　　随着大学生就业压力的不断加大，社会各界特别是学术界加强了对大学生择业观的研究。我们通常所说的大学生择业观，主要是指大学生在选择职业时的期望或选择职业的标准，是大学生关于职业的发展可能性、职业的声望、职业的报酬和求职应付出的代价等方面的比较稳定的根本观点与看法，是大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观在择业问题上的集中表现，也是大学生处理择业问题的总的态度和指导思想。大学生群体的择业观是影响大学生就业的一个重要因素，研究结果表明：大学生择业时，其对单位性质和职业类型的要求与就业机会获得和地位获得后月收入水平呈负相关关系，求职主动性与就业机会呈正相关关系，工资水平期望与地位获得后月收人呈正相关关系，职业苦乐意识与职业满意度呈负相关关系。[1]　　本文主要通过对改革开放30年来大学生择业观方面文献的分析和解读，研究改革开放以来大学生择业观的嬗变，并分析这种择业观的嬗变背后的社会因素以及由此对大学生就业产生的影响。　　一、改革开放以来大学生择业观的嬗变　　1.从择业方式来看，呈现从“统包统分”到“自主择业”，并开始出现“自主创业”的嬗变特点　　我国大学生就业经历了一个由国家“统包统分”到“双向选择”、“自主择业”的嬗变过程。1950年代初到1980年代末，大学生择业实行的基本上是国家“统包统分”的模式，对于大学生来说，毕业分配无须自己多操心。这种体制使大学生对自身的价值实现充满自信，如做一名受人尊敬的工程师、科学家、作家、记者或干部等。九成以上的大学生愿意选择大城市全民所有制单位，因为这是“铁饭碗”，没有“风险”。　　1980年代末，随着社会结构的变动和社会利益群体的重新分化，大学生那种安稳守成的择业观正在被挑战的、自我创新的风险择业观所取代。伴随着改革开放的深入进行，人们开始在市场大潮中追求自我价值，社会观念逐渐商品化和个体化，大学生择业开始结合自身的专业、能力和兴趣，原有的“统包统分”观念逐渐淡化。有调查表明70%以上的大学生愿意选择“收入高，但有失业危险的工作”。随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步发育、完善，到了1990年代，大学生自主选择职业的意识已逐步成为一种普遍认同的价值取向。　　进入21世纪，随着高校招生规模的不断扩大，大学生的就业压力明显加大，部分学生的择业观念出现了新的变化，由一次就业转变为多次就业，自主择业转变为自主创业。调查显示，大学生选择“先就业再择业”的比例为33.2%，选择“在国内报考研究生”的比例为50.5%，选择“自主创业”的比例为5.6%。[2]关于“自主创业”，认为“可以尝试”的比例达到了58.1%，认为“可行”的占28.2%。[3]大学生创业观念得到加强，很大程度上是因为21世纪出现的就业高峰导致大学生择业越来越困难，许多大学生更倾向于通过创业来解决工作问题，这种转变与其说是一种择业观的转变，还不如说是被“逼上梁山”后的无奈之举。当然，社会环境的转变和个体的这种行动趋向极大相关，这种“权宜之计”逐渐使社会大环境提高了对创业的认同度，促进了创业的升温。　　2.从择业首选标准看，呈现从“看重社会价值”到“看重经济价值”再到“看重未来前景”的嬗变特点　　1980年代初，大学生择业首先考虑的两大因素是“职业的社会地位与声望”和“专业对口”。1986年的一项调查显示，“学习条件好”和“有社会地位”排在择业考虑的前两位，“经济收人高”被排在了第4位，[4]这反映了当时大学生更看重知识的渴求和职业的声望。因此，1980年代初，大学生大多选择全民所有制企业、大专院校、政府机关等单位。因为在这一时期，市场化改革刚刚起步，私营企业、外资企业都还是襁褓中的婴儿，生命力还很弱小，在社会中的地位和影响都未能很好地体现，而全民所有制企业、大专院校和政府机关呈现出来的社会价值得到了普遍的认同。