要做好敦煌网，一定明确敦煌网工作的重点。下面是我在敦煌网经营的一些小技巧和经验，分享出来，希望对你有用。首先就是你的店铺定位，先确定你卖的到底是什么产品，看哪些区域卖家比较少，但是需求旺盛的，我在敦煌网上主要经营的是厨房用品，这个品类目前销量都很不错；其次就是店铺营销，刚入驻的时候，为了赚取人气，重点推一些低价的产品进行销售，把店铺的信用分提上来；最后就是选品了，也是最为重要的，一个好的产品才能有市场吸引力，新手要明白自己第一阶段店铺要多少个产品，分几个类别，每个类别要多少产品才能实现流量联动，这个类别的市场价位大概多少等等；还有一点最重要的就是，敦煌网大部分客户群体是海外批发商，像这一类客户前期一定要做好维护，因为一旦成为你的客户，只要你用心维护，后期客户体量就会上来，所以客户前期的维护是重中之重。这些也是我在敦煌网前期经营时候的一些小经验，最主要能够经营好还是看你自己，前期可能因为自己没有运营过，会觉得比较难，所以前期要多投入更多的时间去学习去操作。
