这是我挖的坑，我自己来填。 是的，乾隆帝一生最强大的对手就是俄罗斯的叶卡捷琳娜二世。 因为乾隆帝自始至终没有遇到过与大清同量级的对手，无论是准噶尔、缅甸、廓尔喀，还是金川土司、大小和卓、林爽文，都无法给他带来观念上的冲击，即从内心开始正视并认同自己已经落后于时代的事实。 而在当时，唯一有可能做到这一点的潜在对手，或许就只有俄国和英国了。而英国远在千里之外，陆地上又不与清朝接壤，当时的造船和航海技术还不足以让英国人从海上对清朝形成实质的威胁。 所以，对于乾隆帝来说，真正强大的对手可能也只有俄国。确切地说，是俄国的叶卡捷琳娜二世。 而且，虽说两人之间从未直接交过手，但事实上，双方的暗战其实一直在进行，战争也一度险些爆发。 康雍年间，清俄签署了《尼布楚条约》和《恰克图条约》等条约，划定了两国东段边界，外兴安岭以南乌苏里江以东直至库页岛的广大土地被划入清朝疆域。 这一度使得沙俄东扩并夺取亚欧大陆东端出海口的计划被搁浅，但两国之间以恰克图为中心的双边贸易也逐渐如火如荼起来。 但在18世纪中叶，两国之间的暗战再起波澜。 早在康熙年间，清朝北部的诸蒙古势力便成了沙俄手中的搅屎棍。比如让清廷头疼了八十余年的准噶尔，之所以始终屹立不倒，除了自身实力之外，背后有沙俄撑腰也是很重要的原因。 18世纪中叶，清朝趁准噶尔内乱之际，一举荡平了这个宿敌。但西域局势未定，沙俄又看上了在清朝和准噶尔之间多次见风使舵的野心家阿睦尔撒纳。阿睦尔撒纳之所以投靠清朝，是因为他想借清廷之力称霸西域。所以，当阿睦尔撒纳阴谋败露，被迫叛逃时，沙俄适时伸出橄榄枝，对其予以收留，其意在于利用他去染指伊犁河谷地区。 《尼布楚条约》和《恰克图条约》规定，双方不得收容对方的要犯逃人，一经发现即须严行查拿，并送交对方。清廷多次援引该条约，要求沙俄交出阿睦尔撒纳，但沙俄拒不交出。 乾隆二十二年，1757年，阿睦尔撒纳病死。清廷仍旧在坚持向沙俄追索阿睦尔撒纳的尸首，要求验明正身，活要见人，死要见尸。沙俄见阿睦尔撒纳已死，再无利用的价值，也只得将尸首交出。 见沙俄多次违约，乾隆帝愤而关闭了位于恰克图的两国互市。 这一年是乾隆二十七年，1762年。 也正是在这一年，叶卡捷琳娜二世通过宫廷政变推翻了他的丈夫彼得三世，继俄罗斯沙皇位。她自幼笃信开明专制思想，与伏尔泰、孟德斯鸠等思想家通信，主张用西欧的武器、技术和思想去武装国家。 但她也同样是一个战争狂人，虽为女主，但雄才大略，野心不小。在位期间，俄罗斯四面出击，不仅在欧洲蚕食波兰、瑞典和土耳其，打通了黑海和波罗的海的出海口，而且还十分垂涎黑龙江流域，妄图重新进军黑龙江流域，进而控制远东，打通亚欧大陆东端的出海口。 对于乾隆帝悍然关闭恰克图互市的举动，她立即着手进行反制。 乾隆二十八年，1763年，叶卡捷琳娜二世收到了俄国圣彼得堡皇家科学院院士米勒尔起草了一份《关于对清作战的意见》，对方建议应通过策反蒙古王公，重新夺取黑龙江流域。事实上，这份意见基本代表了包括叶卡捷琳娜二世在内的沙俄中上层贵族的看法。转年，叶卡捷琳娜二世亲自召集格里岑公爵、潘宁伯爵等7位重臣参加特别会议，讨论入侵黑龙江流域的问题，并装备了六个师的兵力，随时准备出征。 乾隆帝也没闲着，他经常通过服务于宫廷的西洋传教士，了解俄罗斯在欧洲的情况，尤其是俄罗斯与欧洲诸国之间的关系。乾隆帝还曾通过一位法国传教士带去了国书，这无异于向法国伸出了橄榄枝。 此时的法国对中国也颇有好感，以伏尔泰为代表的一大批启蒙思想家将中国视为文化高贵的典范，中国的瓷器、丝绸等奢侈品流行于法国的宫廷和上流 社会 。于是，收到国书的法国国王路易十五很快于乾隆三十年即1765年派遣特使来华，双方着手构建旨在防备俄国的“凡尔赛——北京”轴心。 这应该是自康熙年间的雅克萨之战后，清俄最接近战争的一次。 