在别人的庄园劳动，给葡萄追肥整枝，然而酿出的酒却是主人的。”[3]传统译论忽略了译者作为原文和译文、源语文化和译语文化沟通者的积极作用，忽视了具有主体意识的译者在翻译过程中不可避免地会发挥其主体性。是什么使译者一直处于此种压抑无声的状态？究其原因，是译者选择了忠实的翻译准则，假定了一个并不关心、在乎自己的丈夫或男主人，那就是原作，并发誓要效忠于它。[4]没有地位就没有发言权，因此译者的声音总是被原文和原作者的声音吞没。 自20世纪90年代初翻译研究的“文化转向”以来，人们对翻译的认识不再仅仅停留在语言或技术层面上，而是将它置于一个更为广阔的文化背景中来研究，强调翻译的“历史意识和文化观点”。[5]到了后殖民时代，翻译的问题系（the problematic of translation）成了引发有关再现、权力以及历史性这诸多问题的一个意义重大的场所。[6]翻译研究的侧重点不再是简单的语言意义层面的机械转换，而是转入了跟意识形态、权力及文化有关的外围研究。因此经济文化强国和第三世界之间不平等的文化交流被公诸于众，一大批声张正义的学者为第三世界翻译摇旗呐喊，如萨义德出版的《东方学》是开创后殖民时代的代表作，韦努蒂提出的“归化、异化”翻译策略在理论界引起了轩然大波。译者身份也由“仆人”、“隐形人”的角色转为了“改写者”、“操纵者”。然而一个新的研究视角的开拓并不应成为第三世界译者主体性过度张扬的借口。源自巴西的食人主义翻译理论自面世以来，就被认为是重塑第三世界文化身份的有力武器。咋观之，在此理论当中译者似乎充当的是残暴、野蛮的角色，是吸血鬼，是让译者肆意张扬个性的场所。事实是不是想象中这样呢？答案得从深入了解食人主义翻译理论中得到。并且只要译者的角色得到了很好的定位，我们可以让食人主义翻译理论发挥出 84 湖 南 城 市 学 院 学 报 2011年第3期 译者该如何完成肩负的翻译责任和民族使命？下面将从文本选择、翻译标准、翻译策略等方面来分析译者该如何定位。 （一）文本选择中译者的定位 食人主义理论提醒我们，要有食的对象，食者才能滋养身体。并且要食身体强壮、有权有势、受人尊敬和通灵通神的人，才能自我转化、才能显示出被食者所拥有的权力和能量。翻译必须要有原作这是不言自明的事实，而且根据以色列著名学者Evan-Zohar 提出的多元系统里理论可知，当一个民族或地区的文学尚“年轻”、或处于边缘、或弱小、或出现转折点、危机或真空的时候，翻译文学会处于整个文学系统的主要地位，原作也就上升到一个举足轻重的地位。译者对译本的选择不能仅仅根据自己的兴趣，而是应该置身于本土的实际条件予以考量。在我国，历史上第三次翻译高潮就是最好的例证。自鸦片战争到二十世纪三十年代，晚清的现实社会让人们既不愿相信西方列强强大的事实，又不得不重视学习西方发达的科学技术和先进的人文思想，因此出现了以严复和林纾为代表的翻译家，他们试图从西方输入新文化、新思想，以达到“师夷长技以制夷”的目的。总结出来的规律就是译语文化如果处于强势，它一般不大注重选择弱势文化的文本，而译语文化一旦处于弱势文化地位，其译者最终会主动选择强势文化的文本，从而大量地译介。[9]这也是在食人主义翻译理论指导下容易出现的情况，只注重吃别人的东西，而忘了本土东西的营养价值，久而久之势必会造成别人对我们的影响越来越大，直至依赖，直至失去自我。对于第三世界文化而言，为了能同强势文化进行较为平等的交流，除了多吸收翻译西方发达文学文本外，还必须主动选择翻译有本土文化特色的文本，注意输出，扩大自身的影响。 （二）翻译标准中译者的定位 庞德对中国古诗的翻译被认为是食人主义翻译理论最好的应用。翻译对于庞德来说，不是一一对等和忠实再现，而是一种重新发明、重新创作、重新构思、捕获意象的过程。[8]569 食人主义翻译理论不再将传统的忠实标准奉为圭臬，而是提倡有意识的误读和误译，以满足目的语读者的需要；提倡再创造的自由。这是否就意味着“忠实”和“再创造”在食人主义翻译理论中就是顾此失彼的一对概念呢？首先我们得把传统的忠实概念放宽放大，传统中忠实的对象是原作的表达形式，要做到“原汁原味”地传译原作。但我们从庞德英译汉诗中得到的启示是，译者传达了原作的神韵和旨意，哪怕舍掉了形式，能够保存原作的艺术魅力就是忠实的，就是好的。我国翻译理论家许渊冲教授曾说翻译的低标准是求似或求真，高标准是求美。并提出了优势论，即尽量利用最好的译语表达方式，以便使读者知之，好之，乐之。[10]就像一张风景优美的照片最低的标准是能满足观众的审美期待，开阔他们的视野，最高的 最好的作用，真正成为既解殖民，又丰富本土文化特色的强大武器。 二、食人主义翻译理论 食人Cannibal 源自于巴西一个叫土比族（Tupinamba ）的部落食人仪式。食人主义最早可追溯到巴西诗人、小说家索萨u30fb安德拉德于1928年发表的《食人宣言》中叙述的葡萄牙传教士萨丁那神甫被巴西土著Tupinamba 族土人吃掉的故事。20世纪60年代，作为诗人、翻译家的坎波斯兄弟（Augusto de Campos 与Harold de Campos）以这个隐喻来形容巴西殖民体验与翻译的关系：巴西人仅吃掉了殖民者及其语言，从中获取精神力量，而且从食人仪式中净化了自己。