于是，虽然已经处在市场化改革的浪潮中，但是大学生择业的价值观还停留在改革前。　　到了1980年代末，大学生择业观由“社会价值型”转变为“经济价值型”，把经济利益、物质待遇放到了相当重要的位置。越来越多的大学生把“收入高低”作为自己择业的重要标准，而将“专业是否对口”、“职业地位与声望”等都放到了较为次要的位置，至于“职业风险性”等问题，多数大学生能够承受。北京大学近几年来的连续调查中，“经济收入高”一直居大学生职业选择标准的重要位置。以1996年为例，把“经济收入高”作为影响择业重要因素的学生比例为73.7%，远高于其他选项的比率。[5]择业中把经济收人作为重要影响因素反映了大学生对物质利益的追求。实际上，市场化改革对人们包括广大大学生价值观念的影响到这个时候才真正开始凸现出来。　　进入21世纪以来，人类开始进入一个全新的知识经济时代，大学生的择业观由更看重经济收入开始转变为更看重未来的发展前景。大部分学生认为，一个单位的发展前景决定了它能给员工提供的发展空间和学习机会，有发展前景的企业能给人信任感和拼搏的动力。调查显示，关于“你选择职业首要考虑的问题”，有44.5%的大学生选择“发展空间”作为他们择业时首要考虑的问题，有18.5%的大学生选择首要考虑薪金与福利。[6]这种转变并不是偶然的，建立在知识和信息技术基础上的社会，要求社会成员不断学习以提升自己来适应迅速变化的环境。大学生择业时更看重“未来发展空间”也就不难理解了。　　3.从职业的选择来看，呈现从首选全民所有制单位向首选“三资企业”到理性看待单位性质的嬗变特点　　1980年代，大学生首选的行业是全民所有制企业和集体企业，这主要基于对职业声望和社会地位的考虑。因为这种单位没有风险，是大家都认可的“金饭碗”和“铁饭碗”。这时中国虽然已经启动市场化改革，但是各种体制和1980年代以前的计划体制几无二致，平均主义现象仍然比较严重，于是大家纷纷迫求稳定的职业，而不是有挑战性的职业。　　随着市场化改革的深入推进，社会主义市场经济体制逐步确定，私营经济和外资企业获得了很大的发展，“三资企业”开始成为一些大学生毕业后的首选工作单位。调查显示，2005年，浙江省大学生就业中，有53%选择的是中外合资企业及政府部门。[7]据上海市的一项调查显示，希望自己的单位性质为机关、事业、企业、其他的比例依次为14.0%、25.9%、46.l%、8.1%；希望单位性质为国营、集体、三资、私营、其他的比例依次为26.2%、6.8%、49.2%、11.7%、5.2%。可见，“三资”和“企业”成为许多大学生的首选。[8]加人wto后，不同类型的企业在我国相互竞争的局面日趋凸显。此时，大学生择业的首选单位为：国家机关(13%)、国有企业(20%)、私人企业(14%)、合资企业(19%)、外资企业(23%)、其他(12%)。国有企业、国家机关共同占了三分之一的份额，这说明随着竟争的加剧和职业风险的增加，部分大学生的择业意向开始转向国有企业、国家机关，希望有稳定的工作环境与收入。　　4.从对薪金的期望来看，呈现由“不看重薪酬”到“过分追求高薪”再到“注重个人发展”的嬗变特点　　1980年代，大学生择业首先看重的是职业的社会地位和专业对口，对薪资没有过多的考虑。1990年代初以来，多数大学生择业的首选标准是经济待遇，薪资期望最高达到六七千，一般也在四五千左右。但随着就业压力的增加，大学生对薪资期望也发生了一些改变。21世纪初、大学生择业的薪资期望一般集中在1000一2000元/月，就业心态趋向理性化。深圳市的调查显示，毕业生对自己的预期工资水平比较符合市场的实际水平，60%的大学毕业生所要求的月薪酬标准在3000元以下，与特区的社会平均工资水平2552元/月基本一致。