Brown做这个演出的话，那麼你应该知道它确实做到了。当他在表演他的拿手绝活儿的时候，他所做的绝对是你会预期他去表演的。在那个时候，the Good Foot成为当时最新的舞蹈风格，尬舞的传统也在那个时候建立起来，那时的舞者会聚集在第116街的Harlem World中的Harlem and Battle-dance wise中。那时的尬舞相当重视尬舞中的细节挑战和比赛的部分在Breaking的历史中被认为最重要的一件事就是Breaking是非常适合用来尬舞的。不只是只有Good Foot才适合用来做竞技，就连参加尬舞的年轻人都很像是运动员，Good Foot不久之后就被称做是B-Boy再过不久又被称为Breaking那个时候还没有头转、风车或是背转这些动作而现在就称那时Breaking为old-style Breaking在很多青少年和帮派分子之间相当受欢迎，而Breaking也就是在街上开始的。通常在敌对的团体中最好的舞者是要表现出尬舞时的智慧，而非打架。他们都会在地盘外的地方尬舞。如果有人不小心闯进别人的地盘中，他们也会用尬舞的方法来证明自己这一边比另外一边的团体更行。有时候他们也会立下约定，输的一方将永远不得靠近赢的一方附近的区域有时候他们尬舞只是想赢的对手的尊敬罢了。不幸的是这些Breaking的尬舞并不是每一次都能阻止打斗的情形发生。事实上，尬舞反而常引发打架事件，让这些舞者的身体因此而受伤，而他们并不能因此而得到跳舞的智慧。没有人喜欢输，现在Breaking尬舞的情形还是有，但是范围更加广泛，他们不在打架，而是这些Breaking团体一起集合起来练习、表演，接下来正式的团体成立了，这些团体不单单是练习、表演而已，还开始有了自己独特的舞步。在这些团体中，其中有一些团体为他们的舞蹈奉献心力，这可能跟他们那时候没有别的嗜好做，只好整天练习，发展更多复杂的动作，改进他们的形式，和增加他们的速度。然后Afrika Bambaataa出现了， Afrika Bambaataa是一个传奇的著名的DJ，Breaking能够成功的成长，大部分都要归功於这个人，他是一个唱片制作人，还是the Soul Sonic Force的一员，the Soul Sonic Force的 "Looking For The Perfect Beat"还被选为1983年最佳Jazz and pop Critics" Poll的第四名， Out"。然后到了大约1979年、1980年初，一个新的Breaking团体诞生了，这个团体就是 Rock Steady Crew，虽然Rock Steady Crew有特别的天份，但是很多人还是认为他们是老式的流行。但是Bambataa鼓励他们，他告诉他们，只要他们持续下去，终究可以守得云开见月明，他帮助他们继续走下去，很快的，他们开始在纽约的一些摇滚俱乐部中作演出，像是Mudd Club，the Ritz…等等。当Rock Steady开始在Ritz为Malcom McLaren 和 Bow Wow Wow表演时，大家开始很认真的看待他们，Breaking又再度的流行了起来，但是新型态的Breaking和旧型态的Breaking是不一样的，Rock Steady 加进了很多特技般的动作，Breaking现在不单单只有Floor Rock，还有风车、手转、头转这些动作 了。　　现在的Breaking　　一种是注重在强调power moves和他们的合并上而另一种则是注重在强调 footwork和freeze上面。Rock Steady Crew是强调footwork来显示舞者的个人风格。即使power moves有一种很冲的感觉并且相当充满活力，但要将个人 风格融入这些动作是很困难的。而在spinning的时候，power moves实在无法和节拍一起融入。反而有点类似体操的动作，而不像在跳舞因为这些因素Rock Steady Crew便提出强调footwork型式的是倾向於九○年的breaking。 Breaking是hip hop dancing中最广受欢迎的型式，而正当new school dancing 如hip 街舞,也称HIP-HOP,它来自黑人街头舞蹈,所以,另一种叫法是STREET FUNK.街舞因其轻松随意、自由个性和反叛精神而理所当然地受到年轻人的喜欢,在过滤掉原有街头舞蹈的痞味和夸张之后，街舞名正言顺地登上了大雅之堂---健身房。 HIP--HOP是各种街舞的总称，包含了机械舞、霹雳舞等。它起源于美国街头舞者的即兴舞蹈动作。这些街头舞者以黑人或是墨西哥人为主，这些流行的街舞多半发源于美国纽约的布鲁克林区，一些黑人或是墨西哥人的孩子们成天在街上以跳舞为乐，形成各种派系，也很自然地在他们所跳的舞蹈上发展出不一样的 1992年初期，出现了一种"原地性的HIP---HOP"，它没有那些大幅度的动作和脚步移动，更没有霹雳舞中那些在地上类似体操的动作。它的独有风格在于注重身体的协调性，重视身体上半身的律动及增加了许多头部、手部的动作。我们在迈克·杰克逊、玛丽亚·凯利、后街男孩的MTV中都可看到这种新风格的舞蹈。 在专业健美操运动员的日常训练中，常用这种HIP--HOP来训练运动员的协调性、表现力等综合素质，有时也会做表演之用。在街舞的外在表现时尚，运动强度适中，所以它进入健身房便成为可能。不过健身房的街舞在动作的选择上更注重其安全性、锻炼价值、健康向上及个性表现力，所以练习者在消耗脂肪的同时，也缓解了精神压力。我个人认为健身房里的HIP--HOP对于调节练习者的心理所起的作用更为突出。因此，有人称之为"是惟一让人带着笑容进行训练的运动"。 