我是该校11级学生。客观的讲我们学校虽然在广东是2B学校，但是我是以接近一本的分数来的，我身边的同学也是。有人说北大本部来的是装神弄鬼，这话我可不敢苟同！曾有幸聆听老教授们讲课。其观点深刻，见解独特！例如祁润星教授、胡西宛副教授。当然因为我是文院生只对文院老师教授有所了解……对了，文院是本校最好滴~若报此院专业则可考虑。

为做好2020年陕西省普通高等教育专升本（以下简称“专升本”）招生工作，制定本实施办法。 一、落实疫情防控责任 为切实广大考生和考试工作人员的生命安全和身体健康，专升本考试平稳有序，统筹做好新冠肺炎疫情防控和专升本考试招生工作，各级部门要压实安全责任、落实防疫要求。 各生源学校要按照《大专院校新冠肺炎疫情防控技术方案》（国卫办疾控函〔2020〕304号）要求，负责做好本校考生报名、信息采集、专业课考核、资格审查等各个环节的防疫工作；建立考生和考试工作人员健康状况登记卡，从考前两周开始，每天监测体温，填写健康状况登记卡；为本校考生参加考试提供必要的交通服务。 市（区）招办要参照《2020年陕西省普通高校招生考试疫情防控工作标准及实施方案》，负责做好本市（区）专升本考试各环节工作。把专升本考试的疫情防控当作高考疫情防控的实战演练，对退役士兵考生报名实行电话预约，错时安排，避符合条件可免考生大量聚集。 省教育考试院参照《2020年陕西省普通高校招生考试疫情防控工作标准及实施方案》，做好命题、制卷、评卷、录取各环节工作。 二、招生计划 2020年专升本招生计划实行“先报名，后编制”的管理办法。省教育考试院通过陕西省教育考试院网站（http://www.sneea.cn/）和陕西招生考试信息网（http://www.sneac.com/）公布经省教育厅审定的分专业、分学校招生目录，供考生报名选择专业时参考。报名结束后，省教育厅根据报名情况编制分专业、分学校招生计划。 三、招生对象及报考条件 （一）招生对象 1．陕西省内2020年普通高职（专科）应届毕业生（含五年一贯制、“3+2”连读应届毕业生），以下简称“在校生”。 2．陕西省内2020年普通高职（专科）应届毕业生（含五年一贯制、“3+2”连读应届毕业生）或具有普通高职（专科）毕业学历，且具有陕西户籍的退役士兵，以下简称“退役士兵”。 （二）报考条件 1．在校生 （1）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律； （2）高职学习期间表现良好，成绩合格，且为首次报考专升本； （3）报考专业必须符合省教育厅制定的《2020年普通高等教育专升本考试专业对应目录》规定，报考专业应为高职阶段所学专业对应的本科招生专业之一； （4）参加生源学校组织的专业课考核且成绩合格（考核科目另文通知），考生所考科目应符合拟报考本科专业课程要求。 2．退役士兵 （1）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律； （2）退役后未参加过专升本招生考试； （3）报考专业必须符合省教育厅制定的《2020年普通高等教育专升本考试专业对应目录》规定，报考专业应为高职阶段所学专业对应的本科招生专业之一； （4）符合以上条件的退役士兵，专业课免试。 考生可通过陕西省教育考试院网站或陕西招生考试信息网查询省教育厅制定的《2020年普通高等教育专升本考试专业对应目录》，供报名时参考。 四、报名 （一）报名准备 1．各生源学校成立专升本报名工作领导小组，负责组织安排本校学生的网上报名、信息采集、专业课考核、资格审查等工作，负责做好报名期间的疫情防控工作。 2．各生源学校应加强工作人员培训和考生诚信考试教育，负责做好专升本招生考试报名政策的宣传和落实工作，指导考生充分了解报考专业所属行业从业资格准入条件，指导考生正确报考。 3．各生源学校对本校建档立卡贫困家庭考生进行统计，通过陕西省普通高等教育专升本报名系统上报考生信息。 4．6月1日前，各生源学校向市（区）招办上报报名信息管理人员和资格审查人员名单，市（区）招办负责建立和管理生源学校登录账号。 5．各生源学校要提前准备高职应届毕业班学生资格审查所需的档案材料，审查学籍注册情况，确保学生学籍正常。