[9]这说明，随着时代的变迁，大学生的就业心态已趋向理性化，对于能发挥自己才能、适合自己个性、有发展前景的就业岗位，基本上都能接受，并且很多学生开始接受“先就业再择业”的观念，反映出大学生的就业心理比较健康。对于月收人达不到期望值的岗位，为了能锻炼自己，积累工作经验，部分学生愿意把月薪酬期望值降低到1000元以下。面对日趋激烈的就业市场，大学生的就业心态日渐趋向成熟。　　5.从地域选择的去向来看，呈现从“服从祖国需要”到“首选东南沿海”再到选择更趋理性的嬗变特点　　20世纪五六十代，大学生择业观的典型表现为：“我是一块砖，东西南北任党搬”、“一颗红心、两种准备”。20世纪70年代一80年代初，大学生择业时充满了“到农村去、到边疆去、到祖国最需要的地方去”的理想主义激情。1990年代，大学生择业时首选地域一般都是东南沿海发达城市。1997年上海市4.5万名大学毕业生，其中有2.1万名学生在上海就业，有2500名学生在江苏就业，有1700多名学生在山东就业，有1600多名学生在广东就业，有近700名学生在福建就业，有近1000名学生在北京就业，在这些地区就业的学生人数占全部就业人数的66.67%。[10]对杭州大学生的调查也显示，关于“您期望选择的工作地域”，“长江三角洲地区”、“珠江三角洲地区”、“环渤海地区”分别以91%、87.6%及62.7%居于前三位。[11]因为在此时，东南沿海城市经济发展因为有了更多的政策支持，经济的竞争力和活力不断加强，与此相随的就业机会和职业收入也水涨船高。另外，随着市场化改革的推进，人才自由流动的空间开始增加，于是，大学生择业“孔雀东南飞”的现象在改革开放10年后达到了高峰。　　但是进人20世纪90年代末21世纪初，大学生择业的首选区域不再集中于东南沿海，开始呈现出多元性的特点。一项对武汉市大学生择业期望的调查显示，在就业地域的选择上，61%的大学生希望在沿海发达地区工作，26.5%的大学生希望在中西部地区大中城市工作[12]这说明，虽然沿海发达地区生活、工作各方面条件都比较优越，但随着中部崛起和西部大开发，中西部也逐渐成为大学生就业的理想地区。一些大学生偏向于去中小城市工作，机会多，生活成本低，且压力也不大，大学生择业呈现出更加理性化的趋势。随着这一趋势的增强，相信会有越来越多的大学生选择到中西部地区、中小城市和基层就业。　　二、改革开放以来大学生择业观嬗变的分析　　纵观改革开放以来大学生择业观的嬗变过程，以市场化改革为核心的时代变迁和以教育大众化为基础的社会变迁始终是大学生择业观嬗变的主要因素。另外，大学毕业生分配制度的变化、当代中国社会的转型对大学生择业观的嬗变也有着比较重要的影响。　　1.以市场化改革为核心的时代变迁是大学生择业观嬗变的基础　　1980年代，受计划经济体制的影响，大家对利益讳莫若深。而到了1990年代，随着市场经济体制的建立，言利已不再“内向化”，而是趋向“外向、公开化”，甚至成为一种社会时尚，利益观念逐渐深人人心，社会上甚至出现了“拜金主义”的不良倾向。大最全民所有制单位、集体所有制单位以及政府机关的职工纷纷下海淘金。表现在大学生择业观念上的功利趋动也在不断强化。大学生开始以经济收入的高低来决定职业的选择。正如世界银行公布的《1995年世界发展报告》在篇首就指出：“对绝大多数家庭而言，不论是穷还是富，工作收人是他们生活条件的主要决定因素。”[13]　　另外，市场化改革不仅使物质资源配置趋于优化，也使人才资源的配置发生了质的变化，即社会对人才资源的配置不再是被动地接受高等院校供给的人才，而是根据社会组织自身的客观需要向社会吸收人才。不论是个人还是单位都不再是被动地适应环境和时代，而是开始主动地适应环境和时代。这无论对社会来说，还是对个人来说，都具有积极的意义。大学生不再接受“统包统分”这种被动的择业方式，开始选择“自主择业”、“自主创业”等更为主动的择业方式。　　