Hip - Hop 是各种街舞的总称，是七0年代美国纽约市较低层的黑人社区Bronx发源，字面上的Hip是臀部，Hop是 跳跃，Hip - Hop可以说是一种自动自发的精神，勇敢尝试的生活态度，Hip - Hop从单纯的音乐型态涉及到生活方式和精神，看起来简单却是复杂，早期的Hip - Hop包含有四个元素：地下涂鸦（Graffiti）、街舞（B-boying） 、玩唱片（Djing）、说唱（Mcing），发展到今日，更涵盖了衣著、说话、刺青、极限运动、如滑雪、滑板、冲浪…等。 街舞Hip - Hop就像手机一般，无远弗届，无孔不入，Hip - Hop有早期的Old School 和后期的New School，前者音乐节拍较密，动作偏向单一的技巧表演，而New School可以说手脚一起来，不在偏重单一技巧，同 样一段的节奏内，New School显得更多变与流畅了，台湾早在6 -7年前也开始流行Hip - Hop风，但发展 却没有日本多元。 街舞是起源美国纽约的布鲁克林区的即兴舞蹈，也是所谓的"穷人的娱乐"，这些街头舞者多半以黑人 或墨西哥人为主，这些黑人或墨西哥人的孩子们成天在街上混、跳舞，自然衍生成各种派系，也很自然 的在他们所跳的舞蹈上发展出不一样的风格。 街舞是一种民间舞蹈，兴起于20世纪80年代的美国黑人青少年，是美国黑人"嘻哈文化"（Hip-Hop）的组成部分。它不仅具有一般有氧运动改善心肺功能、减少脂肪、增强肌肉弹性、增强韧带柔韧性的功效，还具有协调人体各部位肌肉群，塑造优美体态，提高人体协调能力，陶冶美感的功能。 以动作类型为标准，街舞分两大类：Hip-Hop和Breaking。Breaking：属于技巧性较高的体育舞蹈，要求舞者具有较高的力量、柔韧性和协调性，跳这种类型舞蹈的青少年叫做B-Boy/B-Girl。 Hip-Hop：舞蹈型街舞，有Poping、Locking、Electric、Turbo、House等多种风格。它们都不如Breaking那样需要较高的技巧，但更要求舞者的动作协调性和舞感，以及肢体灵活性和控制力。 由于这种舞蹈出现在街头、不拘于场地器械，所以称为街舞，并且具有极强的参与性、表演性和竞赛性。在逐渐的发展中，街舞青少年形成了一种共同的思想理念和行为方式，他们以街舞来张扬自我个性，展示青春的活力和激情，表达勇于进取的生活态度，他们强调的是"做自己，享受生命，勇于挑战"的理念。 中国青少年最早接触街舞，始自20世纪80年代的美国电影《霹雳舞》，当时的霹雳舞（Break Dance）就是现在Breaking的前身。随着中国青少年对街舞理解的深入，他们逐步回归街舞的本源，以中国青少年自己的眼光和特点来实践街舞。

街舞一般可以分为两种，一种是个人的技巧街舞。个人技巧街舞是最早流行的一种街舞，因为它能体现年轻人精力旺盛的一面，他们的很多地面动作，譬如说翻滚、倒立、弹跳都是比较高技巧的个人街舞表演。另外一种就是集体街舞，是目前比较流行的街舞形式。它反映了大众的需要，跳起来比较简单，节奏感比较强，它既有舞蹈的感觉又有健身的作用。所以目前比较普遍的就是集体街舞。 　 练习街舞健身操要注意什么？跳好街舞的诀窍在哪？ 　 最主要的是以开心的心情，本身街舞就没有太多的内涵，并不要求你有太多的表演形式在里面。而诀窍就是首先记好老师教的动作，然后配合音乐来完成。 　 街舞对服饰、音乐有什么特别的要求？ 　 街舞的服饰可以比较是宽松、花花绿绿的休闲装，穿着比较活力的波鞋，手上戴一些护腕和其他饰物，看起来既前卫又好看就行了。 　 音乐方面的要求是节奏感比较强烈，听起来能够带动人的整个兴奋状态的音乐。 　 从初学到可以成熟地表演，其中的练习期要多长时间，练习街舞是否需要比较深的舞蹈基础呢？ 　 因人而异吧，也因舞种而异。街舞需要人的软度比较好，体能比较好，身体的协调性比较好。一般街舞要有比较长时间的训练，而且最好有专业的老师指导。大概需要一年的时间完成。 　 目前，哪些地区或国家较为流行街舞，其特点、风格如何？ 　 按我的理解，现在比较流行的是在美国、韩国、英国和日本等的一些地方。街舞也起源于这些国家。风格方面美国是比较注重个人的技巧，因为他们的爆发力比较强，所以看起来比较精彩。在韩国和日本方面，是以边唱边跳的集体舞为主，看起来观赏性比较强，而且气氛相当好。 　 下面我们继续请陈伟坚老师和大家一起分享街舞健身操的精彩部分。 　 记者:有些市民认为，街舞是一种街头粗陋的表演，难登大雅之堂，你觉得这个观点怎么样？ 　 陈伟坚：可能在比较早之前，大家认为街舞是一种街头的表演艺术，相对来说是比较枯燥的，没有一个完整的系统的训练方法。所以一开始和专业的、高雅的一些舞蹈有一定的距离，也有一定的区别。但是现在随着社会的发展，所以现在很多流行音乐都融入了街舞这种舞蹈风格，所以在全世界广为流行，在一些年轻人的心目中，街舞的位置是非常重要的。随着社会的发展，街舞会慢慢的完善和系统化。街舞的地位也会越来越重要。 　 记者:听说，现在在训练中的是你自己创作的一种比较大众化的街舞，这个街舞叫什么名字，有什么特别之处呢？体现了一种什么样的内容？ 　 陈伟坚：根据整个社会的要求，还有潮流的趋向，我就组织编排了一套街舞，它的名字叫做《时代节奏》。它不仅仅是集体街舞的表演，里面还加进了一些戏剧化的表演，反应了时代的变化。它的特别之处在于街舞的动感节奏里面，所以这个舞蹈就叫做时代节奏，反应了年轻人积极向上而又活泼青春的内涵。 　 记者:在场的都是你的学生，大概有多少人，年龄层次，文化层次怎么样，那个年龄层次居多？ 　 陈伟坚：大概有十几个人吧，都是初级班。他们都是非常认真，大概都是十六至二十五六岁左右的人，都是年轻人居多，二十岁左右的人多些。 　 