RUN OUT6.4.1.1钻孔房环境设计A. 温湿度控制B. 干净的环境C. 地板承受之重量D. 绝缘接地的考虑E. 外界振动干扰4.2 物料介绍钻孔作业中会使用的物料有钻针(Drill Bit),垫板(Back-up board),盖板(Entry board)等.以下逐一介绍:图6.1为钻孔作业中几种物料的示意图.4.2.1 钻针(Drill Bit), 或称钻头,其质量对钻孔的良窳有直接立即的影响, 以下将就其材料，外型构、及管理简述之。A. 钻针材料 钻针组成材料主要有三:a. 硬度高耐磨性强的碳化钨 (Tungsten Carbide ,WC)b.耐冲击及硬度不错的钴 (Cobalt)c.有机黏着剂.三种粉末按比例均匀混合之后,于精密控制的焚炉中于高温中在模子中烧结 (Sinter) 而成.其成份约有 94% 是碳化钨, 6% 左右是钴。 耐磨性和硬度是钻针评估的重点其合金粒子愈细能提高硬度以及适合钻小孔.通常其合金粒子小于1 micron.B. 外型结构钻针之外形结构可分成三部份,见图6.2,即钻尖 (drill point)、退屑槽 ( 或退刃槽 Flute )、 及握柄 (handle,shank)。 以下用图标简介其功能:a. 钻尖部份 (Drill Point)- 图6.3(1) 钻尖角 (Point Angle)(2) 第一钻尖面 (Primary Face)及角(3) 第二钻尖面 (Secondary face)及角(4) 横刃 (Chisel edge)(5) 刃筋 (Margin)钻尖是由两个窄长的第一钻尖面 及两个呈三角形钩状的第二钻尖面 所构成的, 此四面会合于钻尖点,在中央会合处形成两条短刃称为横刃 (Chisel edge), 是最先碰触板材之处, 此横刃在压力及旋转下即先行定位而钻入stack中, 第一尖面的两外侧各有一突出之方形带片称为刃筋 (Margin), 此刃筋一 直随着钻体部份盘旋而上,为钻针与孔壁的接触部份.而刃筋与刃唇交接处之 直角刃角 (Corner) 对孔壁的质量非常重要,钻尖部份介于第一尖面与第二尖面之间有长刃, 两长刃在与两横刃在中间 部份相会而形成突出之点是为尖点, 此两长刃所形成的夹角称钻尖角 (Point angle), 钻纸质之酚醛树脂基板时因所受阻力较少, 其钻尖角约为 90 ° ~ 110 °, 钻 FR4 的玻纤板时则尖角需稍钝为115 ° ~ 135 °, 最常见者 为 130 °者。 第一尖面与长刃之水平面所呈之夹面角约为 15°称为第一尖面角 (Primary Face Angle), 而第二尖面角则约为 30 °, 另有横刃与刃唇所形成的夹角称为横刃角 (cheisel Edge Angle)。b. 退屑槽 (Flute)钻针的结构是由实体与退屑的空槽二者所组成。实体之最外缘上是刃筋, 使 钻针实体部份与孔壁之间保持一小间隙以减少发热。其盘旋退屑槽 (Flute) 侧断面上与水平所成的旋角称为螺旋角(Helix or Flute Angle),此螺旋角度 小时, 螺纹较稀少,路程近退屑快, 但因废屑退出以及钻针之进入所受阻力较 大, 容易升温造成尖部积屑积热,形成树脂之软化而在孔壁上形成胶渣 (smear)。此螺旋角大时钻针的进入及退屑所受之磨擦阻力较小而不易发热, 但退料太慢。c. 握柄 (Shank)被 Spindle 夹具夹住的部份, 为节省材料有用不锈钢的。钻针整体外形有4种形状:(1) 钻部与握柄一样粗细的 Straight Shank,(2) 钻部比主干粗的称为 Common Shank。(3) 钻部大于握柄的大孔钻针(4) 粗细渐近式钻小孔钻针。C. 钻针的检查与重磨a. 检查方法 20~40倍实体显微镜检查,见图6.4b. 钻针的重磨 (Re-Sharpping) 为孔壁品质钻针寿命,可依下表做重磨管理。 一般钻针以四层板之三个迭高 (High) 而言, 寿命可达 5000-6000 击(Hit), 总 共可以重磨三次。(应重磨击数表)6.4.2.2. 盖板 Entry Board(进料板)A. 盖板的功用有:a. 定位b. 散热c. 减少毛头d. 钻头的清扫e.防止压力脚直接压伤铜面B. 盖板的材料:以下简述其种类及优缺点a. 复合材料- 是用木浆纤维或纸材,配合酚醛树脂当成黏着剂热压而 成的。其材质与单面板之基材相似。此种材料最便宜.b. 铝箔压合材料— 是用薄的铝箔压合在上下两层，中间填去脂及去化学品的 纯木屑.c. 铝合金板— 5~30mil,各种不同合金组成,价格最贵上述材料依各厂之产品层次,环境及管理.成本考虑做最适当的选择.其质量标准 必须:表面平滑,板子平整,没有杂质,油脂,散热要好.6.4.2.3 垫板 Back－up boardA. 垫板的功用有：a.