2.从精英教育向大众教育的转型是大学生择业观嬗变的现实选择　　我国自1999年开始在高等教育领域进行了一定规模的扩招，大学招生人数从1998年的108万人发展到2007年的560万人，毛入学率达到23%，高等教育已经进入大众化阶段。随着高等教育规模的扩大，高等教育实现了“卖方市场”和“买方市场”的转换，竞争观念已经超越了，双向选择”的规范，在更大程度上向市场机制靠拢。　　随着高等教育精英教育向大众教育的转型，大学生“天之骄子”的“精英”优越感逐渐消失，学校和社会舆论也积极引导大学生积极转变就业观念，“到基层去，到西部去”。随着大学生数量的持续增加，大学生在就业方面甚至产生了无助的感觉，伴随着这种就业困难局面的出现，大学生择业的途径、方式网络化、中介化、市场化等特征开始出现，大学生择业观念和择业行为都更趋现实和理性。　　3.大学毕业分配和就业制度的变化是大学生择业观嬗变的重要推手　　1980年代中期开始的大学毕业分配制度改革对大学生择业观也产生了深刻的影响。1985年以后，我国根据经济体制改革和教育体制改革的要求，扩大了办学部门、地方和学校分配毕业生的自主权，缩小了国家计划分配的范围，尝试多渠道的分配方法，实行“供需见面”和计划分配相结合，这种办法首先在北京、上海等几所大学试点。1989年，国家对高校毕业分配又进行了改革，在国家就业方针政策指导下，逐步实行毕业生自主择业、用人单位择优录用的“双向选择”制度。1994年以后，大学生就读和择业已基本与市场经济体制接轨，读大学需要自己分担教育成本，国家不再包分配，大学毕业自谋职业。　　这项制度的改革是大学生择业观念嬗变的重要推手。一方面，打破了大学生原来统包统分的依赖观念，让大学生走向竞争的市场经济大潮，在竞争中去检验自己的智慧和才干。因此，从这方面来看，大学生择业观念的转变更像是市场的“逼迫”。在这种“逼迫”下，大学生开始积极转变自己的择业观念和行为。另一方面，这种制度的变化也同时打破了扼杀人才自由选择和创造的空间“樊篱”，使大学生能根据自己的专业、兴趣和理想选择职业和工作所在地，这也符合市场经济社会资源优化配置的需要。　　4.当代社会转型是大学生择业观嬗变的重要条件　　当代中国正处在激烈的社会转型中，随着计划体制向市场经济体制转变，农业社会向工业社会、知识经济社会转变，中国的经济和社会的发展出现了翻天覆地的变化。这种社会转型是大学生择业观念嬗变的重要条件。进入21世纪，大学生开始更加注意个人发展，注重提高自己的综合素质和工作技能，以此适应发展越来越快、现代化程度越来越高的社会。比如，大学生择业更注重“未来发展空间”，反映出当代大学生具备较强的时代感，能够积极转变自己的择业观念来适应时代的变化。　　知识经济时代是人们的职业和岗位变更更加频繁的时代，择业模式也因此改变。农业经济时代和工业经济时代，人们能够一辈子做同样的工作，而知识经济时代的人必须不断学习以适应新的工作或新的需求，一次就业定终身的现象将日益稀少。有些高校进行的毕业生跟踪调查显示，毕业生工作几年后有相当一部分学生不再在原专业的岗位上工作或调换了工作单位。[14]这些情况表明，以往那种人们梦寐以求的“终身职业”已成明日黄花，一次性学校“充电”、一辈子工作中“放电”的时代已成为历史。这些都促使着大学生择业观念的转变，先就业、后择业成为大学生就业的一种新观念。同时，随着人才培养的宽口径和更加注重综合素质，“用非所学，专业不对口”的提法将被淡化。大学生在学习过程中养成的追求未知科学的素养和分析事物变化规律的思维能力，将在开拓新的知识领域中发挥重要的作用，他们的适应能力将更强，就业领域将更加宽广。打字不易，如满意，望采纳。