记者:你能谈一下，你为什么要推广街舞健身操，你推广街舞健身操有什么目的和有什么意义呢？ 　 陈伟坚：我很喜欢街舞，而且我看到茂名的很多年轻人都是很喜欢这种舞种，所以我特意自己组织了一套街舞的动作，希望能调解他们的情绪，带动年轻人的一种激情，同时也能锻炼我们的身体，我的目的是在于带动社会上的一些年轻人，带动大家的激情，同时能够给我们身心带来很大的帮助。 　 记者:你对街舞健身操推广的前景是怎么看的？ 　 街舞才刚起步，很多人都不太了解街舞的意义。但是街舞是很多年轻人喜欢的舞蹈，在将来肯定会有很受年轻人的欢迎，而且街舞比较大众化，很多人都会喜欢来学，小孩也可以来学，年纪大点的也能学，这种舞蹈很动感，能带动你自然的投入到舞蹈当中去，而且集体街舞对你本身身体的要求不是很高，投入进去了，就达到我们的目的。在不久的将来，肯定会有更多的人喜欢街舞。

清明节的起源 　　Qing Ming is popularly associated with Jie Zitui, who lived in Shanxi province in 600 B.C. Legend has it that Jie saved his starving lord"s life by serving a piece of his own leg. When the lord succeeded in becoming the ruler of a small principality, he invited his faithful follower to join him. However, Jie declined his invitation, preferring to lead a hermit"s life with his mother in the mountains. 　　谈到清明节，有点历史知识的人，都会联想到历史人物介子推。据历史记载，在两千多年以前的春秋时代，晋国公子重耳逃亡在外，生活艰苦，跟随他的介子推不惜从自己的腿上割下一块肉让他充饥。后来，重耳回到晋国，作了国君（即晋文公，春秋五霸之一），大事封赏所有跟随他流 亡在外的随从，惟独介子推拒绝接受封赏，他带了母亲隐居绵山。 　　Believing that he could force Jie out by burning the mountain, the lord ordered his men to set the forest on fire. Kites are not only flown at day time but also in the evening. Little lanterns are tied to the kite or to the string that holds the kite. And when the kite is flying in the sky, the lanterns look like twinkling stars that add unique scenery to the sky during the night. What makes flying kites during this festival special is that people cut the string while the kite is in the sky to let it fly free. During the Qingming Festival, willow branches are hung on door fronts and used to sweep the tombs. 　　因为介子推死的时候抱着一棵柳树，所以柳树被认为拥有一种可以对抗邪 恶的神奇力量。清明时节，人们会将柳枝挂在门前，或拿柳枝进行扫墓。 5、Swinging 荡秋千 　　During the Ming Dynasty, swinging was a desig-nated recreation on Tomb Sweeping Festival. According to the Annals of the Ming Court, this day was also called Swing Festival, when swings were suspended in the Hall of the Forbidden City and in all the residential complexes where palace ladies resided. Ladies of the imperial household wore colorful silks especially made for the occasion, and amused themselves on swings. 　　明朝期间，荡秋千是清明节的一个指定的娱乐活动。根据明朝的史册记载，清明节也被称为秋千节，这一天紫禁城的大厅和宫中女子们居住的地方都会挂上秋千，她们穿着节日特制的五彩缤纷的丝绸衣服，在秋千上玩耍逗乐。 清明节的美食有哪些？ 1、Green rice ball 青团 　　People in the Jiangnan region often eat this kind of green colored balls made from glutinous rice on Tomb Sweeping Day. The green color is from the juice of brome grass that is added in the rice. 　　