专升本报名以陕西省2020年高职应届毕业生数据库为依据，未按要求正常注册学籍的学生将不能参加报名。 6．各生源学校要提前安排，对接技术支持人员，配合做好本校专升本考生现场信息采集工作。 （二）网上报名 时间：6月2日8∶00至5日18∶00。 考生登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站（http://www.sneea.cn/）或陕西招生考试信息网（http://www.sneac.com/），进入陕西省普通高等教育专升本报名系统，按照提示和要求，输入本人身份证号和手机号，通过手机短信验证码完成报名账号注册，填写个人基本信息，认真复核，确认后提交。 考生应按照专业对应规定选报专业。凡不符合报名条件要求、弄虚作假或违反专业报考规定所产生的后果，由考生承担。 根据省教育厅厅务会议精神，职业教育本科新能源汽车工程、智能制造工程、软件工程、计算机应用工程四个专业，报考人数达不到各专业开班条件的，取消该专业招生。报考以上专业的考生，将根据对应关系确定一个备选本科专业；报考人数达到开班条件的，备选本科专业无效。 在校生报名出现异常情况的，由生源学校核查学籍注册情况，确属学籍注册遗漏或错误的应届毕业生，生源学校必须于6月5日前统一汇总相关情况，向市（区）招办出具经学籍主管部门认可的相关证明文件，市（区）招办审核同意后方可参加报名。 （三）在校生信息采集及资格审查 时间：6月3日至6月7日。 网上报名开始后，生源学校可同时安排本校考生进行身份验证和信息采集。网上报名结束后，组织专业课考核，安排专人负责资格审查并签署意见，打印《2020年陕西省普通高等教育专升本报考资审表》，由考生签字确认后盖章并装入档案。资格审查结束后，对通过的考生进行公示。 生源学校是专升本报名资格审查责任主体，要严格执行报考条件和专业对应关系，按照疫情防控要求科学安排考生身份验证和信息采集，确保报名工作平稳实施。 （四）退役士兵信息采集及资格审查 时间：6月2日8∶00至5日18∶00。 2020年普通高职（专科）应届毕业的退役士兵在就读生源学校所在市（区）招办信息采集和资格审查；已经取得普通高职（专科）学历的退役士兵在本人户籍所在市（区）招办信息采集和资格审查。 资格审查材料： （1）省内学校2020年普通高职（专科）应届毕业的退役士兵：二代身份证，学生证，学籍证明材料（包括应届生学籍证明、高职录取大表、学年成绩表），户口本或户籍证明，应征入伍通知书和退役证原件及复印件。 （2）已经取得普通高职（专科）学历的退役士兵：本人学历认证表（通过学历认证网站“http://www.chsi.com.cn”下载打印），二代身份证，普通高职毕业证，户口本或户籍证明，应征入伍通知书和退役证原件及复印件。 市（区）招办资格审查合格后进行身份验证和信息采集，打印《2020年陕西省普通高等教育专升本报考资审表》，填写资格审查意见并签字确认。 （五）网上缴费 缴费截止时间：6月11日18∶00。 报名资格审查合格考生，再次登录报名系统缴纳报名考试费。考生缴费成功后，报名完成，否则报名无效。 报名考试费按陕价费调发〔2001〕29号规定收取。 根据疫情常态化防控要求，为避免报名时考生流动和聚集，通过购买服务的方式，由技术公司派员前往生源学校进行信息采集工作。服务费由《陕西普通高校在校生专升本招生考试考务管理职责》（陕试等考〔2003〕1号）规定的高校留用部分支付，报名结束后省教育考试院按报名人数划拨各生源学校。 （六）信息公示及举报 省教育考试院通过陕西省教育考试院网站和陕西招生考试信息网对符合条件的退役士兵进行公示。弄虚作假被举报查实的，取消考试及录取资格；已入学的，取消其学籍。 陕西省教育考试院举报电话：029—85221726，029—85221782。 各市区考试机构要向本辖区生源学校公布举报电话。 （七）网上打印准考证 考试前一周登录报名系统，自行下载打印准考证，按准考证规定的时间和地点参加考试。 五、考试和评卷 （一）统考科目 文史、医学、艺术类：大学英语、大学语文。 理工类：大学英语、高等数学。 各科目满分均为150分，实行分卷考试。