一、大学生在择业中的不利心理状态简要剖析 面对供大于求的就业形势，一些毕业生缺乏自我了解、缺乏市场意识、缺乏择业经验，会导致部分人自我感觉良好而躇踌满志，也会导致部分人不知所措而悲观失落。 （一）自卑畏难与茫然无措 面对严峻的就业形势、挑剔的用人单位、求职过程中的 一次又一次挫折，有的朋友开始产生自卑心态，参与竞争时缺乏信心与勇气。与此相比，一些毕业生对自己的事业没有明确的目标，自己适合做什么工作没有定位，对各种职业和岗位的特点及要求心中无数，面对当前的就业形势茫然无措。 （二）左挑右选与隔袋买猫 部分毕业生期望能找一份一劳永逸的工作，于是寻寻觅觅、挑挑拣拣，难作决断。这样的毕业生主要有三类：一是贷款上大学的，希望就业后能及时还清贷款；二是家庭经济困难，希望就业改变穷困局面；三是入学时选择了高投入的热门专业，希望有所回报的。与之相反，另有部分毕业生在对用人单位了解甚少的情况下，就急急忙忙签协议，事后不久即反悔。 （三）盲目定位，眼高手低 目前，确有部分毕业生对自己的知识，能力素质估计过高，对自己价值创造能力估计过高，这种就业心态使他们在求职旅途中屡屡碰壁。俗话说有多大脚就穿多大的鞋，也就是这个道理。此外，毕业生到企业后不愿从基层做起，不愿与小事做起的职业心态，也是他们不受企业欢迎的重要原因之一。 二、大学生就业过程中的行为状况分析 目前大学生就业难的状况同他们自身综合素质不足有密切关系，对自己的特长、能力、专业知识水平缺乏恰当的估价，定位不准。综合素质不足主要表现如下： （一） 频繁跳槽，骑驴找马 毕业生不安心现有工作的现象比较普遍。频繁跳槽，骑驴找马的就业心态使很多单位敬而远之，跳槽是劳动力资源配置的浪费，对企业的人力资源投入损害较大。许多企业在招聘员工时，一般都要求有实践工作经验，招聘进来后立即能正常开展工作，再客观上也对大学毕业生就业造成障碍。 （二） 缺乏诚信，作茧自缚 有的企业对应届毕业生说不的另一个重要原因，就是少部分毕业生缺乏诚信。在应聘时随口表态，一定会认真干好每件工作，但真正到单位后，要么嫌工作杂，要么说待遇低，有的还不辞而别。有的毕业生在求职过程中，其获奖证书、作品成果严重“注水”，企业往往在使用后才会发现，这也是令部分企业单位对他们退避三舍的原因之一。 （三）缺乏敬业，团队精神 有部分毕生不愿在基层工作，不愿受组织纪律束缚，这种敬业精神、团队意识的匮乏 ，使得他们很难获得长远发展，俗话说没有规矩不成方圆，任何一个单位都有自己的经营理念和 规章制度 ，所以作为这个团队的一员，每个人都应该严以律己宽以待人，充分发扬团队协作作风，决不能有意或无意去抵制各项制度，在企业招聘人才中，企业更青睐那些具有敬业精神和良好职业操守的毕业生。 三、企业对毕业生的综合素质提出更高要求 随着市场机制的逐步完善，企业竞争程度的加剧，企业对人才素质的要求愈来愈高，不少企业对毕业生的综合素质也提出更高的要求。品德是人才的重要标准，部分大企业在招聘时十分看重他们是否具有务实、进取精神，是否认同先做人、后做事的价值观。是否具有较强的沟通能力及良好的团队协作精神。是否诚实可信、严谨认真等等。 四、毕业生如何提高就业竞争力 在当今就业环境严峻、竞争异常激烈的形势下，除了各级政府采取各种措施外，毕业生应该从以下几方面着手，从择业心态到就业上岗全过程加强就业竞争能力。 （一）客观认识自己，把准就业定位 人贵有自知自明，毕业生尤其要做到这一点，在应聘过程中，一定要结合所学专业、职业爱好、发展潜力等要素，选择相应的应聘企业以及所提供的岗位、职务和薪酬待遇，做到人事相宜，人职相宜和人薪相宜，因此，毕业生对自己的就业预期不宜过高，尤其对职务、薪酬的要求，过高的就业预期，一是很难得到用人单位的认同，对于一个缺乏工作经验和业绩的毕业生，是缺乏向企业开口索取较高职务和薪酬待遇的资本的；二是容易走进“高不成、低不就”的就业心理误区，这种误区会令毕业生丧失就业机会。 （二）增加诚信意识，奠定就业基石 具有浓厚诚信意识的毕业生，其就业的交易成本最低，也最能获得企业的青睐。