2021年ACCA6月考季临近，最近深空网有收到同学的反馈，称在学习TX科目时会容易将个税和企税的递减规则所混淆。针对此情况，下面深空网就跟大家进行详细讲解。01、个税中的trading loss relief个税中的trading loss relief会复杂一些，主要有以下两大方法：1. General loss relief methods：carry back loss relief、current year loss relief、carry forward loss relief，遵循的原则是：(1)carry back只能1年，carry forward可以无限年度;(2)抵减顺序：carry forward不能在carry back和current之前。Tips：carry forward是可以单独进行计算的哦;(3)抵减位置不同：current year和carry back 都要在total net income before PA下减掉、carry forward要在trading income下面减掉，如下图：(4)抵减方式的选取：这里要关注2个因素;A. 关注时间价值time value，那就要按照carry back loss relief+current year loss relief+carry forward loss relief这个顺序来抵减。Tips：题目中如果出现as quickly / soon / early as possible 尽快、尽早进行loss relief等字眼的话，那就采用这种loss relief的方式;B. PA浪费值PA wastage和节税金额tax savings。作为纳税理性人，在遵循前3条规则的前提下，要进行多种抵减方法的尝试，以此来选出最节税、将loss 利用到最大化的抵减方式，例如某一年的收入金额较低，可以被PA 完全cover，那loss 就不会再来抵减这一年的收入，因为无法带来更多的节税。Tips：题目中如果出现most beneficial最有利等字眼的话，那就采用这种loss relief的方式。2.