江南地区的人们经常在清明节食用这种由糯米制成的绿色团子。由于糯米中混合雀麦草汁，所以团子呈绿色。 2、San zi 馓子 　　In both Northern and Southern China, it is a trad-ition to eat san zi, or fried dough twist, on Tomb Sweeping Day. The differences between san zi made by Northern and Southern people lie in sizes and materials. The former one is larger, often made from wheat and the latter is finer and made from rice. 　　在中国，无论是北方还是南方，都有清明食用馓子（通过油炸面粉制成）的传统。差别在于北方馓子以麦面为主料，体积较大；而南方馓子则以米面为主料，更为精细。 3、Thin pancake 薄饼 　　People in Xiamen in Fujian province often have thin pancakes on Tomb Sweeping Day. Dried seaweed, omelette, veggies and chili sauce are added in the pancakes to enhance the flavor. 　　福建厦门的人在清明节时常常食用薄煎饼。薄饼中加入紫菜、煎蛋、蔬菜和辣椒酱，会更加美味。 4、Spring onion and omelette大葱和蛋饼 　　On Tomb Sweeping Day, there is a tradition to eat spring onion and omelette in Qingdao in Shandong province. People believe these two kinds of food can improve eyesight and make eyes brighter. In old times, pupils often send eggs to their teachers to show respect on the day. 　　清明节的时候，山东青岛的人们有一种吃大葱和蛋饼的传统。人们相信这两种食物可以改善视力，使眼睛更为明亮。过去，学生经常在清明节送鸡蛋给老师，以表敬意。 5、Cudweed herb rolls 清明果 　　The best time to pick fresh cudweed herb is aro-und Tomb Sweeping Day. The herb is often added in veggie rolls or dumplings and consumed on the day. In South China, people add the wild plant also in steamed buns. 　　清明节前后，是采摘新鲜鼠曲草（清明草）的时机。当天，人们会在蔬菜卷或饺子里加入鼠曲草当作馅料。在华南地区，人们还将这种野菜加在馒头里面。 6、Steamed rice with leaf mustard芥菜蒸米饭 　　In many places in eastern Fujian province, people often steamed rice with leaf mustard on Tomb Sweeping Day to prevent scabies and other skin diseases. 　　 在福建省东部的许多地方，人们经常在清明节时用芥菜蒸米饭，以预防疥疮等皮肤病。 7、Zitui bun 子推馍 　　The steamed bun is named after Jie Zitui, a famous hermit of the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476BC). Often each Zitun bun weighs 0.5kg and many colorful dough animals and flowers are decorated on the bun. Eggs and jujubes are added inside the bun to increase the sweetness. People in northern Shaanxi province have the tradition to eat this kind of bun on Tomb Sweeping Day. 　　子推馍以春秋时代（公元前770~476）的隐士介子推命名。每个子推馍重量约500克，馍上有许多五颜六色的面团动物和花朵装饰物。馍中通常会加入鸡蛋和枣来提升甜度。陕北的人们有在清明节食用子推馍的习俗。 8、Ai ban 艾粄 　　To Hakka people in China, ai ban, rice dumplings made from worm wood and rice, is a necessary dish on Tomb Sweeping Day. They blend wormwood paste and glutinous rice powder together and add sesame, peanuts and black-eyed beans.