毕业生在求职过程中，有的向企业提供虚假论文、获奖证书等资信证明，有的在进入企业工作后，单方面毁约，这种匮乏诚信的行为最为企业头疼，因此毕业生在求职过程中务必增强诚信意识。一旦有丧失诚信的行为，其求职的基础就不会牢固，人为给自己的求职道路设置重重障碍。 （三）珍惜就业机会，切莫频繁跳槽 目前的就业环境并不宽松，找工作难，找心仪的工作更难，这是不争的事实。因此，在这种就业环境中，毕业生应珍惜就业机会，切忌频繁跳槽。频繁跳槽会严重影响实践知识、经验的积累。跳槽也许能使自己的薪酬待遇得到提高，但习惯性的跳槽，对自己今后长远发展将是有害无益的。一般而言，企业所信任、重用的人才，应该是那些能够忠诚于企业的人才。 （四）修炼敬业精神 ，培养良好习惯 敬业精神是人类最伟大的精神之一，毕业生要想在企业立足、发展，没有敬业精神万万不可。一个尽责进取、严谨高效的毕业生是会受到用人单位青睐的。相反，那些马虎敷衍、无序浮躁的大学生在企业将很难立足。因此，毕业生应当在修炼敬业精神上下功夫，这是毕业生能否获得发展的治本之道。 （五）认同企业文化，实现角色转换 毕业生要实现从校园人到企业人的角色转化，一个很重要的过程就是要认同企业文化，自己的价值观要同企业的价值观相吻合，行为规范要同企业的行为规范相一致，这是顺利实现角色转换的重要前提条件。 （六） 进入岗位角色，积累工作经验 毕业生如果被录用，就应尽进入岗位角色，尽快了解工作内容，熟悉工作程序，掌握工作要求，履行岗位职责，并逐渐积累经验。毕业生一旦适应了岗位工作，并创造了不俗的工作业绩，受到重视是迟早的事情，职业生涯的拓展也会由此找到契机。 师范生就业竞争力的提升只是学校就业工作的一个缩影。近三年来浙师大毕业生初次就业率均在95%以上，2010至2012年，毕业生初次就业率分别达到95.05%、96.05%、96.24%。2010年、2012年，学校先后被教育部高校学生司、省政府评为“2010年全国普通高等学校毕业生预征工作先进集体”、浙江省就业工作先进集体，在浙江省内处于领先位置，而且在全国同类高校中也位于先进行列。学校各项就业举措形成的“组合拳”初见成效。 　　强化课程引领，实现全程化指导 　　清晰的决断来自准确的认知，学校以《大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导》课程为依托，就业指导循序渐进贯穿大学生活四年，覆盖每一个学生，为学生职业选择与发展提供了科学化的指导。 　　大一进行职业体验，明确自己的发展方向；大二撰写职业生涯规划书，借助职业生涯规划大赛的平台，锻炼能力；大三开展求职体验，揣着简历招聘会“试水”，积累求职经验；大四撰写求职故事，反思求职过程，分享求职经验。 　　从书本理论走向职场实践，大学生职业生涯规划大赛实现了两者的无缝对接。这项始于2005年的校园活动，至今已经成功举办8届，四年来，学校连续四年获得省大学生职业生涯规划大赛最佳组织奖，共有12名学子在大赛中获“最佳职业(创业)规划之星”，他们中不少人在择业时都曾面临“甜蜜的尴尬”。 　　杨桦以一份《超级玛丽冒险岛探宝计划》讲述一个女孩从事对外汉语的就业规划，获得省首届大学生职业生涯规划大赛就业组第二名，求职时同时被宁波镇海中学、台州市第一中学和临海回浦中学三所省重点 中学看中，纷纷向她抛出“橄榄枝”。 　　无独有偶，徐林峰这个创造公务员考试3个笔试成绩“第一”的男生也曾在校大学生职业生涯规划的舞台上历练。在舞台上以“村主任”形象深入人心的“法政男”，选择上海市崇明县作为自己公务员生涯的开始。他说：“参加职业生涯规划大赛，让我对公务员工作有更清晰的认识，也明确了自身定位。” 　　