　　根据《淄博市2021年中考招生工作意见》(淄教字〔2021〕30号)，制定本工作细则。 　　一、考试报名 　　(一)报名时间 　　4月20日前。具体报名时间由各区县根据各自实际确定。 　　(二)报名范围 　　普通高中志愿和初中后中等职业教育类招生对象为应届初中毕业生和未被高中学校录取的往届初中毕业生;初中后高等职业教育(“3+4”对口贯通分段培养、五年制高职)和高等师范教育(“3+4”对口贯通分段培养、五年制师范)招生对象为应届初中毕业生。 　　(三)报名办法和资格审查 　　初三年级在校生在就读学校参加学业水平考试报名，初四年级毕业生(符合条件的外来务工子女除外)在户籍所在区县参加学业水平考试报名，往届生在原毕业学校参加学业水平考试报名。 　　符合条件的外来务工人员子女毕业生，即父母双方或一方(或法定监护人)在本市内的各区县有合法稳定职业和合法稳 　　定住所(含租赁)满一年的(截止到2021年4月20日)，需在就读学校所在区县参加高中招生录取的，可提交有关证明材料由就读学校初审汇总交区县教育和体育局审核合格后，办理学业水平考试报名手续。不符合条件的外来务工人员子女以及学籍与户籍所在区县不一致的非外来务工子女毕业生，回户籍所在地参加学业水平考试及高中招生录取。因户籍迁移(迁入时间截止到4月20日)需回户籍所在区县参加高中招生录取的，可凭有关证明材料直接到区县教育和体育局接受资格审查，办理学业水平考试报名手续。 　　(四)报名信息管理 　　考生采用网上报名，考生信息实行电子无纸化管理。各区县要在报名前完成学籍信息变更，确保考生信息完整、准确。初中学校完成考试报名组织工作后，汇总考生信息交由区县教育和体育局审核确认。4月21日，各区县将报名信息数据库报市教育局进行复查。报名工作结束后，区县、学校均不得擅自新增或变更考生信息。 　　二、考试组织实施 　　(一)健全疫情防控常态化下中考组织工作机制 　　1.认真履行主体责任。各区县招生考试委员会是本行政区域内组织中考、治理考试环境、维护考试招生安全稳定、做好考试疫情防控、整肃考风考纪的责任主体，主要负责同志是第一责任人。各区县教育行政部门主要负责同志、分管负责同志和招生考试机构主要负责同志是直接责任人。各高中学校是本校考试招生工作的责任主体，主要负责同志是第一责任人，分管负责同志是直接责任人。各区县、各学校要在当地党委和政府的领导下，切实加强组织领导，各级领导干部特别是主要负责同志要对考试招生重大事项亲自把关、亲自协调、亲自督察，层层压实工作责任。 　　2.严格落实防疫措施。各区县、各学校要提前研究谋划，认真落实教育考试组考防疫要求，结合疫情防控实际，进一步细化组考防疫工作方案，制定疫情防控工作标准，细化防疫举措，保障广大考生和考试工作人员的生命安全和身体健康。做好考生和考务人员日常体温测量和身体健康状况监测，按要求为每个考点配备防疫副主考，设置必要的隔离考场、隔离设施，配备充足的防疫物资。认真落实入场体温检测、考场全面消毒、通风、保持间距等措施。开展全覆盖式防疫教育和防疫培训，确保全体考生和考务人员熟知防疫知识和操作流程。 　　(二)考试科目与范围 　　2021年初中学业水平考试考试科目为语文(含书写卷面分5分，采用扣分制)、数学、英语(含口语听力)、体育与健康;会考科目为地理、历史、生物(含实验操作)和信息技术、物理(含实验操作)、化学(含实验操作)、道德与法治;考查科目为地方课程、学校课程、音乐、美术、综合实践活动。初中三年级学生全部参加地理、历史、生物、信息技术考试;初中四年级学生全部参加语文、数学、英语、体育、物理、化学、道德与法治、音乐、美术、综合实践活动及地方与学校课程的考试、考查，还可自愿申请参加初三结业时已考的地理、历史、生物和信息技术4个学科重考。 　　