保护钻机之台面 ，b.防止出口性毛头(Exit Burr）c.降低钻针温度。d.清洁钻针沟槽中之胶渣。B. 材料种类：a. 复合材料-其制造法与纸质基板类似，但以木屑为基础，再混合含酸或盐类的黏着剂，高温高压下压合硬化成为一体而硬度很高的板子.b. 酚醛树脂板（phenolic）— 价格比上述的合板要贵一些，也就是一般单面板的基材.c. 铝箔压合板— 与盖板同VBU垫板——是指Vented Back Up垫板，上下两面铝箔，中层为折曲同质的纯铝箔，空气可以自由流通其间，一如石棉浪一样。 垫板的选择一样依各厂条件来评估.其重点在:不含有机油脂,屑够软不伤孔壁,表面够硬,板厚均匀,平整等.4.3 操作4.3.1 CNC控制现有CAD/CAM工作站都可直接转换钻孔机接受之语言只要设定一些参数如各孔号代表之孔径等即可.大部分工厂钻孔机数量动辄几十台因此多有连网作业由工作站直接指示.若加上自动Loading/Unloading则人员可减至最少.4.3.2 作业条件钻孔最重要两大条件就是Feeds and Speeds进刀速度及旋转速度，以下做一 叙述A. 进刀速度(Feeds): 每分钟钻入的深度，多以吋/分(IPM)表示。上式已为排屑量(Chip Load)取代，钻针之所以能刺进材料中心须要退出相同体积的钻屑才行，其表示的方法是以钻针每旋转一周后所能刺进的吋数(in/R)。B. 旋转速度(Speeds) 一 每分钟所旋转圈数(Revolution Per Minute RPM)通常转数约为6万－8万RPM，转速太高时会造成积热及磨损钻针。 当进刀速度约为120in/min左右，转速为6万RPM时，其每一转所能刺入的深度为其排屑量排屑量高表示钻针快进快出而与孔壁接触时间短，反之排屑量低时表示钻针进出缓慢与孔壁磨擦时间增长以致孔温升高。设定排屑量高或低随下列条件有所不同:1. 孔径大小2. 基板材料3. 层数4. 厚度6.4.4作业注意事项A. 转数、进刀数的设定，应依实际的作业状况，机器所附手册上的条件仅为参考，仍须修正。B. 定期测量转数、进刀数,Run out等数值.C. 真空吸尘极为重要，设计时应over实际需要，以达100%效率，定期更换。D. Spindle及夹头需随时保持清洁E. Run out一定要保持在0.0005以下F. 台面上尘屑要用吸尘器去除，切勿用吹气的方式。5 小孔钻5.1 小孔定义:直径0.6 mm以下称小孔,0.3 mm以下称微孔(micro hole)5.2 小孔加工现有机钻及非机钻,现就机钻加以探讨小直径钻孔加工小直径钻头的规格依使用人、厂商而略有不同， 一般0.3mm的称极小径钻头， 由于表面黏着技术(Surface Mount Techology)大量应用，小径、极小径的钻孔 也日益增多，因此PC板钻头与钻孔机的问题就油然而生；而怎样来防止钻头 的折断是钻孔加工最主要的症结，其折断的主要原因如下：1. 钻头的形状和材质2. 钻头的外径与纵横比(Aspect)3. Rotary drilling reverse circulation ( either using drilling mud and / or compressed air or gas) can be a useful alternative to direct circulation methods. The reverse circulation technique is particularly useful for drilling relatively shallowlarge diameter boreholes. In a typical reverse circulation operation utilizing drilling mud，the drilling mud ( or treated water) flows from the slush pump ( or mud pump) to the top of the annulus between the outside of the drill string and the inside the borehole，down the annulus space to the bottom of the borehole. At the bottom of the borehole the drilling mud entrains the rock bit cuttings and flows through the large orifice in the drill bit and then upward to the surface through the inside of the drill string.