为帮助更多的学生能像杨桦和徐林峰一样明晰职业方向，《大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导》在2009年被确定为必修课。目前，学校已经开发了校本教材，成立课程教研室、建设课程教学网站、开展集体备课活动。同时，不断加强师资队伍建设，现有主讲教师79名，其中全球职业规划师22名，国家高级职业规划师5名，中级职业指导师22名。学生对课程的评教满意度得分95.65，在通识课程测评中位于前列。 　　搭建多元平台，实现个性化培养 　　“创业基地的‘涂图"挺不错的，我孩子可喜欢去那里了。”不少家长送孩子到这家学生开的儿童画工作室里。开业一年多，学生人数从最早的20人增加到现在的100人。“涂图”儿童画工作室位于浙师大创新创业基地内，创办人是浙师大美术学院研究生寿玲，她希望借工作室探索自己理想的教学方法。 　　这项被寿玲导师称为“产学研”结合的创业尝试得以实施有赖于学校对学生创新创业的支持。像寿玲一样，现已有4批学生创业团队入驻大学生创新创业基地。这个在校内建立的创新创业孵化园，专辟1700平方米商业用房，学校免收租赁费、水电费，并为入驻项目免费办理营业执照，为学生创业提供便利。 　　学校还强化与地方的联系，在义乌建立外语、工商管理、法学等大学生创新创业基地、就业创业见习基地，在永康建立电子信息工程、机械制造设计及自动化创新创业实践基地。目前，学校和各学院已建有各类实践实习基地445个。 　　在搭建个性化的创业实习平台的同时，学校出台加强大学生创新创业教育实施意见，每年划拨200余万元专项基金用于学生创新创业能力培养。专门设立《KAB创业教育》、《创业设计》等选修课程，同时开展创业文化节、“百元创万”等创业主题社会实践活动，2011年还专门成立创新创业学院。 　　近年来，学校涌现出通过专利技术创业的“专利哥”吴钢、以自己名字命名开设搬家公司的刘海升等学生创业人物。 　　与此同时，学校也针对就业的同学开展个性化培育。学校在学生公寓专门设立学生事务咨询与就业服务中心，针对学生个体区别、促进学生多元发展需要，在中心开设“大学生职业咨 询室”，每周二、四下午安排全球职业规划师和国家高级职业指导师面向全校同学开展针对性、个性化的就业指导和职业发展咨询，深受学生欢迎。 　　构建服务网络，实现全员化覆盖 　　“向自己的法官梦又迈进一步！”浙江师范大学法学092班的钟明宪及时更新了自己的QQ签名。今年司法考试，法学09级57人参加考试，有39人通过，通过率为68.42%。司法考试通过率近七成，学生说石冠彬学长的“司考小组”很给力。 　　所谓“司考小组”是浙江师范大学法政学院打造的一个公共司考学习平台。事实上，类似的为学生就业做铺垫的辅导培训在浙江师范大学还有很多。它与信息服务一道构建起保障就业的双重服务网络。 　　就业指导工作一方面强化集中培训的集聚效益，学校定期开设就业讲座，在公务员考试、研究生考试、新教师招考方面给予毕业生更多针对性指导，提高学生应试成功率。仅在去年11月至12月就先后组织开展11个场次的中小学新教师录用考前辅导，搜集试题，建立试题库，邀请中学特级教师来培训。 　　另一方面，日常教学与就业指导相衔接。人文学院的专业提高班、行知学院的复合班都是在夯实专业基础上，或精深或广博，增加学生的就业竞争力。《大学生礼仪修养与沟通技巧》一类的通识课，通过理论学习和职场礼仪模拟，提高学生求职面试技巧，增添就业砝码。 　　同时，学校构筑全媒体信息覆盖网络，建立校院两级“毕业生就业短信平台”，开通“就业信息直通车”，利用就业信息网、就业宣传窗、报纸广播、QQ群、飞信群、微博等媒介，将筛选出的最新用人单位需求信息在第一时间以免费短信形式发送给毕业生，实现就业信息发布无死角，学生就业招聘“捷足先登”不是梦。学校通过广泛撒网，通过两场大型招聘会、20个毕业生就业基地、“就业动车”行动等搜索就业“情报”，提供了充足的信源保障。
