【干馏】固体或有机物在隔绝空气条件下加热分解的反应过程。干馏的结果是生成各种气体、蒸气以及固体残渣。气体与蒸气的混合物经冷却后被分成气体和液体。干馏是一个复杂的化学反应过程，包括脱水、热解、脱氢、热缩合、加氢、焦化等反应。不同物质的干馏过程虽各有差别，但一般均可分为三个阶段：①脱水分解；②热解；③缩合和碳化。【蒸馏】一种热力学的分离工艺，它利用混合液体或液-固体系中各组分沸点不同，使低沸点组分蒸发，再冷凝以分离整个组分的单元操作过程，是蒸发和冷凝两种单元操作的联合。
