企业信息化系统的开放性主要体现在以下几个方面：其一,企业信息化的建设过程本身是一个投入和产出的过程。企业信息化建设过程中，要不断地吸收外界的能源、资金、原材料、劳动力、技术、信息等；同时作为供给方,要不断地输出产品、信息、技术指导等。其二，企业信息化的推进受企业需求和企业的不同发展阶段的影响，如需求比较强烈，企业信息化发展相对快一些；反之发展比较平缓。其三，企业信息化系统作为企业的子系统,不但要受企业发展不同时期发展战略的制约，反过来，企业信息化的水平的高低、效果的好坏对企业本身也产生不同的影响。其四，企业信息化内部在各个层次间存在不同程度的信息沟通、技术沟通等。企业信息化系统的这种开放性，使企业信息化系统可能形成一个有序的系统，但是却不能保证一定达到有序。 如企业信息化技术水平的高低的波动；人才素质的高低、研究开发能力高低的波动；资金投入的增加减少的波动；企业需求的变动等等。另外，一种高新产品的开发成功，一项技术的改进，一条有价值信息的获得都可以通过企业信息化系统内部的非线性相互作用而迅速放大、传递，形成客观上的“巨涨落”，进而导致企业信息化系统发生质的变化，可能形成新的有序结构。 当涨落不影响系统整体的稳定，仅表现为系统内部的一种起伏，称之为系统演变过程中的微涨落。有些涨落会改变原有的系统结构，伴随新结构和新功能的产生，这种涨落则是系统演化过程中的巨涨落，诱发系统的自组织演化。如果能够找到企业信息化系统内部需求涨落和信息系统涨落的结合点，在适当的时机把技术成果推广应用，引发需求涨落和技术涨落的谐振，则两种涨落都被放大，导致系统的巨涨落，促使企业信息化向更高的层次发展。 通过上面的讨论不难发现，企业信息化系统是一个开放的、动态的、非线性的复杂系统，满足形成自组织系统的条件。 但是上述条件只是形成自组织的必要条件，而非充分条件。通过分析，我们不难发现，要使企业信息化系统从落后状态发生质的变化并且快速推进，必须选择自组织方式。一方面必须不断改善企业信息化推进环境，以保证企业信息化系统与企业环境进行物质、能量和信息交换，以获取足够的“负熵流”；另一方面, 企业信息化系统本身也必须不断地适应环境的变化，进行内部调节，减少企业信息化系统内部正熵的产生，增强自身内部各子系统之间的协同作用，提高自身的组织能力。 所以,在进行企业信息化推进和实施管理过程中，应重视自组织理论给予的一系列启示。 企业信息化自组织系统的本质 企业信息化自组织系统是一个不断进化与发展的动态过程。随着环境的改变，企业需求的改变或新技术出现等原因，企业信息化系统内部出现了差异，也就是涨落，它使系统偏离了原有的平衡状态，而后当整个系统内得以放大时，系统就被诱导进入新的状态。在这个动态过程中，系统从无序走向有序，从低级有序走向高级有序，同时系统的结构获得改善，系统的功能也得到相应的丰富，最终表现出整个区域的企业信息化程度提高。 经过长期研究，科学家己经认同自组织是复杂性的特性之一，因为通过“组织”特别是以自组织方式演化，体系能够发展出许多原来没有的特性、结构和功能，同时这意味着复杂性的增长，所以，在一定意义上，自组织意味着创新，自组织的实质就是创新。企业信息化系统的创新具体表现为随着企业需求的改变，企业信息化推进过程的创新，信息产品的创新，信息服务形式的创新，以及信息化应用领域的创新。 基于序参量的企业信息化系统演化路径研究 协同学的创始人哈肯曾指出：系统内部各个子系统通过竞争而协同，从而使竞争中的一种或几种趋势优势化，最终形成一种总的趋势（自组织理论称之为“序参量”）。如果某个参量在系统演化过程中从无到有地变化，并且能够指示出新结构的形成，反映新结构的有序程度，它就是序参量。序参量既作为描述自组织系统有序演化的机制，又作为描述自组织系统有序演化程度的一个参量，一旦通过要素的相互作用而产生，接着就会支配要素的行为。 