2017年防溺水安全知识资料大全 　　游泳,是广大青少年喜爱的体育锻炼项目之一。然而,不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识,遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救,极易发生溺水伤亡事故。如何预防溺水呢?下面我为大家分享中小学生防溺水安全教育知识资料，欢迎阅读! 　　一、游泳安全要点 　　1.下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋; 　　2.下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水; 　　3.若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不可单独游泳; 　　4.下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳; 　　5.不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全; 　　6.跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全; 　　7.在海中游泳，要沿着海岸线平行方向而游，游泳技术不精良或体力不充沛者，不要涉水至深处。在海岸做 一标记，留意自己是否被冲出太远，及时调整方向，确保安全。 　　二、如何预防游泳时下肢抽筋 　　游泳前一定要做好暖身运动。 　　游泳前应考虑身体状况，如果太饱、太饿或过度疲劳时，不要游泳。 　　游泳前先在四肢撩些水，然后再跳入水中。不要立刻跳入水中。 　　游泳时如胸痛，可用力压胸口，等到稍好时再上岸， 　　腹部疼痛时，应上岸，最好喝一些热的饮料或热汤，以保持身体温暖。 　　三、夏季游泳溺水自救方略 　　如何保证游泳的健康和安全，避免溺水事件的发生?对水情不熟而贸然下水，极易造成生命危险。万一不幸遇上了溺水事件，专家介绍，溺水者切莫慌张，应保持镇静，积极自救： 　　(1)对于手脚抽筋者，若是手指抽筋，则可将手握拳，然后用力张开，迅速反复多做几次，直到抽筋消除为止; 　　(2)若是小腿或脚趾抽筋，先吸一口气仰浮水上，用抽筋肢体对侧的手握住抽筋肢体的脚趾，并用力向身体方向拉，同时用同侧的手掌压在抽筋肢体的膝盖上，帮助抽筋腿伸直; 　　(3)要是大腿抽筋的话，可同样采用拉长抽筋肌肉的办法解决。 　　对于溺水者，除了积极自救外，还要积极进行陆上抢救： 　　(1)若溺者口鼻中有淤泥、杂草和呕吐物，首先应清除，保持上呼吸道的通畅; 　　(2)溺者若已喝了大量的水，救护者可一腿跪着，另一腿屈膝，将溺者腹部放在屈膝的大腿上，一手扶着溺者的头，将他的嘴向下，另一手压在背部，使水排出; 　　(3)若是溺者已昏迷，呼吸很弱或停止呼吸，做完上述处理外，要进行人工呼吸。可使溺者仰卧，救护者在身旁用一手捏住溺者的鼻子，另一手托着他的下颚，吸一口气，然后用嘴对着溺者的嘴将气吹入。吹完一口气后，离开溺者的嘴，同时松开捏鼻子的手，并用手压一下溺者的胸部，帮助他呼气。如此有规律地反复进行，每分钟约做14—20次，开始时可稍慢，以后可适当加快。 　　四、溺水急救 　　溺水是常见的意外，溺水后可引起窒息缺氧，如合并心跳停止的称为“溺死”，如心跳未停止的则称“近乎溺死”这一分类以病情和预后估计有重要意义，但救治原则基本相同，因此统称为溺水。 　　