プリンセスチュチュ》，收录了OP《Morning Grace》和ED<私の爱は小さいけれど》。 2003年2月5日发售的专辑《life is lovely》收录了这些歌曲还包括了《フルーツバスケット》中的两首歌《空色》、《セレナーデ》。 同年还为动画《ストラトス・フォー》的OP/剧中歌《爱しいかけら》作词作曲。 2003年左右，律子为工画堂发售的音乐游戏系列的《Symphonic Rain》(交响乐之雨)作曲，游戏最为出色的地便是那极为美妙动听同时又与剧情人物贴切得完美无瑕的音乐。《秘密》、《いつでも微笑みを》、《雨のmusique》、《メロディ》、《リセエンヌ》、《Hello!》、《fay》、《I"m always close to you》。主旋律《ココロの雨》(心之雨)非常有雨城的感觉，同时又切合了游戏的剧情，在倾听雨声的同时又能感觉到男主角库里斯内心深处的悲伤。雅琍主题曲《Feel the rain》也非常温馨，由如天使的歌声一样。除了作曲以外，OP曲《空の向こうに》和ED曲《涙がほおを流れても》更由律子小姐亲自演唱。 律子小姐还与日向めぐみ组成了二人歌唱组合メロキュア(Melocure)，该组合的几张单曲CD取得了不错的成绩。去世前，曾预计于6月23日推出新专辑，然而由于某些原因而延期。不过还是2004年内，推出了她们的第一张专辑《Melodic Hard Cure》。 2004年5月5日，著名歌手、歌曲制作人冈崎律子（おかざき•りつこ）在东京都中央区的病院因败血症性休克去世，享年44岁。临终前她没有办法留下遗言，遗下了她未完成的作品。一些动漫画的作者、配音演员，和大量的歌迷在网络上写下了遗憾与祝福。 5月8日，举行了仅有亲属参加的小规模遗体告别式及葬礼。 12月29日，纪念专辑《for RITZ》发售。包含了律子生前所写的，还未完成的几首乐曲。这次在工作人员的努力下完成并收录了这些歌曲在这张专辑中。由律子小姐生前最信赖的几位音乐作家为这些乐曲赋予了全新的生命力。专辑的歌曲基本来自《Symphonic Rain》的歌曲，不过全部是由律子亲自演唱，而且经过了重新编曲。当你全部听完之后，所感觉到残留下的无法言喻地强烈地生命力这才是律子小姐真正想要传达的无法替代的信息。在这张《for RITZ》中最后收录的《For フルーツバスケット》是律子小姐约定了绝对要收录进新专辑的歌曲。 2005年5月5日，律子的FANS俱乐部Ritzberry Fields整理了律子的一部分音乐发行了限定专辑《Love & Life ～private works 1999-2001～》。包含《Welcome to Ritzberry Fields 2001》《やさしい赠りもの》、《A merry December》、《流星群の日》、《待ちあわせ》、《梦ははてしなく》、《月下の散歩》、《冬の阳》、《the bright side》、《星空にお祈り》、《Welcome to Ritzberry Fields》、《ボーナストラック White Land》、《ボーナストラックハミング》、《ボーナストラック 12月の雪の日》、《ボーナストラック Moonshadow》。最后还附带了CD-EXTRA「A Happy Life」プロモーションビデ
