其中石蜡基、环烷基、合成烃油均能稠化成脂，酯类油成脂效果一般，聚醚和硅油不成脂。石蜡基的150BS成脂效果最好，500SN由于粘度小一些成脂稍软；环烷基成脂能力较强，但相似粘度和加水剪切指标稍差。合成烃油大粘度比小粘度的稠化能力好，相似粘度优异。酯类油成脂效果一般，与矿物油或合成油混用，并在脱水后加入成脂效果良好。聚醚和硅油因为与高碱值石油磺酸钙的相容性差而不成脂。需要引起注意的是，要考虑到高碱值石油磺酸钙中稀释油对基础油体系粘度的影响。在稀释油的影响下，一般基础油的综合粘度均会下降。举例说明，某高碱值石油磺酸钙有效组分含量为70%，那么其中稀释油含量为30%，其平均粘度按20（mm/s,40℃）计算；基础油150BS按460（mm/s,40℃）计算，则润滑脂不同比例的原料所对应的基础油综合粘度如下： 还有一个问题就是基础油的加入时机，成脂后为调整稠度一般会加入一些基础油。生产中发现，后加的基础油对稠度影响较大。原因可能与磺酸钙的皂结构有关，后加的基础油对皂的稀释作用较大，多以游离油为主，较难进入皂中成为膨化油或吸附油。因此最好将基础油在脱水后的升温过程中全部加完，尽量减少急冷油的加量。3．1．3转化剂制造复合磺酸钙润滑脂的核心是转化剂的选用，几种转化剂的组合效果要优于单一转化剂。经实验表明水与低碳数醇类、低分子有机酸、无机酸、高分子有机酸等混合使用效果较理想。需要注意的是，要达到较快的转化速率和转化效果，不同透明度的高碱值石油磺酸钙需要不同的转化剂。因为磺酸钙胶束结构中的中性钙皂、碱性钙盐含量的不同，胶束的粒径及稳定度不同，表现出来就是透明度的不同。透明度差的胶体结构稳定性差，转化剂易于打破胶体体系的平衡，易于实现转化，效率提高。理论上转化剂和转化工艺不变时，透明度差的易于转化，透明度好的因胶体粒径更小、体系更稳定而不易转化。3．1．4复合稠化剂用于复合磺酸钙润滑脂的复合稠化剂一般为脂肪酸与低分子有机酸或无机酸形成的复合钙皂。也有用聚脲、复合锂、复合铝或膨润土等润滑脂与磺酸钙复配的，效果各有不同，需要做一些考察才能确定。但原则上复合组分越少磺酸钙润滑脂表现出的综合性能越稳定。如果低分子酸的钙盐比例过大，则会出现硬化现象。在复合过程中氢氧化钙的量是容易被忽视的问题，一个是纯度问题，一个是过量的问题。纯度按含量来确定即可；而过量多少则需要综合判断。因参与转化的有机酸可能与碳酸钙完全反应掉了，也有一部分可能被磺酸钙包裹住了（清净剂的作用），在后续过程还要参与反应。所以氢氧化钙的量需要综合成品的指标，根据表现出的性能来调整，方案不同则调整方式各异。3．1．5添加剂由于复合磺酸钙润滑脂本身就具有相当全面的性能，一般不需另加极压剂、防锈剂。可根据需要适当加入一些抗氧剂、钝化剂、增粘剂等。A1、A2均为胺型抗氧剂，以旋转氧弹法快速测试了复合磺酸钙润滑脂对抗氧剂的感受性。试验表明复合磺酸钙对抗氧剂A1的感受性要好于A2或A2+ZDDP组合；A1+A2组合效果更好。具体试验见下表： 。注2：试验条件为200℃×4h，降到室温与试验前锥入度的差值。3．2复合磺酸钙润滑脂的生产工艺复合磺酸钙的生产工艺有多种，一般有转化法、皂化法、混合法等。转化法复合磺酸钙润滑脂的生产工艺一般为转化、复合、高温炼制、后处理等工序，此法较为常用。皂化法复合磺酸钙润滑脂的生产工艺一般为反应生成磺酸钙、复合皂、碳酸化、高温炼制、后处理等工序。