MKT是市场营销(Marketing),又称作市场学,市场行销或行销学。

通俗来讲就是组合策略的选择,通常也就是产品,价格,渠道,促销的一个整体组合。

MKT在公司里的细分:

最核心:产品经理productmarketing,负责产品发布,整个产品的概念策划,推广策划的总负责。这条线走出来一般就是市场部经了。

Trademarketing:负责渠道建设,促销活动,礼品策略。

CRM:客户关系管理,根据数据分析然后给老板做策略,KPI就是如何让买过的人回来再买。比如会员制度设计,VIP活动,回访之类。

DigitalMKT:负责在社交平台上引起热点,以及互联网平台上的广告。

Markingresearch:做数据调研的,比较无聊,甲方这种职位比较少,并且大部分是给老板做PPT。咨询公司的人就是给这些部门的人提供报告的。
