长江汽渡试行计重收费 本报讯 记者昨日从省物价局获悉，从4月1日起，长江A级航区，包括省内通沙、通常、常通、海太、太海、张皋、皋张汽渡，将接轨高速公路和长江大桥的收费模式，试行计重收费。实行新的收费方式后，将适当提高小型车辆收费标准，其中，客车7座及以下每车每次28元，8到19座每车每次40元，20到39座每次65元，40座及以上每次90元。降低大型运输车辆的收费标准，实行计重收费。其中，2吨及以下，每车每次30元，2吨以上-5吨车辆每吨15元，5吨以上-10吨车辆每吨11元，10吨以上-15吨车辆每吨9元，15吨以上车辆每吨5元...为维护汽渡市场经营秩序，促进汽渡企业正常发展，江苏省物价局、江苏省交通运输厅经研究，现将长江B级航区（江苏段）汽渡收费标准的有关事项明确如下：一、客车、摩托车、人力三轮车、自行车、助力车、电动车等按照车辆类型定额收费，货车实行计重收费。具体收费标准详见附件1、附件2。二、汽渡收费标准实行政府指导价上限管理，各汽渡经营管理单位可根据实际情况，在规定的收费标准范围内向下浮动。三、江阴申港河西—靖江上五圩汽渡收费标准自通航之日起执行。韭菜港—九圩、黄田港—八圩汽渡在搬迁关停之前继续按照现行收费标准执行。四、当计重收费系统运行出现故障时，报设区市价格部门批准后，可采取按车辆核载吨位启用应急收费方案，具体方案见附件3。五、各汽渡经营管理单位要主动做好政策宣传解释工作，进一步完善汽渡收费标准明码标价，自觉规范价格行为。说明： 1.卧铺客车每铺位折合2个座位，尾数不进整。2.载货汽车按车货总质量吨位区间计收过渡费。货车起征额不足20元按20元征收。客货两用车按货车标准计重收费。3.货车计重收费额尾数取整：以5元为单位，1、2舍，8、9入，3、4、6、7作5。4.对经常往返汽渡的二轮摩托车、非车载旅客，应实行月票优惠，每次标准分别不得超过6元、2元。自行车、助力车、电动车实行一人一车。5.车辆牵引费，5吨以下，每车次最低50元；5吨以上，每超1吨加收10元，最高不超过100元。6.对特殊车型和车主有特殊要求的渡运车辆，如工程车、超限车、专渡、包渡等，汽渡企业（单位）与车主协商定价。