此法由于碳酸化过程通二氧化碳工艺不易控制，效率较低，不常用。混合法复合磺酸钙润滑脂的生产工艺一般为先制造磺酸钙润滑脂，再与另一种润滑脂混合，搅拌，后处理。另一种组分可以是聚脲、复合锂、复合钙、复合铝等高温润滑脂。3．2．1转化工艺可以这样理解，磺酸钙润滑脂的转化过程是高碱值石油磺酸钙的反向制造过程。高碱值石油磺酸钙的反应过程：中性磺酸钙+促进剂+碳酸钙 → 胶束（碳酸钙+磺酸钙）→ 除去有机溶剂、促进剂高碱值石油磺酸钙的转化过程：转化剂+胶束（碳酸钙+磺酸钙）→ 磺酸钙+碳酸钙（晶体）→ 除去转化剂转化工艺一般为常压法和压力法。压力法不常用，但理论上转化效率应比常压法要高。常压法转化工艺中四个重要的因素是转化剂的用量、转化时间、转化温度和搅拌速度。转化剂适当时用量不大，一般在15%以内（包括水）。应注意转化时体系的粘稠度应控制在合适的范围内。如果过稀，转化过程中的二氧化碳容易从体系中逃逸而不利于转化的继续进行；转化出的碳酸钙也容易聚结为更大的粒子，不利于稠化成脂。如果体系过稠则转化时间要长很多，影响生产效率。如果生产出的润滑脂颜色很浅、透明度差还略显粗糙，表明转化剂用量较大或水量较大。原因是水的极性较强，碳酸钙易聚结为大的粒径，对光的反射率较大，表现为浅色或发白且粗糙。转化时间与转化剂类型有关，可用碳酸钙的红外光谱特征峰来监测转化程度。转化温度也与转化剂类型有关，高挥发性的转化剂需要较低的转化温度，否则转化剂挥发快，不利于转化的进一步进行，应将转化温度控制在转化剂的沸点之下。同时注意有害转化剂（如甲醇）的防护、污染控制、回收与再利用等问题。搅拌速度与体系的粘稠度有关，如果体系较稀，可加大搅拌速度，以避免转化出的碳酸钙过早聚结为大的粒子；如果体系较粘稠可适当降低搅拌速度。3．2．2复合工艺复合工艺与复合稠化剂的类型有关，要与相关稠化剂的特定生产工艺相结合。如复合钙、复合锂、聚脲脂等润滑脂，生产工艺不同则复合工艺会有差别，应根据稠化剂类型灵活调整。其中聚脲润滑脂要考虑水对异氰酸酯的影响，应在脱水后制造聚脲脂或在转化前预制聚脲脂。3．2．3高温炼制高温炼制温度与复合稠化剂的类型有关。如果复合稠化剂量很少，则最高炼制温度在脱水后的130-150℃也能成脂；如果复合稠化剂用量相对较大，则要考虑到复合稠化剂的最高温度。一般二组分复合锂的最高温度为200℃左右；聚脲的最高温度为160-180℃；复合钙在210℃左右。组分相同条件下，不同炼制温度对润滑脂性能的影响见下表，从表中看出当复合钙皂含量为3%时，炼制温度为190℃时，复合磺酸钙润滑脂的剪切及加水剪切性能最稳定。 3．2．4后处理工艺复合磺酸钙的后处理工艺与传统润滑脂基本一致，方式有循环剪切、均质机均化、三辊磨研磨。其中循环剪切对润滑脂的分散效果不理想；均质机处理效果较好，适当提高压力可增加稠度；三辊磨的处理效果也较好，但效率较低。4 复合磺酸钙润滑脂的应用经现场应用表明，复合磺酸钙润滑脂在高温、多水、重负荷、冲击负荷部位的应用效果十分优秀。如连铸生产线、连轧生产线、热处理炉的炉底辊轴承、型钢厂的冷床、无缝钢管厂的定型辊轴承、水泵轴承、矿山设备轴承、焦车轴承等。作为一种性能全面的润滑脂，复合磺酸钙润滑脂的应用领域十分广泛。就钢厂而言，国内新建的连铸和轧钢生产线首推复合磺酸钙润滑脂已渐成趋势。应加大研发力度，以适应用户的新需求，替代进口产品，为国内复合磺酸钙润滑脂的发展多做努力。5 结