但突如其来的第五次俄土战争打乱了叶卡捷琳娜二世在远东发动战争的部署，她只能把精力全数放在欧洲战场。也正是因为俄土战争，又再次引发了清俄之间几年后的另外一次外交冲突。 位于伏尔加河一带的土尔扈特部是卫拉特四部之一，明末因躲避日渐强大的准噶尔部，只能举族西迁至伏尔加河一带，并在此建立了盛极一时的土尔扈特汗国。但不久之后俄国占领了这片区域，开始从政治、经济、文化等多个方面对土尔扈特部进行压迫，而最让土尔扈特人难以忍受的，就是每逢战争便要被抽丁。一场战争下来，能活着回来的，不过十之一二。 于是，为了躲避第五次俄土战争被抽丁，渥巴锡决定带领土尔扈特部举族东归。叶卡捷琳娜二世得知此事，一方面命哥萨克骑兵追击，另一方面致书清廷，要求清廷不要接纳土尔扈特部东归。 乾隆帝断然回绝：“尔等若要追土尔扈特人可于俄罗斯境内追之，我等决不干预，然其已入我大清，则尔等不得任意与我界内追逐，若尔等不从我言，决然不成，必与尔等交战。” 很快，乾隆帝通过哈萨克人的情报，了解到土尔扈特部是为了躲避抽丁才决定东归。后来乾隆帝与渥巴锡在承德避暑山庄会晤，了解到了土耳其的相关情况。此举进一步深化了乾隆帝对于土耳其以及俄土关系的认识。 第五次俄土战争结束后，叶卡捷琳娜二世又重燃对华作战的念头，但由于俄国连年扩张，经济负担沉重，需要依赖恰克图贸易带来的巨大利益，乾隆帝便以恰克图边贸作为杠杆，使对方始终不敢彻底与清朝撕破脸。终其一生，她与清朝一直维持着貌合神离的友好关系。 事实上，除了对中国有领土上的欲望，叶卡捷琳娜二世其实倒也不怎么太厌恶中国，反倒是十分推崇中国品味，以至于她的宫廷中到处充斥着大量中国艺术品，她还曾组织人手翻译了《大清会典》等中国的法律典籍加以学习。 不过，她也曾写信给伏尔泰，向对方大倒苦水，抱怨俄国在阿睦尔撒纳问题上被中国人欺负，以至于吃了大亏。由此，她在信中认定中国人粗鲁野蛮，就连外交信函都不会写，甚至是不知所云。不过，伏尔泰并没有听信叶卡捷琳娜二世的一面之词。 毕竟伏尔泰那也算是国际闻名的铁杆清粉了。 乾隆压根就没跟叶卡捷琳娜二世交战过，彼此谈不上是对手，更没有最强大的对手这一说了。 当然了，如果算上外交战，彼此倒是有过几次交锋。 沙俄一共有3位声名显赫的大帝。 第一位，自然是彼得大帝。 这位老兄在1721年大北方战争中，击溃了瑞典军队，拿到了波罗的海控制权。被推举为全俄罗斯皇帝，重新定义了沙俄帝国。他在位期间，对应着清朝康熙、雍正年间。 第二位，叶卡捷琳娜二世。 这是一位女皇，1762年通过政变登基。她在位期间拿下了克里米亚、右岸乌克兰、白俄、立陶宛、库尔兰等地，将沙俄的地盘拓宽到了黑海沿岸。她在位期间，对应着清朝乾隆年间。 第三位，亚历山大一世（不算大帝）。 他是叶卡捷琳娜二世的孙子，1812年，带领反法同盟，击败了拿破仑。他在位期间，对应着清朝嘉庆年间。 康熙年间，不断扩张的彼得大帝，主要把精力都放在了西边。 对于远东的去，他只派遣了小规模的部队，而且是在他亲政之前干的，所以说彼得大帝和康熙的交锋，我们是看不到了。 亚历山大一世，忙着跟拿破仑较劲。其余的时间，他都用在了吃喝玩乐上，所以也没工夫与清朝的嘉庆皇帝对弈。 说实话，要是真动起手来，嘉庆那点能耐，还真不一定吃得消。 那么叶卡捷琳娜二世，有没有与清朝最富有争议的皇帝乾隆大帝发生过摩擦呢？摩擦的结果又是怎样的呢？ 一、土尔扈特部东归，乾隆与叶卡捷琳娜二世差点儿交战。 土尔扈特部是瓦剌四大部之一，还有三部分别是准噶尔部、和硕特部、杜尔伯特部，在 历史 上都赫赫有名。 伴随着准噶尔部的势力越来越强大，土尔扈特部感觉亚历山大，因此在1628年选择向西迁徙，来到了人迹罕至的伏尔加河畔定居。 这地方本来是无主之地，奈何沙俄为了向远东扩张领土，派遣臭名昭著的哥萨特骑兵，翻过了乌拉尔山脉，一路向东推进。 走到哪儿他们就插个小旗子，表示这地方是他们的地盘。这么一来土尔扈特人居住的伏尔加河畔也不能幸免。 