具体来讲，坎波斯的食人主义翻译观包括下列内容：（1）获得力量的行为（empowering act）：吞噬象征着对吞噬对象的一种爱戴和尊敬，从其身体中获得能量。（2）滋养行为（nourishing act）：生命力量的源泉在于“吞噬”原文，译者从原文语言文化中吸取营养，转化后体现在译文中。（3）积极行为（act of affirmative play）：翻译是一种赋予生命的行为，原文只有通过翻译后才能延续和重生。这与本雅明、德里达的结构主义翻译观一致。（4）输血行为（act of blood transfusion）：译者吸取原文的精华，就像从被食人的血液中获得其美德是一样的道理。通过输血，译文自身的生命更加鲜活。 翻译理论学者维拉（E Vieira）这样论述了食人主义翻译观：“食人主义是一个实际上从土著人的仪式中引申的隐喻，即吃某人的肉、喝某人的血的做法。就像土著人在崇拜图腾“貘”一样，这种方式可以从他者吸取力量，为食人部落的事业作出明确指示，他同时意味着不排斥外来的影响或营养，通过加入土著人的输入，吸取和转化这些影响和营养。起初该隐喻作为一个不受尊敬的言语工具，但自《食人宣言》强调后殖民的压迫本性之后……显而易见的是，为了将巴西文化从殖民心理桎梏中解放出来，《食人宣言》扭转了欧洲中心主义的编年史的走向。通过永恒的“食人”（Caraiba ）革命，新世界成为革命和变革策源地，而旧世界则宣告对新世界充满感激，因为没有新世界，就甚至不可能有其可怜的人权宣言。”[7]维拉的观点非常详尽地阐明了食人主义翻译理论的要点。此翻译理论不仅适合后殖民语境下第三世界国家用来推进去殖民化议程，在全球化背景下，更是各民族各国借鉴他国文化，丰富本土文化的一个有利工具。跟鲁迅先生的“拿来主义”有几分相似，对于外来的不能来者不拒，而是要在分析、批判的基础上有选择性地吸收。 三、食人主义翻译理论中译者的定位 从宏观上看，食人主义翻译观在坚持边缘文化特殊性的同时，在对民族身份和民族地位进行反思的同时，试图摆脱西方文化和话语霸权的制衡。[8]在此种翻译宗旨下， 第32卷 欧亚美等：食人主义翻译理论中的译者定位 85 标准是能诱使观众想去实地观赏，这些都要靠摄影师的摄影技术了。这里我想提出的是“最好的译语表达方式”不应该仅仅局限于本土语言的表达方式，我们应把侧重点放在“最好”两个字上。只要是好的，异域文化的表达方式为何不应拿来为我所用呢，这也应该是食人主义翻译理论中的主旨所在。只是要切记的是，再创造的自由并不应成为译者随性翻译的借口，不管是内容上还是形式上。 （三）翻译策略中译者的定位 食人主义翻译理论强调的翻译过程是吃掉原文的转换过程，也就是吸血鬼的行为。译文注重通顺可读，是要让作者向读者靠拢。这是1813年由施莱尔马赫（Schleiermacher ）提出的翻译策略之一，另一翻译策略即让读者向作者靠拢。这两种翻译策略经韦努蒂进一步阐发成归化和异化，归化的翻译就是要不露翻译的痕迹、产生透明的译文，异化翻译则通过保留外国文本中的异质成分，用不透明的表达方法使译文有异国情调。翻译研究的转向无情地揭示了在西方发达国家归化一直占据着主导地位，西方译者采用的是以西方语言、意识形态对异域文本进行改写的翻译策略。若是在食人主义翻译理论中提倡归化的翻译策略，是否是想以其人之道换治其人身呢？然而用此种已经遭到后殖民主义翻译理论家指责和唾弃的翻译方法，还落得个小家子气的罪名，是不是得不偿失？况且用归化的翻译方法对丰富本土的语言表达方式无任何裨益，充其量就是通过喝别人的血，得到了一点意义上的精髓。然而是不是就应该偏向异化策略了呢？虽然异化的翻译反对译文放在原文的从属地位，也反对让译者隐身的透明译法，但是过度的异化会成为强势文化对弱势文化殖民的帮凶。如何来解决这一两难的问题呢？霍米u30fb巴巴（Hom K Bhaha）在其代表性著作《文化的定位》一文中详尽阐释的杂合概念将对消除这两极的对立带来有效的启示。“杂合化”指的是“不同种族、种群、意识形态、文化和语言互相混合的过程”。食人主义翻译理论当中 [9] 译者是土生土长的本地人，再怎么吸食别人的血液，也不可能换掉自身的血液，最多也只是两种血液的混合。因此在翻译过程中，归化异化的翻译策略不能只择其一而从之，而是两种策略的杂合，并且在不同时期可采取是以归化为主导的杂合还是以异化为主导的杂合。 在全球化的今天，我们在考虑不被同化、被殖民的同时还应让世界听到自己的声音。食人主义翻译理论的产生是历史的需要，是文化的需要。但任何理论在指导实际操作时都要具体问题具体分析。译者的文本选择，翻译策略，及为自己制定的翻译标准都会影响到译文的生成。因此译者充分意识到自己在这些方面的定位，对产生有效的好译文是大有裨益的。 