Quoting myself: Having to extend, manage and debug a scripting system for something like ai can get tedious, going with full c++ and an ide, compiler and debugger that"s had years of optimisiations and refinements is a big draw. 一般AE的工作包含两个部分：客户沟通和财务目标。　　 Paper-work　　　AE工作形式很大一部分都是paper-work。客户沟通首先是与客户策略沟通会议，AE负责整理会议记录（合作的步骤、期限和责任），和客户开完会后，一般都有一个公司的内部会议。（也应该有会议记录）。最后就是电话沟通和实地考察形成纸上的报告。在服务客户的过程中，还需要做给客户作状态告知的进度表，进度表一般指详细的工作时间安排。假如是品牌代理的客户，进度表上的工作还需要双方签署确认：哦！原来要做的是这些工作。一般来说，每周一中午把工作周报传给客户，然后每天电话沟通确认工作的进度。　　 工作单　　　　等明确客户需要的时候，AE就开始下单（创意工作单）。比如说要做一张海报，工作单上就要体现详细的信息和要求。其他还有调研工作单和媒介投放单等。工作单的意义是承认工作合法性。只有填写了工作单，该项工作才得到财务的监督和承认。有了工作卡，就尽量避免口头交代事情，强调工作合法性。工作单一般有财务对应的编号，等财务结算的时候可以很方便地得知项目成本。　　 内部会议　　　　作为做沟通的AE有责任组织召开内部会议。为了保证会议有效，所以要确认应该来的人，和这些应该来的人的时间是不是能协调在一起。作为发动者，AE要控制会议的进度，主题，气氛。而且到最后必须要有结论和分工安排（或者是确认工作程度）。　　 态度　　　　定位的问题：广告公司卖的是专业，这也是种产品。保持坚持专业的发展的清醒。对客户，不能敬若神明，坚持专业，不迁就客户的喜好（一般是不专业的个人喜好）。非是应付客户，而是为了专业的发展。走的是双赢的路。最好能在适当的时机跟客户成为朋友。把应酬当做是开会。要有充分的思考加上良好的口才。把事情做对是最关键的。保护自尊心，懂得忍耐。当你成为了AE，一定要有一个保险箱把自己的自尊心保护起来。为了在方案或者创意上有点的激发，广告人的工作时间应该是24小时（anytime）。所以广告人的平均寿命也只55岁左右。保持状态，在面对客户的时候需要投入感染力。如果你很困，就不要去见客户了。　　 位置感与责任　　　　对外：AE不适宜与客户高层沟通。　　对内：专业领袖做决定，AE只是做事情。　　责任是明确的，没有推卸责任的可能。不要在A客户面前提起B客户。不要把责任往主管身上推，也不要在公共场合谈客户的机密。给客户的东西，每个环节的参与成员都要签署，客户签署确认。找到错误出在什么环节。　　 提案前后　　　　会议前确定会议的时间、地点、人员、内容、设备（投影仪等）。还有演示的策略。会议中AE除了做情况记录，还要明确会议的共识和结论。会议后最好有一份检讨：目的是否达到？如果失败，是什么环节出问题：是提案的细节，还是专业上的失误。　　另外最好把提案的内容大纲先发给客户，让客户了解内容。不能把客户叫来，然后大家一起浪费时间。如果提案通过了，AE的事情就变成收钱和开发票。还有就是评估某环节工作的成本考虑外包。等发给客户完稿，去财务哪里截卡，表明工作结束。然后开请款单，把发票开给客户。45天内催款。注意文件存档（电子和paper-work）。　　 提案过程　　　注意讲所有思路，方向是没有错的。允许客户在我的思路完整表达后才讲话。在客户说话的时候，也不打断客户的思路。做到言之有物，但不要把你不知道的和没有经过细致考虑的东西提供给客户。失败的例子：鲜橙多要在世界杯期间计划加大投放，北京X唐一个女AE说，中国队踢得很不好。结果客户说，哦，这样啊？就放弃了这个项目。后来花了很多工夫去说服客户还是投放量减少了很多。　　 时机　　　　电子邮件是没有时间限制的。电话的话要争每天客户听到的第一个电话。如果是方案讨论最好在吃饭前后，那时候人的思维比较灵活。尽量笑，客户听得到。