急救方法 　　1、将伤员抬出水面后，应立即清除其口、鼻腔内的水、泥及污物，用纱布(手帕)裹着手指将伤员舌头拉出口外，解开衣扣、领口，以保持呼吸道通畅，然后抱起伤员的腰腹部，使其背朝上、头下垂进行倒水。或者抱起伤员双腿，将其腹部放在急救者肩上，快步奔跑使积水倒出。或急救者取半跪位，将伤员的腹部放在急救者腿上，使其头部下垂，并用手平压背部进行倒水。 　　2、呼吸停止者应立即进行人工呼吸，一般以口对口吹气为最佳。急救者位于伤员一侧，托起伤员下颌，捏住伤员鼻孔，深吸一口气后，往伤员嘴里缓缓吹气，待其胸廓稍有抬起时，放松其鼻孔，并用一手压其胸部以助呼气。反复并有节律地(每分钟吹16～20次)进行，直至恢复呼吸为止。 　　3、心跳停止者应先进行胸外心脏按摩。让伤员仰卧，背部垫一块硬板，头低稍后仰，急救者位于伤员一侧，面对伤员，右手掌平放在其胸骨下段，左手放在右手背上，借急救者身体重量缓缓用力，不能用力太猛，以防骨折，将胸骨压下4厘米左右，然后松手腕(手不离开胸骨)使胸骨复原，反复有节律地(每分钟60～80次)进行，直到心跳恢复为止。 　　五、游泳时耳朵进水怎么办? 　　由于水又有一定的张力，进入狭窄的外耳道后形成屏障而把外耳道分成两段，又由于水的重力作用，使水屏障与鼓膜之间产生副压，维持着水屏障两边压力的平衡，使水不易自动流出。有时外耳道内有较大的耵聍阻塞，则水进入耳道后更易包裹于耵聍周围而不易流出。耳内进水后会出现耳内闭闷，听力下降，头昏，十分不舒服，因此人们往往非常迫切想把水排出来。有人甚至用不干净的夹子、火柴棒、小钥匙等掏耳，这样虽然可侥幸将水屏障掏破，使水流出，但也易损伤外耳道甚至鼓膜，而导致耳部疾病。 　　耳内进水后应及时将水排出，最常见的方法是： 　　1、单足跳跃法：患耳向下，借用水的重力作用，使水向下从外耳道流出。 　　2、活动外耳道法：可连续用手掌压迫耳屏或用手指牵拉耳廓;或反复地做张口动作，活动颞颌关节，均可使外耳道皮肤不断上下左右活动或改变水屏障稳定性和压力的"平稳，使水向外从外耳道流出。 　　3、外耳道清理法：用干净的细棉签轻轻探入外耳道，一旦接触到水屏障时即可把水吸出。 　　由于游泳池或河水不干净，污水入耳后引起外耳道皮肤及鼓膜感染，或耳内进水后处理不当，如不洁挖耳等，常可引起以下几种耳病：外耳道炎，外耳道疖肿，耵聍阻塞，鼓膜炎，化脓性中耳炎。 　　如果耳内进水后出现以上症状，应暂时停止游泳，并去医院检查，对症治疗。 　　六、夏天游泳注意事项 　　炎热的夏天游泳是最热门的活动，除了室内室外游泳池，还有迷人的海滨、河流和小溪u2026u2026但是欢乐享受之余，也请特别注意其中所潜藏的危机，事前多一分准备和考量，就可以带给我们无限的欢笑，更可以避免一些不必要的不幸和遗憾。 　　夏天游泳注意事项很多，应从多方面来考量： 　　饭后、饮酒不宜游泳。 　　有开放性伤口、皮肤病、眼疾不宜游泳。 　　感冒、生病、身体不适或虚弱不宜游泳。 　　雷雨的天候不宜游泳。 　　水温太低、太凉不宜游泳。 　　游泳时禁止与同伴过份的开玩笑。 　　不要随兴下水，特别是野外。 　　风浪太大、照明不佳不要游泳。 　　不明水域不要游泳、跳水。 　　水浅、人多不可跳水。 　　要在有救生员及合格场所游泳。 　　下水前先做暖身运动。 　　下水的装备要带全，一定要带泳镜。 　　水中切忌慌、乱，如遇抽筋，请保持冷静，改用仰漂。 　　平日有机会就参加心肺复苏术训练及水中自救训练，如遇人溺水，没有把握不应下水救人，可一面大声呼救一面利用竹竿、树枝、绳索、衣服或漂浮物抢救。 　　露营、钓鱼、野外活动如靠近水边时，应严防小孩意外落水。 　　海边或户外游泳要防止晒伤及脚底刺伤。 ;