Studying overseas is a dream for many students. It is their wish and goal in life to be able to extend their studies overseas where more information is available and better resources are made available to them. However, this dream is not easily achievable due to the sheer costs of overseas studies. A detailed breakdown of the expenses involved will frighten many aspiring students. Besides from having to fork out a large sum for tuition fees and textbooks, certain courses may require students to pay for experiments and use of special equipment. Certain courses may also ask that students attend seminars and conferences to expose themselves to a variety of research and opinions. However, these extraordinary arrangements are arranged from the students" own pockets since they do not constitute part of the curriculum. Living expenses is another problematic area for most foreign students. Having a place to stay on campus would be the ideal situation for most. That way, one can cut down on transportation fees. Most schools offer meals at cheaper prices within campus for students who stay on campus. Some halls even include meals in their rental fees. Unfortunately, being able to find accomodation on campus isn"t an easy feat. There are so many students fighting for that one vacant lot in some good universities. Those who aren"t lucky enough to get a room on campus will have to make do with renting houses outside which are more expensive and involves costs to travel to and fro from campus. Dining is more costly out of the campus too.Sometimes, students may wish to gather around and have some celebrations for festivals. That would greatly increase the amount of money spent on dining. If this is an occasional event then it won"t be a cause for concern. Other than living expenses, one also has to make considerations for illness, accidents, emergency situations etc. All these mean that the student must have cash on hand to help himself/herself out of these crisis. LED基础知识LED是LightEmittingDiode的缩写，中文译为“发光二极管”，是一种可以将电能转化为光能的电子器件具有二极管的特性。目前不同的发光二极管可以发出从红外到蓝间不同波长的光线，还有在蓝光LED上涂上荧光粉，将蓝光转化成白光的白光LED。LED的色彩与工艺：制造LED的材料不同，可以产生具有不同能量的光子，借此可以控制LED所发出光的波长，也就是光谱或颜色。历史上第一个LED所使用的材料是砷(As)化镓(Ga),发出的光线为红外光谱。另一种常用的LED材料为磷(P)化镓(Ga)，发出的光线为绿光。由于制造采用了镓、砷、磷三种元素，所以俗称这些LED为三元素发光管。而GaN（氮化镓）的蓝光LED、GaP的绿光LED和GaAs红外光LED，被称为二元素发光管。而目前最新的工艺是用混合铝(Al)、钙(Ca)、铟(In)和氮(N)四种元素的AlGaInN的四元素材料制造的四元素LED，可以涵盖所有可见光以及部份紫外光的光谱范围。两位大哥，LCD才是液晶显示屏！
