次运营做得更好。 4、保持自信 ：运营真的不难，转行成功也大有人在，所以要在战略上藐视敌人,战术上重视敌人。
