我第一次听说ACCA是在1996年，从财会杂志上看到的介绍，只觉得课程科目太多了，14门，费事，不如考CICPA. 　　CICPA 共5门，10%左右的合格率加上单科合格成绩5年有效的规则，使得CICPA考试说难不易，中途放弃者不在少数；而部分锲而不舍的人在回首CICPA考试时甚至当它是噩梦一场。曾经听过一个笑话，说一个应聘者交给HR CICPA 5门科目的单科合格成绩单，到FIN时被拒收，因为这5张成绩单相隔年月久远。 　　2002年，我加入了一个香港公司工作，香港由于历史原因在财务、会计处理方面跟英国比较接近，这个公司也就对ACCA资格有些偏好。慢慢发现ACCA也有它的好处 - 10年有效；40%左右的，而且好像中国考生更高；另外，ACCA有免考政策，也不是每个人所有科目都必须考（虽然考试费还是要缴的）。 　　2003年12月，我第一次参加ACCA 的考试，4门（2.4， 2.5， 2.6， 3.1），顺利通过；2004年6月，我通过了其余4门（3.3， 3.5， 3.6， 3.7）。 一年的时间，完成了从 student 到 affiliate的过渡，即使剔除运气的成分，也算是效率比较高的。 　　因此，审计干部培训中心请我介绍一下学习经验；我刚开始有点为难，因为怎么说考试经验都不够丰富；但最后还是决定勉为其难，将这一年考试过程中的一些心得进行了总结，与大家分享，希望能对大家有所帮助。作为 ACCA学生，目的无非是学到知识以及通过考试，如果两者都能顺利达到（快速地以高分通过），那是不过的；如果不能的话，鉴于英镑的价格，我觉得以通过考试为先（即PASS就好）不失为一个不错的选择，除非你很有时间且不缺钱。所以我以下的建议可能对以业余时间学习的上班考生更为适用。 　　1.整体考试进度的安排 　　14门课程中，有些比较相关、相近的科目可以考虑同时考，费事过了6个月再回忆一遍（比如说2.6和3.1，都是审计，只是看问题的高度不同）。 另外，有些课程（如2.5，2.6，3.1，3.6）大量涉及到一直处于修改和完善之中的会计准则，如果考试进度比较慢，可能要不停更新记忆中的内容，极易混淆。所以还是那句老话，尽快通过，以一个ACCA会员的身份来后续教育的压力应该要小很多吧。 　　2.学习小组 　　同一科目的若干考生（三、五个即可）可以组合成所谓的“学习小组”，在遇到问题的时候互相解答，在帮助他人的同时也加强了自己的记忆。随着年龄的增长以及日常事务的增加，能记住一些英文的东西实属不易，要珍惜这种机会。特别是ACCA的官方教材，不论是哪个版本，似乎都难免错误之处，有时候一个简单的印刷串行可以让看书的人头疼大半天！到核心课程阶段，连试题本身的正确与否都见仁见智，重要的是能合理的解释，自己说服不了自己的时候可以问问同学，说不定有豁然开朗的效果。 另外，有条件的，可以团结一、两个已经通过考试的“前辈”，有时一句话可以让人恍然大悟，效果很好。 　　3.时间管理 　　ACCA考生中相当数量的同学在工作中或多或少都能跟ACCA课本的内容有关联，比如财务报表、财务管理、审计、项目分析、市场战略、金融工具、财务信息系统等等，无论是在工作方法已经系统化的大公司， 还是一切都待完善的小企业，如果在工作时套用一下ACCA课本的知识，分析处理方法上存在差异的原因，都是可以加强记忆的。 工作，考试，家务，娱乐……时间总是不够用的；如果上班忙又没有考试假，那只能利用晚上的时间了；如果碰到财务结账要加班，晚上也没时间看书了。如果下班后做模拟题（过去的考题），8小时上班高度疲劳后的3个小时就只能做一套题而已，而且通常做不完！所以建议在周末状态好时才做整套的模拟题；其余时间，看看课本、摘摘笔记效果可能更佳。 在考场上的时间管理的水平，很大程度上决定考试的成败，这将在下一点讲述。 　　4.考试技巧 　　将ACCA教材的内容掌握了，你就有了知识，但是只有将知识在考场上发挥得好，才能达到我们通过的目的。 ACCA考试题目分必答题和选答题，普遍来讲，考官不喜欢必答题没做的答卷以及题目数量答得不全的答卷，不同的考官还有更进一步的不同的偏好。所以，学习过程中要熟悉考官的风格，这可从过去的考试答案中仔细分析得出个一二。 一个考生需要完成的题目总计100分，在180分钟（3个小时）内分配。不同的考生习惯不同的答题次序，有的喜欢从前往后答，有的喜欢先易后难，也有的喜欢反着来。无论哪种次序，一是要注意时间控制；二是要与自己的心理素质相适应，有些人一旦答不上来，就开始着急，这样很影响情绪。这两个方面可以在平时做模拟题的时候逐步改善。 　　以上方法，大家可以根据自身情况，选择使用。有空的时候告诉自己：10个考生中有4个通过的话，我应该是其中1个。中国人向来都是充满智慧的。 　　经常可以看到这样一个公式： 成功=聪明+勤奋+运气。
