减速玻璃原理“减速玻璃”是存在的，但是名字取得不科学，或者可以认为是为了商业目的的误导。其实减速玻璃并不能让外界景物的运动看起来比实际更慢，而是看起来和实际速度一致——和没有玻璃时一模一样，因此所谓减速玻璃准确的名字应该叫“不增速玻璃”。而其它的普通玻璃，相对而言，可以称为“增速玻璃”。很多人一定记得很多年前，一般楼房的窗玻璃——那时浮法玻璃还没有普遍应用，老法制作的玻璃的平面度都比较差，厚度也不均匀，透过这种玻璃看世界，具有类似哈哈镜的效果，外面的世界常常是扭曲的，当外面有东西在运动时，你透过玻璃看到的不仅有物体本身的运动，还叠加了一个由于光线折射不均匀带来的快速的随机的前后“运动”的分量，使得运动物体看起来变得相对模糊，感觉和物体本身运动得更快时有点相似，于是这种玻璃能使外界的运动物体“增速”。当然，即使在很久以前，汽车的挡风玻璃也不会做得象建筑玻璃那么差，但是和现在的“减速玻璃”相比仍然有点差距。减速玻璃一方面很准确地矫正了玻璃在厚度、平面度（对于弯曲的玻璃则是曲率）的误差，要求高的时候，理论上还应该矫正：1.如果玻璃是弯曲的，为了保证其后的观察者视觉效果与没有玻璃时一样，整块玻璃各处厚度不应当完全相同，而是应该遵循一个按照厚度和折射率推导出来的函数（就象三星平面显示器的那个视觉平面补偿曲线一样的原理）；2.矫正玻璃材质的误差，保证各处的折射率相同。补充：减速玻璃其时就是我们平时所说的夹层汽车前挡风玻璃，一些钢化前挡风玻璃因为光学性能差，过渡不平滑，司机长时间开车的话会引起眼睛易疲倦，头晕的感觉。而夹层玻璃的光学性能好，没有光畸变，从车向外看视觉很清楚，再加上现在夹层玻璃引进新技术，使光线变得很柔和，从而能给人一种减速的感觉。夹层玻璃是两层玻璃中间加一层PVB胶片制成的一种安全玻璃，现在一些汽车玻璃制造商利用最先进的玻璃和胶片制造的前挡风玻璃更有吸热的效果，从而使在炎热的夏天，在车内增加了清凉的感觉。汽车挡风玻璃在它们与车体接触的边缘处有弧度变形，正是因为这个弧度可以使车外景物在透过弧度时发生变形，从而影响车内乘客的视觉，产生减速的效果。就象用放大镜看报纸时一样，中间的景物移动的慢，边缘的景物移动的快。并且在挡风玻璃边缘都有渐淡的点状黑色装饰边，同样也起到一定效果。其实汽车挡风玻璃不仅是它们与车体接触的边缘处有弧度变形，而且整块玻璃都有弧度变形。请教了一下专业人士，他们认为这可能与透光度、玻璃与胶片对光的折射等因素也有一定的关系。另外一个原因就是因为整块玻璃都有弧度，在司机开车的过程中，由于玻璃的弧度使车两边的参照物的移动有了一个渐变，放缓，从而使人产生汽车前挡风玻璃有减速的效果。它与放大镜有一定的相似性，但我认为它们有本质的区别，因为放大镜是一个中间厚边缘薄的玻璃实片，而司机面前的这块玻璃其实也构成了一个凸透镜，只不过它的一部分是由空气构成。因此所谓减速玻璃并不是一钟特殊的玻璃，而是根据它的作用来命名的。玻璃主要分为：普通平板玻璃.热熔玻璃.夹层玻璃.喷砂玻璃.彩绘玻璃.雕刻玻璃.镶嵌玻璃.视飘玻璃.玻璃砖.低辐射玻璃.聪敏彩色玻璃.镭射玻璃.智能玻璃.呼吸玻璃.彩色镶嵌玻璃.真空玻璃.高性能中空玻璃.玻璃钢.半钢玻璃.夹丝玻璃等
