　　敬爱的党组织: 　　日子总是像从指尖流过的细沙，在不经意间稍然滑落，不知不觉间，我已踏入大三的门槛，成为了校园里“最老”的一批学生。此时，我成为一名预备党员已将近一年了，这一年以来我时刻以一名优秀的共产党员的标准严格要求自己，不曾松懈，关注党和国家大事，以自己的力量做力所能及的事。 　　中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会,把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想确立为党必须长期坚持的指导思想，并庄严地写入党章。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在新时代应运而生，是新时代精神的精华，也意味着我国的发展进入了一个新的阶段。 　　2019年是新中国成立70周年、五四运动100周年、中美建交40年等，在这一年里各项国家大事接踵而来，全国，第“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛，各类博览会等;各项大工程也纷纷完工，如北京新机场落成、嫦娥五号成功奔月、京张高铁即将完工等;无一不证明着中华民族从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃。 　　2019年也是全面建成小康社会的关键之年。新中国成立以来特别是改革开放以来，党带领人民持续向贫困宣战，实施大规模扶贫开发行动，党以来，实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫，加大扶贫投入，创新扶贫方式,缩小贫富差距。 　　在这个契机下，学院组织了精准扶贫宣讲队前往xxxxxx进行暑期社会实践。通过多种形式的问卷调查，政策宣讲、采访村委干部等方法,我们也了解到车田镇增坑村目前的发展情况、主要经济来源，以及产业帮扶的措施等;但同时该村也有发展滞后的方面，例如当地的公共设施已铺没但还未完善、污水治理技术落后、大多年轻人外出打工导致劳动力缺失、留守老人与儿童文化程度不高、教育跟不上。 　　习近平总书记曾说过：“扶贫必扶智、扶贫先在愚。可见，精准扶贫的根本在于教育扶贫。教育扶贫作为治愚、扶智的重要手段、是实施扶贫助国的治本之策。实践团队就该问题也提出对应措施,希望当地教育扶贫能够大力发展。同时，我也感慨如今我们能够生在窗明几净的课室里学习是多么珍贵，因此，我更不会放弃对自己、对未来的追求，更不会放弃严于律已的行为准则和人生信条。 　　请党组织相信我，在新的时代，我会更加牢记一名优秀共产党员的职责，更加严格地要求自己，更加全心全意为同学、为社会服务，起到优秀党员的先锋模范作用。现阶段大三的我，也会努力朝自己的目标奋斗，向优秀毕业生努力，向自己心仪的职业前进。如有不足之处，请党组织批评指正。 　　此致 　　敬礼 　　汇报人：xxx 　　班级:xxx 　　2019年x月xx日 【篇二】 　　尊敬的党组织： 　　经过上学期的考察，我荣幸地被发展为预备党员，因而，这学期开始了预备党员的党校学习。最初，我并不太能理解为何需要再上一次党课。忙碌的大三，有太多太多的事情需要去做，学年论文、辅修专业考试等等纷至沓来，还要面临今后人生发展方向的选择，这一切都需要时间精力的付出，因此，在最初的我看来，党课成为了一种负担。然而，这种想法在我第一次走进教室，与周围的同学交谈中、老师的教导中就消失殆尽了。周围同学充满活力与干劲，认真学习的样子让我为自己曾有过这样的想法感到羞愧，也感到自己在这方面亟需改进。 　　第二节课的授课内容是党员的党性修养，由资产管理公司的党委书记向老师讲授。向老师整场讲授完全脱稿，且思路清晰，贴近生活，娓娓道来，引人入胜。课堂上气氛活跃，掌声不断。在这次的课堂上，向老师将他的授课内容分为三个部分，前后衔接紧凑，且简单概括为“党员党性是什么”“为什么要不断加强党员党性修养”和“怎么来加强党员党性修养”这三个问题，引人深思。接着，在随后的授课过程中，向老师妙语连珠，将原本枯燥的理论知识与现实生活联系，更深入浅出，以自己的个人经历为例子，讲得十分生动有趣。更难得的是，向老师不回避现实的态度。 　　在入党之初，我虽然在理论知识方面学习得不少，对于一些基本概念原理也算烂熟于心，但是，一旦投射到现实生活中，我就感到无所适从与深深的疑惑。信息爆炸的时代，各种良莠不齐的消息时刻在向你袭来。而随着这种浪潮的出现的是，似乎关于共产党员腐化、堕落的事件也越来越多了。其中还有不少是入党多年称得上是“前辈”的老党员。 　　加之，很少有关于此方面的公开讨论与学习，而一些批评也只是隔靴搔痒，未触及问题根本，让我对自己的信仰似乎有些不确定。但是，向老师却坦诚而大胆地讲出了这一现实，且有自己的见解与分析。他对目前党内出现的问题不回避隐瞒，而是依据主客观条件具体分析，掩盖在现象背后的原因。他犀利的见解与评论对我来说是振聋发聩的一课，打破了长久以来我内心的迷惑。正如一个古老的箴言“流水不腐，户枢不蠹”，唯有不断地从根本上加强自身的修养，与时俱进，我们的党才能一直屹立在时代的前端。出现问题并不可怕，可怕的是人们选择忽视它。 　　因此，我们这些年轻的党员更要从一开始树立良好的作风，从一点一滴做起，“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为”。同时切莫因为在组织上入了党，就放松了警惕。另一方面，现阶段我们最主要的目标与任务就是努力学习专业知识，以此为自己的将来打好基础，实现个人价值与社会价值。向老师也提及了目前大学里存在的一些不好的现象，例如，上课迟到、早退、旷课、作弊等等不一而足。说来惭愧，刚上大一的时候，自己干劲很足，但后来就渐渐松懈了，上课经常因为睡过头而迟到。 　　大学三年的成绩虽说不上差，但也绝不是名列前茅。马上自己的大学生活就要结束，但对于前途、未来仍然很迷茫。当然，尽管对于未来还有很多迷惑，我也从之前的经历中汲取教训，珍惜这最后的一年时光。这既是对自己未来的人生负责，也是作为一个合格共产党员的最基本要求。在今后的日子里，我也不断自我批评，加强自己各方面的修养。