序参量在自组织系统演化过程中，起着十分重要的作用。通过对子系统的支配或役使作用，主宰着系统整体演化的过程，这就是役使（就是支配）原理。自组织系统只有在序参量的作用下，才能表现为有序演化。 既然企业信息化系统是一个自组织系统，那么，企业信息化自组织系统的序参量是什么呢？应该如何来寻找企业的序参量呢？我们根据热力学中对绝热消去方法和原理的概括可以得出：序参量支配原理——少数慢变量支配大量快变量。对于企业信息化的序参量，我们同样从企业系统的内部去寻找企业信息化的慢变量， 显然，信息化的各组成要素都具备快速变化的特征，企业的生产经营和管理模式的变化速度也非常快。但企业信息化系统与企业实际需求相适应的“匹配度”是慢变量，企业的信息化“匹配度”是指企业信息化发展水平与企业的需求能力相适应的程度。很显然，企业信息化的发展一定要和企业的发展需求相适应。企业的发展需求与企业管理的科学化程度密切相关。 不同企业的信息化推进策略分析 我们利用自组织系统和序参量理论来研究不同企业的信息化推进策略。 以企业信息化程度和企业管理科学化程度建立坐标系，如图所示。 按照企业管理科学化程度和企业信息化程度，我们将企业分成如图所示的九类，以1—9序号表示。其中1表示企业管理科学化程度和企业信息化水平都很低，而9表示企业管理科学化程度和企业信息化水平都很高。 按照序参量理论，1、5、9类型的企业，管理科学化程度和信息化水平比较匹配；而4、7、8类型的企业，管理科学化程度高于信息化水平； 2、3、6类型的企业，管理科学化程度低于信息化水平 我们首先分析4、7、8类型的企业，这类企业的管理科学化程度很高，但这种企业远离平衡位置。离平衡位置越远，要想保持其高程度的管理水平难度越大。要想保持其高程度的管理水平，唯一方法是在其高程度的管理水平位置推进企业信息化建设，达到管理科学化和企业信息化的平衡。因为这类企业的管理科学化水平较高，信息化的目的是要固化其管理科学化的模式，因此，这类企业推进信息化的策略就是要自己建设信息系统，将自己的管理流程进行固化，以保持其管理的领先地位。 我们再来分析2、3、6类型的企业，这类企业的管理科学化程度很低，但其信息化水平较高，同样是在离平衡位置上运行。离平衡位置越远，企业信息化的应用程度相对越低，远离平衡位置的程度越大，企业信息系统越不稳定，要么降低企业信息化程度，要么提高企业管理水平。企业信息化的目的就是要提升企业管理的科学化水平，降低已经超前的信息化水平一般不可取。但如何快速提高企业管理科学化水平，成为企业信息化推进的主要策略。一般来讲，对于这类企业，其信息系统硬件建设比较超前，而管理科学化程度低导致应用相对落后，推进信息化就要导入科学化的管理手段，快速提升企业的管理科学化水平。所以，信息化的推进策略就是要导入成形的（例如SAP）等先进的管理软件，通过推进信息化带动企业管理科学化进程。 而对于1、5、9类型的企业，处于平衡位置，相对比较稳定。根据自组织理论，要在适当的时候，给它一个“扰动”，要么提高管理科学化程度，要么引进成形先进的管理软件，两种方式都能够推进企业信息化的发展和企业管理科学化的进程。 协同论又认为序参量甚至能够在整个团队的一种临界和不稳定状况下由少数人创生。在巨涨落中，可能存在序参量的竞争。关键在于，获胜的序参量将役使人们的集体行为。在课堂教学过程中，教师要高度重视创生性问题的出现。课堂讨论中出现分歧，是系统不稳定状态，也是学习问题即将获得突变的临界状况，这时解决学习问题的某个因素的巨涨落，可能是由少数学生创生的问题引起的。因此，存在一种反馈：教学系统的序参量是通过师生、生生的相互作用（自组织）而产生的。另一方面，各教学的行为由序参量所役使。显然，问题在于如何选择、阐释和量化课堂教学系统中的合适变量——学习问题。