接收的市外转入考生或未被高中学校录取的往届生，应参加所有学科的学业水平考试和考查，并根据考试成绩按照当年的等级划定办法划定等级;复学学生可只参加未考学科的考试、考查，所考科目成绩按照当年的等级划定办法划定等级，其已考科目成绩，按照原等级认定。 　　考试科目和会考科目考试采取全市统一命题、统一考试、统一网上阅卷的方式组织进行。考查科目由区县教育行政部门制定考查办法，并监督、指导各初中学校组织实施。考试时间及安排详见附件。 　　(三)考场编排和考场设置 　　文化课考试以区县为单位混编考场，区县教育和体育局根据审核后的报名信息数据库编排考场，于考前一周下发编场数据，由初中学校打印并下发准考证(考试通知单)，区县打印准考证存根并下发至各考点。 　　文化课考点原则上由区县教育和体育局统一安排在初中学校，每个考场30名考生，实行单人单桌，按“S”型、“8877”或“66666”排列。 　　考查科目由区县教育和体育局制定考查办法，并监督、指导各初中学校实施，并于5月30日前汇总上报考查科目成绩。 　　(四)考务工作 　　1.加强考务工作管理。各区县教育和体育局要成立有关科室、有关招生学校参加的考务领导机构，严格按照《淄博市初中学业水平考试工作管理暂行规定》做好所有考试、会考和考查科目的考务组织和管理工作。要严肃考务工作纪律，建立和实行责任追究制度，按照职责分工，层层签订规范考务工作责任书。 　　2.落实考试安全保障。各考区、考点要制定周密的安全工作应急预案，并切实做好实施预案的条件保障工作，认真落实各项安全措施和安全责任制。要重点做好赴考考生、交换监考教师和巡视人员的交通安全工作，以及考生防暑、防食物中毒等安全工作。考点要设饮水站、医药急救站。 　　各考区、考点要积极协调电力、交通等相关部门，确保考试期间的正常用电和考点周围道路畅通。 　　(五)阅卷工作 　　1.阅卷组织形式。初中学业水平考试实行网上阅卷，其中，信息技术考试采取计算机智能化评卷。 　　2.严肃工作纪律。阅卷前，要对所有阅卷人员进行资格审查和阅卷工作培训，认真组织学习《阅卷实施程序》和《阅卷工作人员守则》等各项规定和要求，并严格落实阅卷工作人员签字负责制度。 　　3.严密试卷扫描。试卷扫描实行全封闭管理。试卷扫描地点要设立试卷保管室，试卷扫描、试卷收发、考场记录登记要专人专岗，不得交叉。 　　4.强化过程管理。各学科阅卷小组要在阅卷工作开始前集中学习掌握《试题参考答案和评分标准》，制定评分细则，认真组织试评，标准统一后方可正式阅卷。加强阅卷质量监控，严格控制阅卷时间和进度，认真做好数据备份和评卷工作记录，确保阅卷质量。 　　5.严格保密纪律。阅卷工作人员要严格遵守阅卷工作纪律和保密纪律，严禁阅卷期间上网、使用手机等违规违纪行为，对于在试卷保管、扫描和阅卷过程中出现的任何泄密事件，将根据情节书面通报给责任人所在单位给予严肃处理，并取消其学业水平考试阅卷资格。 　　三、考试成绩公布 　　考试科目按原始成绩予以公布;会考科目按等级形式公布;考查科目分合格、不合格两个等级。 　　6月28日前，将通过网上查询等形式公布初四年级考试成绩。6月30日前，将通过网上查询等形式公布初三年级考试成绩。考试成绩数据库下发到各区县教育行政部门。任何单位和个人不得以任何形式依据考试成绩给学校和学生排队或公布名次。 　　查询网址：淄博市教育局http://edu.zibo.gov.cn; 　　淄博市中考招生管理平台http://zkzs.zbedu.net 　　淄博市教育资源公共服务平台http://yun.zbedu.net 　　附件：淄博市2021年初中学业水平考试科目及时间安排 2022年山东省淄博市中考英语真题及答案 2021年山东省淄博市中考历史真题及答案 2021年山东省淄博市中考道德与法治真题及答案 2023年山东淄博中考时间一般在几月几号 2022山东省淄博市中考物理真题及答案 2022山东省淄博市中考数学真题及答案 查看中考全部文档资源 >>