沙俄的部队，对土尔扈特部进行了残酷的镇压，想要靠武力制服对方。最后实在是没办法了，土尔扈特部便想到了回到祖国的怀抱。 1712年1月，土尔扈特汗阿玉奇曾经派人与清朝沟通过。到了1771年，土尔扈特人正式开启了回国的路程。 这时候叶卡捷琳娜二世已经登基，她得知以后，立刻派出大军前去阻拦。土尔扈特人经过了若干次战斗，终于在1712年6月到达了中国新疆境内。 本来一共17万人一起上路，可一路上被沙俄追杀，一般人都死在了路上。这时候沙俄还想到新疆追杀土尔扈特人，清朝对此有了不同的看法。 有人觉得，没必要因为小小的土尔扈特部，得罪沙俄。也有人觉得自己的地盘咋能让人家的军队随便进出呢？ 乾隆皇帝思来想去，最后做出了强硬的表态： 土尔扈特部既然回来了，那就是我们 自己 人。怎么能因为怕惹事儿，就拒绝 自己 人呢？ 这事儿可算是把叶卡捷琳娜二世给得罪了，乾隆也毫不顾忌，他自顾自地把土尔扈特人妥善地安置在了新疆。 叶卡捷琳娜二世暴怒，立刻表示： 如果不把土尔扈特部交出来，那就开战吧！ 乾隆呵呵一笑： 我是吓大的吗？在俄国境内，你随便追，我不拦着。可到了我们的地盘上，你只要敢进来， 我们 不惜一战。 谁也不是吓大的，最终叶卡捷琳娜二世，也没有因为这事儿与清朝交战，可见她也不敢轻举妄动。 二、叶卡捷琳娜二世，曾3次打算与乾隆一战。 叶卡捷琳娜二世是个领土狂魔，只要是抢地盘的事儿，她都乐意去干。在西边不断扩张的同时，叶卡捷琳娜二世还想在远东建立牢不可破的军事基地。 之前康熙和彼得一世已经签订了《尼布楚条约》，大家已经把国界线划分好了，显然，登基之初，叶卡捷琳娜二世便对此很不满。 她召集了一帮智囊团，居然打算将黑龙江流域纳入沙俄的统治范围之内，甚至还公然违背约定，收容清朝逃犯。伴随着计划的实施，乾隆有点儿不高兴了，索性在1762年就关闭了中俄贸易。 当时中俄之间，在恰克图有贸易市场，彼此互市，对双方都有很大益处。恰克图贸易，占到了俄国贸易总额的7.5%，可谓是相当重要的了。 叶卡捷琳娜二世的领土要求，使得乾隆关闭这一贸易中心，使得沙俄的收入严重缩水。这下叶卡捷琳娜二世也不爽了，她派人多次与乾隆协商，对《恰克图条约》进行了修改补充，这才保证了两国之间的贸易稳定。 不过自此，叶卡捷琳娜二世便有了征讨清朝的想法。 她继位后的第二年，便让人起草了《关于对华战争的意见》，进一步确定了沙俄对清朝的领土要求。 为了与乾隆一战，叶卡捷琳娜二世精心准备了2年之久。其实那时候乾隆压根没工夫搭理她，而且他对冰天雪地的北方领土，也没啥兴趣，所以说乾隆对沙俄并没有敌意。 这么一来沙俄内部出现了各种不同的声音，很多人认为，如今清朝没有侵略沙俄的计划，应该把战略重心放在西方才对。 恰好当时叶卡捷琳娜二世同时要对土耳其作战（这家伙心真大），避免两线作战。这才放弃了进攻清朝。 俄土战争暂时告一段落以后，叶卡捷琳娜二世又把侵华的计划提上了议程。可当时中俄贸易中，沙俄赚了不少钱，她又舍不得这些钱，因此第二次放弃了侵华计划。 1785年，叶卡捷琳娜二世的老毛病又犯了，第三次想要入侵清朝，甚至还在边境集结了不少部队，美其名曰增强边防力量。 结果这个时候俄土战争再次爆发，所以说叶卡捷琳娜二世只好第三次放弃了与乾隆一较高下的机会了。 总结：真正对清朝构成侵略罪的是亚历山大二世。 亚历山大二世是叶卡捷琳娜二世的曾孙，1858年到1864年，也就是清朝咸丰、同治年间，沙俄与清朝签订了一系列不平等条约， 包括了《瑷珲条约》、《北京条约》、《勘分西北界约记》等。 签订这些条约的结果是，清朝割让了150万平方公里的土地给沙俄。 亚历山大二世，把他太奶奶叶卡捷琳娜二世不敢做的事儿，都给做了。 乾隆:叶卡捷琳娜二世是谁？ 和珅:巴拉巴拉……… 乾隆:哦，就是北边罗刹国的老娘们儿啊，姹鸡司晨，国必乱，我皇清北疆无忧矣
